love love love LOVE this. I could do it over and over. And I have. 10 minutes are so easy to squeeze in even on super busy days any time of the day, and I say this as a champion exercise-avoider. Most importantly, each moment delivers on fitness, fun, and happiness. Glorious music (btw FINALLY after years of loving these songs I am catching some of the words from listening over and over, LOL). Fun, safe, effective moves- with Jules I never strain my knees or anything else, and that's usually a worry. And my arms get a great little unexpected workout too in these 10 mins. Everything about Jules's routines is so charming and delightful and well-thought out. Like many of my fellow-fans below, I truly can't stop smiling as I do this. This Bee Gees routine is in my top three along with her new FABULOUS 80s routine (a fantastically fun way to begin the day) and her brilliant 60s/70s routine (perfect for ending the day, in part because of the superb stretches at the end). If I ever got stuck on a desert island, hope I could magically still access Jules's routines on a big screen in the sky. I think I'd still do them while waiting for my ride. SO grateful for you, Jules, for your innovativeness and your generosity in making these - and sharing them with everyone.

Same with me. I love that it all music that you can get into and makes you forget you are exercising. I am so glad I came across this video. I hope she adds more favorite music like this to her walking videos. I used to walk with Leslie Sansone and she does too much talking in her videos and I find it distracting that you cannot get into the music that I lose interest fast with indoor walking. I agree 100% with the first comment. I hope we see more of your videos like this and I love that she just post little notes on the side of the screen in her videos instead of talking. This video has me coming back and exercising every day. It is hard right now in my state of IL to get outside and walk during the winter months and need some indoor exercise and this is a happy, fun video.

Research actually shows exercise is more beneficial than medication for depression so I truly hope my workouts (or anyone else's workouts) keep you motivated and continue to help boost your mood. I am not down playing medications at all since they definitely have a huge role to play with major depression but I just want to emphasize the importance of exercise, too. I am a 76 year old senior and I LOVE this (I like the Bee Gees as well). It always surprises me how much younger adults like the music I loved and danced to. Thank you Jules, for creating all of your wonder workouts for seniors. They are good blizzard videos.
I have worked with seniors off and on since I've been 19 so I am very familiar with the songs all the way back to the 40's. I definitely appreciate the music from all the years. I often run a program at work called, 'Name that tune' where I create playlists and play the oldies. So, yes, I know many of the oldies that a lot of seniors don't even know! I'm happy to read you enjoyed this one:)
Thank you, thank you for creating these fantastic videos! I’ve lost a good bit of weight recently and have just started feeling more comfortable moving around. I HATE exercising but LOVE to dance. I’m almost 60 but with your help it’s never too late! You mentioned 1940s music. Any chance you might consider doing a low-impact Big Band routine? My mom grew up jitterbugging and she introduced me to Glenn Miller, the Andrews Sisters, etc. I still clean house to that uplifting and energetic music. Thank you again for everything you do. One of the best cardio videos I've seen. Great for seniors and those lacking bone density and everyone weak. Great as a warmup for any activity. One of the rare few like this where the movements are in time with the music.
This is is one of my favorites!! I love the music, love the moves! It gets my heart pumping and the endorphins flowing. The 10 minutes flew by and I like that the movements are effective but not complicated. More of these please. Thanks so much!
Thanks Mary! I purposely made the moves doable since I know a lot of people struggle with the more complicated moves. Plus, quite honestly, I can't do the complicated moves, either! If you saw me practicing with the John Travolta moves, you'd all be on the floor laughing...or feeling really sorry for me! Lol. I had a fun time creating this one even though I had to redo it several times to get it right:)
This is just what I needed! I'm almost 60 and have recently returned to daily walking after numerous health issues. I've managed to lose significant weight, lower my cholesterol, reduce my osteoporosis. However, I often start the day with a migraine, which makes me avoid fast movement and the sun. This workout is perfect for "returning to the world", after getting rid of most of the pain. I feel drained, but I know that movement to get my blood flowing makes me feel human quicker. Thanks for the motivation!

I just discovered this recently from another viewer but there is also an option to pick up the pace, or slow them down a little bit in workouts. On the right hand corner of the screen, you can click the settings button. Hit 'playback speed' and then choose your speed. It makes it a great way to change the pace to cater the workout speed to what works best for you.

I LOVE this video and the others from Improved Health. Jules is a happy medium instructor. No over the top fake ecstatic craziness or drill sergeant screaming at you to pick up the pace. She is calm yet happy and to the point. There is a wide range of videos. The 30 sec segments make the time fly by... I especially like the music themed ones such as this video. You can do a very short workout, a very long workout or one in between. There are so many to choose from you dont get bored doing the same one over and over. Thank you so much for these!
Bee Gees are the absolute BEST for these kinds of workouts: perfect beat and fantastic music,that lend themselves to easy but effective moves--all of which felt just "like dancin'," imaginary dance floor lights and all! My. husband had joined me in this brief 10 min exercise, followed by your knee exercises. Both are great and can be fit into the briefest time period, The knee exercises have helped strengthen our knee muscles to the point where we are beginning to walk without as much pain. Thanks.

