I love this comment. I agree. It's July 17, 2024, and I've been doing these every morning for 31 days straight. I'm creating a sustainable daily routine. I just used this one for my evening exercise routine, which I added 15 days ago. I do indeed feel stronger, lighter, and my mental energy is very good! The music and her beautiful energy have me coming back for more every day! I'm incredibly grateful for Jules and this community. I also am sleeping better. So yeah! Being healthy feels so darn good. I've lost a few lbs as well. ❤😊 being 66 has never felt better. Honestly.

Really fun music (just did the 80's video) and good moves. Having good instruction and good music with no chatter is sorely underestimated by some instructors. The continuous talking is one of the most complained about behavior in Zumba or Cardio Dance classes I do. This was the best part of my day!! ThankYou

I set an intention a few years ago that I would create a lifestyle that I would LOVE to wake up every day and life fully engaged! And it's really happening now. I can't wait to wake up and see what life is going to do. You are included in this! It's so much fun! I'm 66, and I'm 5' 3" and at one point I weighed 187 now I weigh 155. You've helped me get there! I suddenly found myself being a care taker for a loved one. Have been for the last month plus now. Patient is doing much better today and so am I. I also know first hand that I need to take care of me as well so after an unexpected twelve plus hours of sleep, I am running way behind schedule. I didn't want to miss a workout though, they really help to get me going every day and give me energy for the day. I'm greatful for you making these videos and that I can do them!

I'm so glad that you enjoy the workout and the music. If you use the app, 'Shazam', you'll be able to find out the artist and the songs. It's a great app...and best of all, it's free! You can just download it on your phone. My kids often use the app when songs play on the radio in the car. I don't have the playlist written out anymore since I write over it when I create new playlists. I hope that helps!
