Your videos help me so much with my anxiety attacks. I have cardio phobia, basically a big fear of issues with my heart even though I don’t have any. This leads to constant anxiety and antic attacks. It got to the point where I didn’t work out, because I was scared I’d have a heart attack. One day I told myself, I have to do it. Because if I don’t get active, I can get unhealthy, and create my own fate. I was terrified, started off slow with your chair workouts, but I did it. And Now, whenever an attack is creeping up that makes me feel like something is wrong with my heart, I do your workouts, and it reminds me that I CAN be active, I AM okay. I always feel great afterwards. And now I’m incorporating physical activity more in my life. Thank you so much!!

I also have been praying and allowing the Lord to carry those burdens. I am praying for you as well! 🙏🏽

Just did this workout after being out the game for months. And completely not being consistent for over 8 yrs.
I was once a fitness coach for a very well know online fitness organization. Life happened and I but myself on the back burner and gained 80lbs, I try to search for online videos and I've been to the gym, but again nothing gives the satisfaction of accomplishment like doing Jo's workouts.
However 20mins and I'm drenched and endorphins are going crazy. A light in me and been ignited by Jo and seeing her in her natural postpartum stage and starting all over. She is 💯 real. Xoxoox ❤

I am a beginner again and my plan is to keep at this 10mins for two weeks. I used to be 40mins walking workout pro and now I’m just afraid to go there at once, what I noticed is that it’s not as hard to start as I started the previous time. I’m already two days down and I can imagine doing 40mins walking workouts. So what I’m trying to say is that don’t wait just Cz you fall out of habit. It’s still there, start and you’ll see. ❤

I am 6 months postpartum and 181 pounds. I have really struggled to find the motivation and the best strategy to work out with my little one. I am so excited I found this page! I'm excited to begin the journey of loving and taking care of my body again. My prayer is that I can build healthy habits that my son can also learn and implement into his life as he grows.

I'm a seasoned newbie and haven't been on top of my game in a while. Started my first workout in a while and I am so glad I chose this video. I'm sweating but not winded and feel encouraged to get into it. Thanks Jo. Love from South Africa.

I showed up.everyday, did the workouts and I felt so good! Today is Friday, and Fridays are a very hectic day for me because of long working hours to shut down the office for the weekend. I didn't feel good (mentally) abd didn't want to do anything before I walk into work. I saw this video, saw that it was only 10 minutes, and gave it a try! Nit my usual 45+ mins with you, but I really didn't want to do anything and I think this is better than nothing! For all you beautiful people on this journey, every minute counts! Love you all ❤

I love your workouts so much Jo! You helped me build a lifestyle of working out and helped me realize working out can and should be enjoyable. I would love to see you build a playlist for those of us that have been following you for a while and are ready for something more advanced, and not just “beginner friendly”. Keep up the amazing work!

Hi Jo! I'm back at it again. I've decided to start over again with my fitness regimen. I'm trying to be consistent. There's no reason I don't have at least ten minutes a day to take care of my health! So I'm not going to beat myself up for being so out of shape, having to modify some exercises, or not being able to do some things. The fact is, a body that's moving is more beneficial than one that isn't. Your smile and encouragement is so helpful as you go through the workout. When I wanted to give up, you gave a thumbs up and it helped me keep going. It's hard sometimes going to work out in social settings for me because I can often be very anxious. Having you cheer me on at home is just what I need for now. I'm sharing my story, to encourage and help someone else because I do sometimes feel like I'm alone and not supported. Thank you for all you do! 💗

I am a 69-year-old mother of 12, a grandmother of 20, and a great-grandmother of 4. I am still quite active as I can run and play with my grands, and throw in an occasional cartwheel! Every day of the week, I teach online so this workout is perfect for me because I do it at 4:00 in the morning before my classes which teach for 4 or 5 hours, and then I do it again before my next class which is an hour later, then I do it again in the evening. It's just enough to "get me going" and not get me sweaty. As you always say, consistency is the key, so thank you for this workout.

Thank you so much. I'm so happy for you and your family and your new little addition. Since then I stepped away from your workouts. I lost my mom, so it's my first holiday without my mom. And when I saw you come back after the baby. I was so excited to get started again. I injured my knee on Thanksgiving Day. I may need surgery, but in the meantime. I can wear my brace. Take my Anti-inflammatory for my knee and continue to do you. On a lighter scale, this was the best come back ever. I miss you so much. And I am always happy to donate to you. Peace and blessings, and thank you so much. Jo from a 57 year old woman who loves loves loves you for keeping us healthy and not giving up on us. PS I was doing pretty OK but I went from 155 to 165 I could really use some of those great eating habit developments again from you. Great options and learning how to prep. Also great meal ideas that keep me healthy thank you again so much
