This was the perfect video for me. This will be my go to. I love the 30 minute videos with a variety of exercises rather then the walking/jogging every other exercise. The perfect amount of strength and flexibility added in. And of course, the stretching at the end , to me, is like a reward for finishing the workout. I would love to see more like this!

I modified this to do it seated as I am still nursing a painful foot. Loved the dynamic stretching which I did standing. Got a really good workout which I enjoyed, so thank you Jules 😊

I was having a hard time getting my heart rate up so I held 2 pound weights from the beginning and it really helped. Thanks for the suggestion. I love how you make each workout easier or harder for whatever is needed!

Congratulations wow soooo darn goood. The music awesome.... The exercises awesome.... Stretching awesome. I wore my weighted gloves, which im absolutely loving and picked up some weights as u said and my arms felt it. I enjoy strength but these walking while doing arms etc r my go to. U get your steps i and wifh weighted gloves u r still getting the burn. Im going do summer ready arms now to finish arm day. This ond is a 10000% winner dear friend ❤ u spoil us and look after us and im forever grateful ❤❤❤
Spent the last three days getting tons of "Emotional Exercise"----lots of hugs and big belly laughs with a good friends! When we just couldn't laugh any more, we stood up and went for another round of group hugs! FAB-O! Today was getting back to Physical Exercise...a lot more sweaty...but just a rewarding!

That definitely makes it hard to function in the day and to get motivated to workout. The exercise should definitely help (and I'm guessing you're doing the other things suggested for helping to sleep better). As for kettlebells, I have them at home but I don't plan to create any kettlebell workouts soon since I know a lot of people don't have the equipment at home. I am also fearful that people will use them incorrectly and get injured.
