Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. I might suggest starting with ones that are a little easier since you're brand new to exercise. If you check out the gentle or beginner level playlists, you'll find plenty of workouts that would be great for starting out. They'll also allow you to continue daily without being too sore. I'm definitely looking forward to reading about your progress as time goes on, Martha!

OMG, I thought I could not find anyone I love as much as Richard Simmons. I lost over 50 pounds last year, then I had a hysterectomy and have gained nearly all of it back. I'm 67 years old. I liked also disco dancing and you are fantastic: you speak with your smile ! I have been doing exercises for my body and mund. I also did boxing until 6 years ago when l lived in Italy. Your program, without jump, are super and do me a lot of good. The wholr body works. 5 or 6 days a week I practise chancing videos. Bouncy and fun! Several new moves appreciated; only listing three: Traveling kicks, "pulling on snow pants" with side knee lifts, and the front/side knee lift combo. Of course, all of the intervals were outstanding, and we got to applaud ourselves at the end! John Travolta would be proud.

A massive high ten to you for choosing to workout despite being tired. I had to smile reading your comment about yawning because I find myself doing the same some days when I haven't slept well. It's tough to push ourselves to workout on those days, but kudos to you for doing it. We can always have excuses for why we can't work out, but then we'll never work out.😉👋
Loved what you said about how we should be grateful. Eventhough i'm 35, i can only do low impact workouts because of certain health conditions. But, i should still be grateful that I can even move all 4 limbs.

I doubt I'll do a 20 min one of Bruce, simply because I always run the risk of having songs blocked and those videos are a ton of work to create. I don't mind the work, but when there is a chance that it'll be blocked due to the copyright music, it just makes it too risky (and frustrating for me!).

I worked up such a righteous sweat, I felt like I was in a "Disco Inferno"!!! Luv that Pulp Fiction, Uma Thurman dance move!

Bouncy and fun! Several new moves appreciated; only listing three: Traveling kicks, "pulling on snow pants" with side knee lifts, and the front/side knee lift combo. Of course, all of the intervals were outstanding, and we got to applaud ourselves at the end! John Travolta would be proud.
My brain was definitely more creative on the day I put together the moves for this one. It's challenging thinking of new moves some days!

I'm exhausted today because I did not sleep well last night. However I pushed myself and did this workout and I yawned the entire time lol! Nothing to do with you just the fact that I'm exhausted. At what I thought was the end of the video just about to sit down and you say stretch 😢 but I want to sit. I went ahead and stretched and now I am ready for bed after I shower. Thank you ❤
A massive high ten to you for choosing to workout despite being tired. I had to smile reading your comment about yawning because I find myself doing the same some days when I haven't slept well. It's tough to push ourselves to workout on those days, but kudos to you for doing it. We can always have excuses for why we can't work out, but then we'll never work out.😉👋

Loved what you said about how we should be grateful. Eventhough i'm 35, i can only do low impact workouts because of certain health conditions. But, i should still be grateful that I can even move all 4 limbs.

I doubt I'll do a 20 min one of Bruce, simply because I always run the risk of having songs blocked and those videos are a ton of work to create. I don't mind the work, but when there is a chance that it'll be blocked due to the copyright music, it just makes it too risky (and frustrating for me!).

Bonjour Jules, je suis de retour (i'm back). Après un petit arrêt à cause d'une mauvaise grippe surement à cause de la période des fêtes ou on baisse un peu la garde en faisant moins attention aux microbes autour de nous plus le manque de sommeil avec tout ces belles rencontres de famille, anyway je prend ça positivement en me disant que maintenant j'ai les anticorps pour ne plus rattraper la grippe de l'hiver 🙂. Donc je reprend aujourd'hui mes entrainements avec vous. Quel bonheur de vous retrouver.
