I have depression, it is almost 11pm and I haven't moved during the day at all but I picked up this video and didi , I got 1483 steps. It is better than nothing, right? Thank u!
Considering you have depression, I must say you should give yourself a massive pat on the back for working out at 11 pm at night! That says to me that you have a lot of determination to get better. Exercise does wonders for depression so I hope you can manage to get some of these workouts in during the day to boost feel good endorphins. I hope you start to feel better soon.🫂

After 3 full days cutting the grass, clearing leaves and making new border edging in the garden I have finally made the time to enjoy your latest video Jules! As for cutting grass...I didn't realize you'd have grass growing at this time of the year already in the UK. Only another 3 months for us here in Canada before we get to do that.😧
@@ImprovedHealth LOL! Our UK grass grows practically all year but we tend to stop cutting it in November and restart cutting it when we can't stand looking at the overgrown mess anymore! Any extra exercise you can get into a day helps for sure! If you're short on time and just getting into exercise, you can start with this workout daily and when you're able to, add on another workout into your day. For now, just try to make exercise a daily activity, and build on when you're ready. @@janetk.4379
Jules!!! We do your seated workouts daily but today I was able to do the first five min of this fun workout with my walking sticks for support. It was hard but so much fun! I will do another five min two more times later today so i get the 15 in and then we will do a seated one with weights as well. Been on these dang walking sticks a year since a car wreck so this is a miracle to me as I need to retrain my upright muscles and strengthen my bones. Thank you so much!! ❤

Fighting a bug, laying low last week so doubly enjoyed GETTING to do this. Yay, a new 15-minute cardio! A great prelude to day 21 of the strength training series. Thanks for the new content. Today's workout reminded me of a dream I had a few days ago. I noticed that triceps workouts are your jam, and it must be so because I had a dream that my triceps were so defined that they looked and felt like a skinny brick, 😅😂😂 Reality is not that but, they don't flap when I wave and that's awesome 😊
Lol, oh my gosh, that made me laugh. Thank you, Paula! I tend to work the triceps a fair bit in my workouts because I am genetically not blessed in that area and I know a lot of women also want tighter and stronger triceps. So, I have us work them more:)

Jules, this was pretty easyto do BUT it worked beautifully to loosen me up! So I am always thankful for that. I'm going to do a short strength workout as well, so thanks for all of it!
Another viewer mentioned she upped it to 1.25 to pick up the pace. If you ever feel you want to make it a bit faster, go to the settings in the right corner, go to ‘playback’ and hit 1.25…or whatever pace you’d like:) It’s a great way to slow down or pick up the pace in workouts.
Thank you for this exercise! It was a little too slow for me so I put the speed at 1.25 then it was perfect,. A great gentle exercise before work to get me started for the day!

I’m really getting hooked on your workouts…..had to give up my fav Abba for an awhile due to a sore Achilles tendon, this one works better less stress. Also great 5 min break every hour as I paint 5 hours a day, it gets the blood flowing again. Will stick with this one for a while, but you have so many to choose from…you deserve a huge following. Ps your cherry smile and upbeat happy attitude helps a lot. On this one so does the little preview window

😅 fantastic. Yesterday I was wishing someone would put out a work out that gave a heads up to the next exercise and didn’t for 15 seconds plus in between every exercise with so much talking! You definitely want to rid me of my cellulite and flab on my arms, don’t you? I’m noticing the change but it feels difficult at times. Get a little dizzy probably because they don’t move like they should regularly, so this is very good for me. Thank you for all you do Jules 🥰
It's totally okay to do a light workout right after a meal. Think of it as going for a walk right after a meal which a lot of people do on a regular basis. You just don't want to do a vigorous workout right after eating. @@mhikeuy2913

Thanks Jules, I put in 2 of your workout this morning. I tell my self to be consistent to lower my Hba1c , lose the weight and keep my self to be healthy. At 65, these low impact let me sweat and that is good.

I’m really getting hooked on your workouts…..had to give up my fav Abba for an awhile due to a sore Achilles tendon, this one works better less stress. Also great 5 min break every hour as I paint 5 hours a day, it gets the blood flowing again. Will stick with this one for a while, but you have so many to choose from…you deserve a huge following. Ps your cherry smile and upbeat happy attitude helps a lot. On this one so does the little preview window

Welcome to my channel! I loved Bangkok when I backpacked there many years ago. I have so many fond memories from being in Thailand (one of my favourite places to travel!). I actually have photos on my wall above my computer of Krabi and another photo of the floating markets in Bangkok. I often sit back and look at them. Can't wait to go back one day.

I can always count on finding one of your newer videos to meet my needs. I prefer the newer ones because it has the timer in the upper right for the current exercise and an overall timer at the lower left for the time remaining for the entire session - I like that a lot and search your videos for the ones under a year. 😅 fantastic. Yesterday I was wishing someone would put out a work out that gave a heads up to the next exercise and didn’t for 15 seconds plus in between every exercise with so much talking! This is absolutely perfect. You know what’s coming. It goes fast it’s perfect for a 15 minute workout. Love it.❤

You definitely want to rid me of my cellulite and flab on my arms, don’t you? I’m noticing the change but it feels difficult at times. Get a little dizzy probably because they don’t move like they should regularly, so this is very good for me. Thank you for all you do Jules 🥰

It's totally okay to do a light workout right after a meal. Think of it as going for a walk right after a meal which a lot of people do on a regular basis. You just don't want to do a vigorous workout right after eating. @@mhikeuy2913

Thanks Jules, I put in 2 of your workout this morning. I tell my self to be consistent to lower my Hba1c , lose the weight and keep my self to be healthy. At 65, these low impact let me sweat and that is good.
Congrats for doing two workouts this morning (or yesterday morning now I see!). I'll have a new one up on Monday that is similar to this one but 20 minutes.
Doing this low impact work out allow me to continue burn calories all day.
