Thank you for posting the video. Appreciate the fact that it's easier for me to get in 11,000 steps a day. What is going for 12,000 but that seemed really hard. Anyway I'm in the process of learning how to become a senior citizen. And I just want to go play and have fun. At the age of 68 I'll be lucky if they have 22 more years of life. I want to feel good. I do feel good now. but I want to keep feeling good.❤
Last year on this day, I was in intensive care recovering from open heart surgery. It was my 73rd birthday. Today, I completed this wonderful workout in celebration of another year of life and health. Thank you for this gift.

I've tried so many 10,00 step workouts and this is the ONLY ONE that is a real 10,000 step workout and it's not hard to do either. Thanks for everything you do Jules.
I started this on yesterday a complete beginner bmi 30. I had to take 10 breaks to finish. Today I was able to last the entire workout without a break. What I was missing was constant breathing flow during the movements. When she said smiling is good while you work out. It was then revealed to me that if I smile I could control my breathing and it worked. Smooth sailing today!! You can do it!!!

I’ve been doing this workout 2-4 times a week for the last 2 months, I can honestly feel my fitness improving. I’m doing calorie deficit too so this is going hand in hand for weight loss. I’ve dropped 3 dress sizes in nearly 3 months! Thank you so much I wouldn’t go with anyone else to work out 💪🏻

I've been working out three weeks today, and I did this after a meal. I finished it! It's my first time EVER that I tried this 10000 workout and finished it all at once! I plan on coming back for sure!

1/31/23 - 10:02pm I found you tonight and watching a small clip made me get up and do this video! Wow! I love the music, and no talking!😂 I’m weird but I’d rather just watch and follow you! The 30 second clock is awesome! Thank you soooo much for putting this out there for us! I’m in my 60’s, over weight had two total knee replacements and had two total hip replacements in the past 3 years. And no, you are not weird...when I work out, I prefer no-talking workouts as well:) Everyone has different tastes and some people prefer the talking, so I create both. I can't please everyone, but I do try! Just so you know, I create gentle, beginner and intermediate level workouts (both seated and standing) so a lot of the workouts won't be at your speed, but you can find the ones most suitable for you in the playlists and also on my website. I think they're a little bit easier to find on my website but both work. If you enjoyed this one, the intermediate ones will likely suit you best, although with knee and hip replacements, the beginner level ones might also work better. Absolutely love this - it has become my favourite YT workout. I have found that anything over 30 mins leaves me exhausted - probably due to high cortisol levels, so I break this into 3 half hour sessions and find it so easy and enjoyable to get it all done before midday. The music is superb.

Totally underestimated this workout. I thought it was easy in the beginning but I was hella sweaty after the vid. It's my 5th day and I'm obsessed, I never been excited to do it the next day. This made me love working out! I lost 1kg already. Will update next week!

I began a year long diet in September of 2021. I lost 96 pounds. I felt so good but it started to slowly come back on no matter what I did, I could not lose it. Now, almost 2 years later (experiencing issues like an itb injury, neuropathy, sprained ankle and now trying to recover from a torn meniscus, I have packed on about 20 lbs. I needed a good place to start exercising again, and I found you. That is a long work out but it was perfect for me! Great moves, lots of arm movements and my heart rate reached 120. (I also have Bradycardia and am 64 years old) I pray with this perfect workout, by 65 in 6 1/2 months, I will lose that 20 lbs. You are so personable, good music and I found myself just smiling through this workout😊! Thank you 🙏! You are a Godsend!