When I became a full time caregiver for my mother, I lost the ability to regularly exercise. I could step away to the kitchen for a few minutes and get in this 10 minute routine. It was perfect to keep my body moving. Thank you!

I am a 76 year old senior and I LOVE this (I like the Bee Gees as well). It always surprises me how much younger adults like the music I loved and danced to. Thank you Jules, for creating all of your wonder workouts for seniors. They are good blizzard videos.
I have worked with seniors off and on since I've been 19 so I am very familiar with the songs all the way back to the 40's. I definitely appreciate the music from all the years. I often run a program at work called, 'Name that tune' where I create playlists and play the oldies. So, yes, I know many of the oldies that a lot of seniors don't even know! I'm happy to read you enjoyed this one:)
Thank you, thank you for creating these fantastic videos! I’ve lost a good bit of weight recently and have just started feeling more comfortable moving around. I HATE exercising but LOVE to dance. I’m almost 60 but with your help it’s never too late! You mentioned 1940s music. Any chance you might consider doing a low-impact Big Band routine? My mom grew up jitterbugging and she introduced me to Glenn Miller, the Andrews Sisters, etc. I still clean house to that uplifting and energetic music. Thank you again for everything you do. It is all absolutely perfect!
I just wanted to thank you for doing this videos for those of us who are wanting to feel better and do better and have better health, I am going to do this video for 6 days a week and then once I have some weight off and stronger I'm going to increase up to a 30-minute workout but I am most grateful for this and thank you again for reaching out to those of us

Mary, I was feeling a bit low, sorry for myself, as my great granddaughter left our city to go to boarding school. I needed uplifting and, here, after a long search, and despairing I wouldn't find something I could relate to, I came across your video and began with a plan, doing your ten minute work out every day for three weeks then moving to a longer time, I hope!

Ahh we meet again. THANK YOU for this one. I already made a 12 min string of Bee Gees, along with Boogie Oogie oogie, and Donna Summer. Donna S, beautiful lady who accepted Jesus Christ late in life.. for real too. When I heard her share that, I honestly teared up.
After not working out in like 18 months and gaining covid weight, I saw this video and thought it would be a breeze. No. I actually was sweating so much and was sore the next day! Thank you, you brought me out of my coronacoma!

Brilliant comment- and what a great word, coronocoma! I feel the exact same way. My coronocoma had bad weight and health consequences- not going to the gym or the doctors. So glad to now be recovering with Jules and her joyful irresistible guidance to improved health!

One of the best cardio videos I've seen. Great for seniors and those lacking bone density and everyone weak. Great as a warmup for any activity. One of the rare few like this where the movements are in time with the music.

This is is one of my favorites!! I love the music, love the moves! It gets my heart pumping and the endorphins flowing. The 10 minutes flew by and I like that the movements are effective but not complicated. More of these please. Thanks so much!
Thanks Mary! I purposely made the moves doable since I know a lot of people struggle with the more complicated moves. Plus, quite honestly, I can't do the complicated moves, either! If you saw me practicing with the John Travolta moves, you'd all be on the floor laughing...or feeling really sorry for me! Lol. I had a fun time creating this one even though I had to redo it several times to get it right:)
I will try this tomorrow. It seems easy enough this way.

This is just what I needed!
I'm almost 60 and have recently returned to daily walking after numerous health issues. I've managed to lose significant weight, lower my cholesterol, reduce my osteoporosis.
However, I often start the day with a migraine, which makes me avoid fast movement and the sun. This workout is perfect for "returning to the world", after getting rid of most of the pain. I feel drained, but I know that movement to get my blood flowing makes me feel human quicker.

I just discovered this recently from another viewer but there is also an option to pick up the pace, or slow them down a little bit in workouts. On the right hand corner of the screen, you can click the settings button. Hit 'playback speed' and then choose your speed. It makes it a great way to change the pace to cater the workout speed to what works best for you.

I LOVE this video and the others from Improved Health. Jules is a happy medium instructor. No over the top fake ecstatic craziness or drill sergeant screaming at you to pick up the pace. She is calm yet happy and to the point. There is a wide range of videos. The 30 sec segments make the time fly by... I especially like the music themed ones such as this video. You can do a very short workout, a very long workout or one in between. There are so many to choose from you dont get bored doing the same one over and over. Thank you so much for these!

Bee Gees are the absolute BEST for these kinds of workouts: perfect beat and fantastic music,that lend themselves to easy but effective moves--all of which felt just "like dancin'," imaginary dance floor lights and all! I just started working out again after two years of doing nothing and adding an additional 40lbs to my already overweight body.

My. husband had joined me in this brief 10 min exercise, followed by your knee exercises. Both are great and can be fit into the briefest time period, The knee exercises have helped strengthen our knee muscles to the point where we are beginning to walk without as much pain. Thanks.

Hello, for a long time I have been having frequent muscle pain and my ankles have been hurting more often. I have done many exercises for walking. But then when I saw the practice and relaxation style, I thought I could imitate this practice with the hope that my health would be good again. Thank you for your interest and sharing. If your muscle pain and ankles continue to hurt, I might suggest to try some of the chair workouts on my channel (I create 3 levels: gentle, beginner and intermediate and categorize all of them into the playlists).
