- This 20 minute 2500 steps walking workout will help with weight loss, especially if you cater the 15 second walking intervals to your fitness level. You can walk at my pace with me, or if you're able to, you can pick up the pace and jog or run before joining me again for the next exercise. This workout is all about making it your own. If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout. Total step count today is 2500 steps (including the stretching exercises at the end).

From the first energizing note of the music, to your vibrant pink against the beachy background (it is actually windy, cold, and raining in Idaho this morning!), and your bouncing pony tail atop your beautiful smile, today's video hit all the spots. The one leg side kicks with same arm punches were welcomed, especially since you mixed up their variety throughout the video, including changing to alternating legs. Fifteen seconds for those -- even having just had my bad knee injected -- was just right. Thank you for shaving off a quarter of today's 10,000 steps.

I only had 2307 steps, but that 2307 more than sitting in my recliner. By following low carb/low sugar and doing your videos, I am down 12 lbs since 5/22. I try to do 1 hour of the videos per day, but some days, I don't make the full hour. With you having videos of different time lengths, it really helps to meet that goal on busier days. I do throw a round of golf in 2 - 3 times a weeks. Thanks so much.

This is one of your best ones for me because you find sneaky ways of working the legs using squat like movements rather than lunges. Also I love the option of shorter intervals which seems to encourage me to work harder. The pop of pink gives a bright uplifting colour as well. ❤

I did this video work out the other day and was pressed for time so I didn’t get an opportunity to comment and tell you how much I love this video. As I’ve said before some days along workout or walk, doesn’t always fit in with your schedule. And I love the opportunity to be able to do one or two shorter videos a day. This one was particularly fun because it was challenging and on those days when you’re a little attention deficit challenged it really keeps your mind focused changing every 15 minutes. Another great job and again you have brought me so far on my recovery and keep all my muscle groups working and challenged. Have a fabulous day.

I did this yesterday and loved it. The time flew. I jogged during the 15 second walking parts and felt great when it ended. Please do more videos like this. I had so much energy I went on to do the Classic Rock and 50s videos.

This is perfect! The brief intervals keep me engaged and there's no chance to think, "OH, lord, when will this move end?!" because it's already time for the next one, lol. And I have asthma, so a workout with no walk/rest interval is really difficult for me. This one was just right! Got a good sweat going, and it felt more like a dance workout than serious exercise. Thank you!

@@ImprovedHealth I know about levels in your channel. It is really comfortable to choose what I am more inclined to. Because I have a neurological problem and must to move every day if I want to live (I want!). Even if I feel not good - I must to move, at least in easy way.

Thank you SO much for being here and making these wonderful videos for us. I am losing weight. I am choosing my food more wisely than ever now because I'm excited that the weight has begun to fall away! 🎉 and sometimes I do these twice a day! 20-25 min is SO doable and is making a difference in my life! I loved this workout! I am new to Improved Health and have loved all of them so far. This is a favorite because of the faster pace - and I added 2 pound weights. I loved the music also! Great cueing! One other thing I also liked is the stretching is after the 20 minutes was done. Some of them include the stretching in the time of the workout. I am addicted to these workouts. Love all the music and the exercises. They are awesome!

Thank you so much for these videos. I’m a 50 year old guy who’s always been very active, cycling, hiking etc. I like to keep to a minimum of 10,000 steps a day and normally always get passed that amount. Some days however I have an old shoulder injury that really makes me feel lousy and the last thing I feel like doing is going for a hike or a ride on the bike. I have a treadmill but that also gets a little boring at times. Today was one of those days I didn’t feel like it much. I did 5000 on the treadmill but then that was it. Ive just finished this wonderful video and absolutely loved it and feel like I’ve done something. It’s light enough pace for anyone but seriously, as active and fit as I feel I am, this still was a very good workout. I absolutely loved it and will definitely be joining for more to spice my steps up. Thank you so much from the UK 🇬🇧 ❤

My husband and I are both cyclists as well, but these workouts target different areas so I'm glad you gave it a chance:) If you have shoulder issues, when doing the 'reach across' moves, just keep your arm height a little lower than shoulder height so it's easier on the shoulders.