Hello🥰 I did it twice a week, followed by 30 minutes MRT and It felt so great. I burned more than 500 cal and reach more than 10k steps. I enjoy doing this walking workout. Well I did this whole workout today, very proud of myself! Not a big fan of the music (too synthesized for my liking but you can tell the instructor likes it). I prefer music from the 60s, 70s and 80s myself, that music gets me dancing. I also used my step riser to use during some of the 30 second segments. Very much appreciate all these videos and all the hard work that goes into it, so much choice! Thanks
Hi Sandra, I use popular music occasionally but I can't all the time (even though I would love to). When RUclips creators (me) use copyrighted music, any income generated from the video goes directly to the music companies and the creator (me again) makes zero income from it. So any of my popular music videos are great for my viewers, but total volunteer work from me. That's okay once in a while but I can't do it every time. I'm glad you enjoyed this workout even though the music wasn't ideal for you:)
@@sandranethercott7874 I pay a subscription to a music company so I can use the music they provide (and they pay the music artists) so it's a win-win for all. With copyrighted popular music (what you hear on the radio or the oldies, etc.), all of the money from any video you see on YT goes to those music companies.
Thank you for making your videos! I started with your 30 minute video and could never make it after 20 minutes for the longest time. Eventually, I got there and now I am going to work my way up to completing this video! You give me goals and without saying anything, you give me encouragement. I have had five back surgeries in the past. The last one was in 2012. I am 67 and having what will be the last surgery in November of this year 2024. I have been encouraged to get myself in shape and that’s what I’m doing! Thank you, thank you thank you!

I accidentally found this site a few days ago & I absolutely love these workouts. I just did the 10,000 step video and while I didn't do every move that you did I did keep moving for the whole thing. You are so much fun to watch (I did do more than watch though) 😊 I am 61 years old and not in good shape, but I'm hoping to change that & your videos make working out more fun. My favorites are the ones with the oldies music. But all of them are fun and not boring. I really like the backdrops that you have as well.

I’ve been looking for a good 10,000 step video, and found yours, I’d been doing a 3 mile walk video and I love it, but I wanted to increase my indoor walk. Wow love this!! I eventually come back to group of my 10steps walking with friends. First day to join this, I did until water braking and jumped out to cooling session. And I made 6,396steps and all my body was sweating. And I feel so achieved. After I got accident on August last year, whole winter season was terribly depressed by losing job and dealing with different illnesses. Hope starting with this I recover all the ways. And I know that I can do it! This positive mind came while I walked with you. Thanks a lot. 😊

Just amazing workout, I didn't workout or went out that much for the past 2 months bcz of my back pain injury and I had trauma from walking too much so I don't hurt it again that I feel I lost my body and even 5000 steps will make me out of breath... but I finished this workout and I feel great, yes I had many breaks bcz I was out of breath but I finished it. Recommended work out for senior like me. Am 62 years old and I felt great after working out for a week. I started with 45min but for the past two days am able to complete 10000steps. Thank you for encouragement and wonderful coaching.

Hello from the UK. This time last year I considered myself a fit 59 year old. This year I have lived a busy life with exercise taking a back seat. Sadly I felt the consequences today. I got to 60 minutes and gave up. I will try again tomorrow. Great 10,000 step walking workout. My step counter didn’t know what hit it! More of these please!
Considering you managed 60 minutes, I’d say you did great! This is a long workout and it’s not just simply walking. With all the arm movements included, it’s challenging. Kudos to you for trying it and welcome back to starting to make exercise more of a priority again. ❤️
Today I clicked on this video for first time. I’ve been a little hesitant to try. 10,000 steps is my daily goal! Changing each move every 30 seconds kept it interesting and challenging. I could tell I was starting to fade a bit around 50 minute mark. I walked through some moves and kept going. At the 1 hour mark I was ready to give up, almost did, however, a few more minutes and the song “I just can’t give up” played. I kept going. Jules encouraged me as well with her typed remarks and cheering me on attitude. I may have slowed a bit and didn’t move my arms quite as high but that’s ok. I challenged my body and it responded well. I achieved my steps goal for the day and intensity minutes goal for the week. I made it! Thanks to Jules @ Improved Health!

