I like this one for my after Supper walk. I eat Supper at 5:00 pm. I don’t eat anything else until 5:00 am. We older folks call Dinner Supper in Alabama.😅 As a young girl Dinner was lunch. It was a big meal because we worked the farm. Today I eat lunch not Dinner😅😅 I enjoy these videos with no talking. I can just listen to the music and follow along. It makes my happy like I’m dancing instead of exercising. I’m going to be 75 this month. I will celebrate my commitment to be healthy as I can. I am worth it.🎉🎉🎉

I grew up on a farm as well…always lots of work and exercise with throwing hay bales, picking rocks, and so on. Lots of good memories (except for picking rocks!). Afternoon errands took waaaaay longer than I'd planned on...but I knew you had this 1-miler workout. So, rather than to miss ticking the "Work Out Today" box, I got this one done...and now I've ticked the box!
I was short on time this morning and needed a 15-min. interval workout. I didn't see any in the list, so I turned this one into an interval workout by jogging in place every other 30 seconds. It really worked for me.
Perfect! At some point when I get time, I'll put the interval workouts together in a playlist since a lot of people have mentioned how they enjoy them. I love that you modified this workout into an interval training workout.
Few can make a 1mile walk at home so interesting and doable, which is why I always say you're brilliant at what you do. Kudos, Jules...you are not about the number of likes your videos get, but about the longstanding improvement you bring to our lives.❤
15, December 2023 Hi Jules, I am here. It's the middle of the night, I have been relaxing and the last film took too long so, I did my exercises at 23:25. Anyway, I could not do it yesterday because I wanted to go to bed early. Then I regretted it, because I still could not sleep for a good hour, so I could have done my workout. Can't be helped, it's past. Anyway, I did this one today, thank you.
Thank you Jules. I did one hour with you today. I started with you the beginning of 2023 and now in 2024. Let's keep this going. I thank you for helping me to get fit and gain more muscle. I am definitely stronger and more limber.....I hate stretching but what a difference stretching has made! So I stretch anyway and it has helped in so many ways. Have a good weekend.

Another good day aboard The Floating Cottage! Got in 3 miles this morning, doing the loop walk (and then back again) at the zoo (after which I went into the petting zoo and spent a DEE-lightful 20 minutes feeding the goats and llama!). Got in a full day and nearly flunked doing my afternoon workout...but thankfully, you have these shorter workouts! Yee-Haw!!!

I like the pulse, I like the beat, I like the pace! I especially like that the pace is steady the entire time. I added a little more "above shoulder-level" arm movements, to add to the cardio intensity. This was the PERFECT workout for today...especially since I'd baked 6 dozen Christmas cookies! I swear I only ate one...well...two...but that was before I put on the decorative icing!

Once again, another absolutely spot on video, that makes it 'no excuse' for not fitting it into my daily schedule. Thank you. Its not just the burning of calories etc....but most people may not know that regular exercise stimulates neurogenesis. Which means it helps create new brain neurons especially in the hippocampus, improve memory, thinking skills and increase mood-regulating neurotransmitters. A 15 minute win win ....if you ask me 👍

Oh I now realize that I had missed this one. Before going to sleep I needed to move a bit. It always makes me feel better and release tension. Another day!!!!! #4 I love the window that shows you what to do next!!!! A couple times I was stomping in circle flaying my arms all over but got back on track.....what fun!!!!!! Not crazy about the tunes but had the time bar and didn't give up!!!!! Fantastic!!!!

Wow, what a way to start the day on this rainy, stormy morning, as the Pineapple Express moves onshore! I believe this workout will become a staple to offset a blue mood and cabin fever, as a lot of similar weather is forecast for my area in the months ahead. Another day!!!!! #4 I love the window that shows you what to do next!!!! A couple times I was stomping in circle flaying my arms all over but got back on track.....what fun!!!!!! Not crazy about the tunes but had the time bar and didn't give up!!!!! Fantastic!!!!
Hi Donna, thanks for your feedback. I use the preview window all the time now in my videos. I always wanted to use it before but couldn't figure out to do it. Editing has definitely been a big learning curve!

Wow, what a way to start the day on this rainy, stormy morning, as the Pineapple Express moves onshore! I believe this workout will become a staple to offset a blue mood and cabin fever, as a lot of similar weather is forecast for my area in the months ahead. The stretching routine at the end is also great first thing in the morning. Thanks ❤️ for all you do!
