    I'm 69 and have been exercising a little over a year on You-Tube. I just wanted to tell you, I bought a rebounder and am able to work out on the rebounder with your videos. I love them. Thank you SO much!

      @@ImprovedHealth They're a lot of fun and super good for your lymphatic system. I don't miss a day on it. 20 minutes a day makes all the difference. I like my bungee rebounder the best. The spring rebounder is too stiff for me. They say "the more bungees, the better." I sometimes do the "health" bounce when you're walking. You're fun to follow!!! Thank you! 😊

    In all the time I've been following your videos Jules I'm not sure I've ever said THANK YOU! Today was my first day back to workouts after having a bad cold for most of November. I did this video this morning plus your most recent 15 minute full body strength video. I used light weights to get back into it slowly (I'm 66 years old). I can't tell you what a mood booster you are! I feel so much better now that I've worked out. And the other plus is after working out I am more conscience throughout the day of just simply feeling stronger.
    I'm going to make a concerted effort to stick with it this time as I often go off of exercising. To me, yours are the best workout videos out there. Keep up the great work.

    This was the perfect video for me. This will be my go to. I love the 30 minute videos with a variety of exercises rather then the walking/jogging every other exercise. The perfect amount of strength and flexibility added in. And of course, the stretching at the end , to me, is like a reward for finishing the workout. I would love to see more like this!

    I do love new workouts! I liked the dynamic stretching, but the part where we needed to grab our foot with our other hand-- I got it, but I'm glad no one was filming it! Thanks for this new one!

    I was having a hard time getting my heart rate up so I held 2 pound weights from the beginning and it really helped. Thanks for the suggestion. I love how you make each workout easier or harder for whatever is needed!

    I modified this to do it seated as I am still nursing a painful foot. Loved the dynamic stretching which I did standing. Got a really good workout which I enjoyed, so thank you Jules 😊

    wow... that was a great workout.. although midway after three consecutive shoulder movements my shoulders were screaming! ;) i love the way you get so much out of us without speaking! 🙏

      Sometimes I try to tire out certain muscles and other times I give breaks (move to another body part)…just depends on the workout. But, if you ever feel it’s too much, walk it out:)
