29, 01 2024 Hurray, Jules, I did it! I noticed that I was slightly out of sync with you at times, being slower but the main thing is I managed to do it. I hope and plan this week to be different from that hopeless last week where I hardly exercised. I started a new week. 😃

FAB-O!!! Always love it when you come up with a new routine! I especially like it when you've devised some different arm-leg movements, that keep my arms moving in different directions, in different combinations! Makes the ol' brain pan fire on [mostly] all cylinders! The lateral leg raise, with the arm extensions sorta makes me look like a flapping albatross...but no one can see me, so I flap away!

I’ve been doing your walking videos for a few years now. They are perfect for my arthritic knees. I change up different videos depending on how my knees are felling. I pushed myself the other day and did the 5000 step video. So happy I did it, it was challenging but not painful which is wonderful for me. Thanks for your videos they have really helped me with my health and weight journey.

I did your workouts through the second half of my pregnancy with baby #5. I ended up having gestational diabetes, so your shorter workouts were particularly helpful for lowering my blood sugar after a meal. Now, six weeks postpartum, I just did my first postpartum workout to one of your videos!

Just getting back into walking again. Started at the gym then stopped. My son passed away in July and did nothing but eat. I started a food okan and have list 6 lbs then decided it would help if I got back to walking again. Thank you.

Just getting back into walking again. Started at the gym then stopped.
My son passed away in July and did nothing but eat.
I started a food okan and have list 6 lbs then decided it would help if I got back to walking again.

I used this short workout with light ankle and arm weights on an active recovery day, paired with an abs workout. I will try to do this twice, as per suggested in several comments, good challenge idea. Thank you for all the effort you put in all tthis channel😀