Greetings and salutations coach Jules! Thanks to you today I performed this walk all the way. Probably missed no more than 30-40 steps. Yet I was holding your speed, I presume, 90% of the time. Walked non-stop even when drinking water at your intervals. My previous record was 5000 steps. Did only once since I constantly running out of time. In addition to walks, I must do PD exercises, physical and cognitive. And of course, doctors' visits and tests, which I dislike. I walk with you about 4 times a week for lesser number of steps. All-in-all I'm satisfied with my performance today as a 78-year-old guy with PD.
AMAZING!!! Wow, 10000 all at once is phenomenal if you're used to doing 5000 for the most steps. 10000 steps is amazing for most ages, let alone 78. I hope you are super proud for being able to do this workout. A massive high 10 to you!!!🙌

I started a few months ago with the 10 minute workouts. And have slowly worked my way up. Today I managed 30 minutes of this workout. My,goal by the end of the year is do the full 90 minutes. Thank you for these workouts.

I started this on yesterday a complete beginner bmi 30. I had to take 10 breaks to finish. Today I was able to last the entire workout without a break. What I was missing was constant breathing flow during the movements. When she said smiling is good while you work out. It was then revealed to me that if I smile I could control my breathing and it worked. Smooth sailing today!! You can do it!!!

I’ve been doing this workout 2-4 times a week for the last 2 months, I can honestly feel my fitness improving. I’m doing calorie deficit too so this is going hand in hand for weight loss. I’ve dropped 3 dress sizes in nearly 3 months! Thank you so much I wouldn’t go with anyone else to work out 💪🏻

I found you tonight and watching a small clip made me get up and do this video! Wow! I love the music, and no talking!😂 I’m weird but I’d rather just watch and follow you! I’m in my 60’s, over weight had two total knee replacements and had two total hip replacements in the past 3 years. I’m so grateful

And no, you are not weird...when I work out, I prefer no-talking workouts as well:) Everyone has different tastes and some people prefer the talking, so I create both. I can't please everyone, but I do try! Just so you know, I create gentle, beginner and intermediate level workouts (both seated and standing) so a lot of the workouts won't be at your speed, but you can find the ones most suitable for you in the playlists and also on my website. I think they're a little bit easier to find on my website but both work. If you enjoyed this one, the intermediate ones will likely suit you best, although with knee and hip replacements, the beginner level ones might also work better. Absolutely love this - it has become my favourite YT workout. I have found that anything over 30 mins leaves me exhausted - probably due to high cortisol levels, so I break this into 3 half hour sessions and find it so easy and enjoyable to get it all done before midday. The music is superb.

Totally underestimated this workout. I thought it was easy in the beginning but I was hella sweaty after the vid. It's my 5th day and I'm obsessed, I never been excited to do it the next day. This made me love working out! I lost 1kg already. Will update next week!

I began a year long diet in September of 2021. I lost 96 pounds. I felt so good but it started to slowly come back on no matter what I did, I could not lose it. Now, almost 2 years later (experiencing issues like an itb injury, neuropathy, sprained ankle and now trying to recover from a torn meniscus, I have packed on about 20 lbs. I needed a good place to start exercising again, and I found you. That is a long work out but it was perfect for me! Great moves, lots of arm movements and my heart rate reached 120. (I also have Bradycardia and am 64 years old) I pray with this perfect workout, by 65 in 6 1/2 months, I will lose that 20 lbs. You are so personable, good music and I found myself just smiling through this workout😊! Thank you 🙏! You are a Godsend!

