Long story, but my point is your low impact videos, your motivational sayings, and you have a special way about you that just gives me the motivation to keep exercising. Hi! I’ve had my surgery and I’m 3 weeks post op. I’m non weight bearing on my left leg. It’s a challenge but I feel as it’s my 10th surgery your videos got me prepared physically to handle such tasks. My arms and core were so much stronger with low impact and I cannot wait to get back to your videos when I can. Thank you❤

I've already done your 30 min fast walk this morning, but your videos just make me want to get up and try them. been doing your workouts nearly a year now and I love them. can't see me ever wanting to stop. thank you for motivating me to get off my bum and start getting fit. Thank you for this short morning walk. I really was low on motivation this morning. I did do it with 3lb weights. I followed it with another 10 minute lower body walk and a final stretch. You got me up and moving.

I'm not a senior, but I enjoy your exercises which I will also be recommending to seniors in particular in my online beginner singer classes. This movement is great for overall body strength for singing. I've searched your playlist, but haven't yet found any exercises set to classical music. Is this something you could possibly do in future? Perhaps some gentle core-strengthening exercises with lovely classical music pieces? I think this would be most helpful for beginner singers, but anyone! I'd love it!! Thank you for your channel!

I upped the effort on this routine which I'd commented on before. I held on to 1 lb. weights and any move that permitted me to employ punches I did, which made me work harder. Loved this routine and how pleased I was performing the extra challenge...Anastasia

Hi Jules. Sending you yet another thank you.😃 I use your 10-12 minutes videos as a break from my desk. Even with a sit/stand desk and setting a timer, I find with meetings and deadlines I was still not getting up to move. Now I make sure to do a couple of the short videos. As Ginna said, it's great motivation with your motivational messages, the movement, music and your smiles as encouragement. I appreciated the message in this video that several shorter workouts is just as valuable as one big workout. That makes me feel good as that sometimes the best way to fit them in. Take care.

I adore your videos, and my body looks forward to spending time with you & your delightful collection of music, and upbeat smile everyday... for two months now. Keep up the wonderful work. I know, because of you, that I will.
The first time I recorded it, it was 1233, but then I changed some of the steps in my 2nd recording. On my second take, I forgot to look at the step count before doing other things.😞But, my guess is that it's around the same amount as the first recording.
"Every day we decide who we will be by the actions we take". So true! This is a lovely workout thank you Jules. Your channel has made a huge difference to me as a recover slowly (4 years now) from neurological injury from pharmaceutical drug taken as directed. I discovered that life can certainly turn on a dime. But also that the body is amazing, and when treated kindly and allowed to heal at its own pace, it can do so. Good diet, hydration, movement, positive attitude, realistic expectations, kindness to myself and others, fresh air, as low toxin exposure as possible, sunlight, nature. And, where your videos come in, joy of being able to move and dance! I've recommended your channel to lots of my friends. This one is really good because of the few seconds preview of which move is coming up next. I also appreciate the countdowns with each move and the bar time at bottom left. You really are an expert at these videos Jules! Respect.

I have been recently diagnosed with Prediabetes. I want to thank you for sharing your fitness videos on RUclips. Whilst taking part with your workout videos I have lost a total of 12kg. Enjoy doing all your workout videos, if possible could you some longer videos which are designed for lowering blood sugars. The movements and workouts are good as they don't overly make me out of breath which is the key to lower HABC1 blood sugar levels over a 3 month period. Again thanks for inspiring me to turn a new page in my life. Of living healthier and working out after my evening meal. Keep uploading the fitness videos.

Even though I write 'to lower blood sugars' on some of the videos, all of the videos will do that for you:) Exercise in general is what lowers our blood sugars but I choose different titles on YT (since I can't write the same thing all the time since that would get boring). You can choose any of my cardio workouts to get the same effect with your blood sugars being lowered. I love reading that you want to start increasing the time of your workouts. Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. If you enjoyed this one, you can find plenty more at this same level under the 'gentle level' playlists. Just look for the longer ones. But, my guess is that you're likely ready for the beginner level workouts since you're asking for more time. I'd like to suggest going into the 'beginner level' playlist, and choosing a cardio workout of the length that you are looking for. Let me know how it goes! Btw, you can definitely reverse the prediabetes and avoid it altogether. Just keep moving every day and limit your sugar intake. Considering you've lost 12 kg already, you sound committed which is awesome.

The joy of being able to work out at home is that you can slow down when you want to, and keep working at it at your own pace. You can also take breaks when you need to and come back into it when you're ready. The key is to just keep trying and return every day to see progress:)

The first time I recorded it, it was 1233, but then I changed some of the steps in my 2nd recording. On my second take, I forgot to look at the step count before doing other things.😞But, my guess is that it's around the same amount as the first recording.

Your channel has made a huge difference to me as a recover slowly (4 years now) from neurological injury from pharmaceutical drug taken as directed. I discovered that life can certainly turn on a dime. But also that the body is amazing, and when treated kindly and allowed to heal at its own pace, it can do so. Good diet, hydration, movement, positive attitude, realistic expectations, kindness to myself and others, fresh air, as low toxin exposure as possible, sunlight, nature. And, where your videos come in, joy of being able to move and dance! I've recommended your channel to lots of my friends. This one is really good because of the few seconds preview of which move is coming up next. I also appreciate the countdowns with each move and the bar time at bottom left. You really are an expert at these videos Jules! Respect.

I have been recently diagnosed with Prediabetes. I want to thank you for sharing your fitness videos on RUclips. Whilst taking part with your workout videos I have lost a total of 12kg. Enjoy doing all your workout videos, if possible could you some longer videos which are designed for lowering blood sugars. The movements and workouts are good as they don't overly make me out of breath which is the key to lower HABC1 blood sugar levels over a 3 month period. Again thanks for inspiring me to turn a new page in my life. Of living healthier and working out after my evening meal. Keep uploading the fitness videos.
Thanks so much for letting me know that you're enjoying the workouts that I create. Even though I write 'to lower blood sugars' on some of the videos, all of the videos will do that for you:) Exercise in general is what lowers our blood sugars but I choose different titles on YT (since I can't write the same thing all the time since that would get boring). You can choose any of my cardio workouts to get the same effect with your blood sugars being lowered. I love reading that you want to start increasing the time of your workouts. Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. If you enjoyed this one, you can find plenty more at this same level under the 'gentle level' playlists. Just look for the longer ones. But, my guess is that you're likely ready for the beginner level workouts since you're asking for more time. I'd like to suggest going into the 'beginner level' playlist, and choosing a cardio workout of the length that you are looking for. Let me know how it goes! Btw, you can definitely reverse the prediabetes and avoid it altogether. Just keep moving every day and limit your sugar intake. Considering you've lost 12 kg already, you sound committed which is awesome.
May have been a simple routine, but the verve I put into it made this a worthy cardio workout! Great stuff!...Anastasia

The joy of being able to work out at home is that you can slow down when you want to, and keep working at it at your own pace. You can also take breaks when you need to and come back into it when you're ready. The key is to just keep trying and return every day to see progress:)
