    I love these videos. Best exercise routines ever. They’re easy steps and I like that the routine changes as you move along. If I have any issue with a movement, I just make my own way to proceed and then just keep going. I started your videos this past March and have been using it every day since then. I feel lighter and stronger. My energy is up and my sleep is great. I feel like you’re my personal trainer. Your quotes are very inspiring and thoughtful. Keep up the great work.       I love this comment. I agree. It's July 17, 2024, and I've been doing these every morning for 31 days straight. I'm creating a sustainable daily routine. I just used this one for my evening exercise routine, which I added 15 days ago. I do indeed feel stronger, lighter, and my mental energy is very good! The music and her beautiful energy have me coming back for more every day! I'm incredibly grateful for Jules and this community. I also am sleeping better. So yeah! Being healthy feels so darn good. I've lost a few lbs as well. ❤😊 being 66 has never felt better. Honestly.

    Hi Jules, I did this as a warm up (and because I love it!), followed by a 10 minute weight workout and a floor stretching one. They were all so good and I feel great! Thank you!

    I'm thankful for these exercise videos. 🎉 it's like a party 🎉every morning in my body. Today is day 15 in a row of creating a lifestyle pattern where I exercise every morning before starting my day! I really appreciate these body movement routines.     Really fun music (just did the 80's video) and good moves. Having good instruction and good music with no chatter is sorely underestimated by some instructors. The continuous talking is one of the most complained about behavior in Zumba or Cardio Dance classes I do. This was the best part of my day!! ThankYou

    You occupy a sweet spot in the workout world, Jules. Your videos are straightforward and organized to allow for easy choosing by fitness level. Shorter, basic ones for elders and others, check! Use of chapters to make the sessions feel doable, check! And more. Just, thanks so much. 🙏

      ​@ImprovedHealth Actually, I'm going to say it's because of your routines that I have kept a regular daily routine now for 59 days straight. I set an intention a few years ago that I would create a lifestyle that I would LOVE to wake up every day and life fully engaged! And it's really happening now. I can't wait to wake up and see what life is going to do. You are included in this! It's so much fun! I'm 66, and I'm 5' 3" and at one point I weighed 187 now I weigh 155. You've helped me get there! Yay!❤😂🎉

    I suddenly found myself being a care taker for a loved one. Have been for the last month plus now. Patient is doing much better today and so am I. I also know first hand that I need to take care of me as well so after an unexpected twelve plus hours of sleep, I am running way behind schedule. I didn't want to miss a workout though, they really help to get me going every day and give me energy for the day. I'm greatful for you making these videos and that I can do them!

    "Dietary" (light) walks after breakfast continue. At a speed of 1.25 it turned out to be almost cardio. It was a very fun workout. Thank you so much, Jules! Nadia

      I'm so glad that you enjoy the workout and the music. If you use the app, 'Shazam', you'll be able to find out the artist and the songs. It's a great app...and best of all, it's free! You can just download it on your phone. My kids often use the app when songs play on the radio in the car. I don't have the playlist written out anymore since I write over it when I create new playlists. I hope that helps!

      I pay a subscription to Royalty Free Fitness Music. I don't think you can find this music unless you pay the subscription.