I did it twice a week, followed by 30 minutes MRT and It felt so great. I burned more than 500 cal and reach more than 10k steps. I enjoy doing this walking workout. Well I did this whole workout today, very proud of myself! Not a big fan of the music (too synthesized for my liking but you can tell the instructor likes it). I prefer music from the 60s, 70s and 80s myself, that music gets me dancing. I also used my step riser to use during some of the 30 second segments. Very much appreciate all these videos and all the hard work that goes into it, so much choice! Thanks
Hi Sandra, I use popular music occasionally but I can't all the time (even though I would love to). When RUclips creators (me) use copyrighted music, any income generated from the video goes directly to the music companies and the creator (me again) makes zero income from it. So any of my popular music videos are great for my viewers, but total volunteer work from me. That's okay once in a while but I can't do it every time. I'm glad you enjoyed this workout even though the music wasn't ideal for you:)

Thank you for making your videos! I started with your 30 minute video and could never make it after 20 minutes for the longest time. Eventually, I got there and now I am going to work my way up to completing this video! You give me goals and without saying anything, you give me encouragement. I have had five back surgeries in the past. The last one was in 2012. I am 67 and having what will be the last surgery in November of this year 2024. I have been encouraged to get myself in shape and that’s what I’m doing! Thank you, thank you thank you!

I’ve been looking for a good 10,000 step video, and found yours, I’d been doing a 3 mile walk video and I love it, but I wanted to increase my indoor walk. Wow love this!! I eventually come back to group of my 10steps walking with friends. First day to join this, I did until water braking and jumped out to cooling session. And I made 6,396steps and all my body was sweating. And I feel so achieved. After I got accident on August last year, whole winter season was terribly depressed by losing job and dealing with different illnesses. Hope starting with this I recover all the ways. And I know that I can do it! This positive mind came while I walked with you. Thanks a lot. 😊

Hello Jules I did it!!! When I finished I jumped all over my hubby and he is super proud of me. I have been working my way up to this workout and even those it was challeging (in length) it was fun and I am so happy that I made it through. Just amazing workout, I didn't workout or went out that much for the past 2 months bcz of my back pain injury and I had trauma from walking too much so I don't hurt it again that I feel I lost my body and even 5000 steps will make me out of breath... but I finished this workout and I feel great, yes I had many breaks bcz I was out of breath but I finished it. Hello from the UK. This time last year I considered myself a fit 59 year old. This year I have lived a busy life with exercise taking a back seat. Sadly I felt the consequences today. I got to 60 minutes and gave up. I will try again tomorrow. Great 10,000 step walking workout. My step counter didn’t know what hit it! More of these please!
Considering you managed 60 minutes, I’d say you did great! This is a long workout and it’s not just simply walking. With all the arm movements included, it’s challenging. Kudos to you for trying it and welcome back to starting to make exercise more of a priority again. ❤️
Today I clicked on this video for first time. I’ve been a little hesitant to try. 10,000 steps is my daily goal! Changing each move every 30 seconds kept it interesting and challenging. I could tell I was starting to fade a bit around 50 minute mark. I walked through some moves and kept going. At the 1 hour mark I was ready to give up, almost did, however, a few more minutes and the song “I just can’t give up” played. I kept going. Jules encouraged me as well with her typed remarks and cheering me on attitude. I may have slowed a bit and didn’t move my arms quite as high but that’s ok. I challenged my body and it responded well. I achieved my steps goal for the day and intensity minutes goal for the week. I made it! Thanks to Jules @ Improved Health!

Greetings and salutations coach Jules! Thanks to you today I performed this walk all the way. Probably missed no more than 30-40 steps. Yet I was holding your speed, I presume, 90% of the time. Walked non-stop even when drinking water at your intervals. My previous record was 5000 steps. Did only once since I constantly running out of time. In addition to walks, I must do PD exercises, physical and cognitive. And of course, doctors' visits and tests, which I dislike. I walk with you about 4 times a week for lesser number of steps. All-in-all I'm satisfied with my performance today as a 78-year-old guy with PD.
AMAZING!!! Wow, 10000 all at once is phenomenal if you're used to doing 5000 for the most steps. 10000 steps is amazing for most ages, let alone 78. I hope you are super proud for being able to do this workout. A massive high 10 to you!!!🙌

I started a few months ago with the 10 minute workouts. And have slowly worked my way up. Today I managed 30 minutes of this workout. My,goal by the end of the year is do the full 90 minutes.
