I just finished this work out for the first time. It really got my heart pumping. I have to modify moves because if I lifted my legs as high as you do my husband would be calling my son who has his own ambulance service. I also skip the water breaks as I have a weak, small prolapsed bladder. I drink it afterwards. You don't know how much I appreciate being able to do your videos at home and they are free as I live on social security. You truly are a gift from GOD....bless you Jules

Modifying the exercises is perfect...I am sure most people who do the workout have to modify some of the exercises. So many of us have different injuries and restrictions. You're doing great if you can do this workout...this is a long one so congratulations on finishing it! 💗

The perfect walking workout! Easy, works the muscle and enjoyable. I was getting lazy at the 40 minute mark then i talked myself into finishing it. I want to get my 10,000 steps in. In the morning, i did a 3000 steps workout of yours so with this one, i finished 10,000 steps today.

I'm about to turn 70 and at 68 retired from a mostly sitting job and set out to get more fit now that I had time to focus on it. Well, today I finished this entire video for the first time. I tried a lot of things but tendentious, weakness and low energy kept me down so it took time. I found one of your 20-minute easy videos and stepped my way up doing only what I was able to do. 10 days ago, or so i tried this and did 35 minutes and each time after that a little more until I made it all the way. We usually try to do an outdoor activity when my husband has a day off. There is 100% humidity and rain forecast for later so we pulled up this workout. Always great to start the day with your heart pumping and a good sweat! Love finding older workouts that are new to us☺️👏🏻👍🏻👍🏻

@@chefg828 Hi! I'm not quite sure I understand. Are you asking if you can do the interval workouts with the strength workouts? If so, yes, absolutely. When it comes to the all-in-ones (when we do strength training), you can still do those with the strength workouts as long as you're giving any sore muscles time to recover. For example, if you do an all-in-one a day after a hard leg strengthening day, you might want to skip the squats or lunges in the all-in-one workout (especially if you feel soreness). I hope that helps!
@ImprovedHealth Omg yes this helps. I was thinking of going through all 4 intervals again , the standard 4 weeks and add the short strength videos you just did on days when the videos are short? Lol
@@chefg828 That sounds like a great plan. If you start back with Series 1 of the interval training PLUS the strength workouts, you'll have yourself a great full-body program. That's ideal, actually. A lot of people won't take the time to do both, but if you have the time and motivation, then by all means, go for it! You'll definitely see results with the combination.

Congratulations on finishing 4 weeks of series 3, Stacy!!! I'm so glad to read that you are feeling the difference. For series 4, as I mentioned there are only 2 videos for day 1 and 3. Ideally, choose any of my strength workouts for day 2 & 5. For day 4 & 7, choose any 30 minute cardio workout (or all-in-one). For day 6, try to choose a longer cardio workout (45 min upwards). I hope that helps!
LOVED THIS SO MUCH!! It had been a while since I did a 60 minute cardio workout but I did it! I especially loved when you said exercise is great for mental health. NY exercise time is MY time and it certainly good for my mind as a is for my body!!
This is tomorrows work out. Been on holiday for the last week but pleased to say never put on any weight. Was on the west coast of scotland so did lots pf walking

Very proud of myself that I made this one. Very tough, but it is so easy to stay. you are so encouraging. First made Series 1 for 4 weeks, then Series 2 for 4 weeks, now am at Series 3 in my first week. Your workouts are so special, so appreciating and so lovely - I have recommended them to many friends already. Just one little question: Is it good to use weights when overweight anyway and problems with shoulder and knees? Thank you very much! You make it easy to move!👍
Thanks Susanne. In terms of using weights, it's definitely good to use them, but there are modifications that might need to be made. Use lighter weights for shoulder exercises, and if the exercises cause any pain, then that specific exercise is not good to do. As for using weights for legs, if you find the exercise challenging already, just use bodyweight (for example, for squats, lunges, etc.). Let me know if you have more specific questions.

I am still in my first week of series 3, but want to share how much I enjoy your workouts. I was determined to complete the series and did this 60 minutes workout late in the evening. If not for the motivational messages, I would not have completed the full hour. As for all of your workouts, I appreciate that most are done in a manageable amount of time and don’t require a lot of space. I am seeing definition in my arms so that’s exciting and I can tell that my legs are stronger.

Love this workout. I'm 66 and Type 1 diabetic. Love all your workouts. Really love the longer ones. I like the no talking but when we are stretching can you tell us when to change especially when we are bent over stretching. Thanks
Hi! This one is an older one and I didn't use a bell at the time. I now use a bell during no-talking videos to let people know when to change positions. I'm always learning when it comes to editing and improving:)

@@chefg828 That sounds like a great plan. If you start back with Series 1 of the interval training PLUS the strength workouts, you'll have yourself a great full-body program. That's ideal, actually. A lot of people won't take the time to do both, but if you have the time and motivation, then by all means, go for it! You'll definitely see results with the combination.

Congratulations on finishing 4 weeks of series 3, Stacy!!! I'm so glad to read that you are feeling the difference. For series 4, as I mentioned there are only 2 videos for day 1 and 3. Ideally, choose any of my strength workouts for day 2 & 5. For day 4 & 7, choose any 30 minute cardio workout (or all-in-one). For day 6, try to choose a longer cardio workout (45 min upwards). I hope that helps!

LOVED THIS SO MUCH!! It had been a while since I did a 60 minute cardio workout but I did it! I especially loved when you said exercise is great for mental health. NY exercise time is MY time and it certainly good for my mind as a is for my body!!

Very proud of myself that I made this one. Very tough, but it is so easy to stay. you are so encouraging. First made Series 1 for 4 weeks, then Series 2 for 4 weeks, now am at Series 3 in my first week. Your workouts are so special, so appreciating and so lovely - I have recommended them to many friends already. Just one little question: Is it good to use weights when overweight anyway and problems with shoulder and knees?

Thanks Susanne. In terms of using weights, it's definitely good to use them, but there are modifications that might need to be made. Use lighter weights for shoulder exercises, and if the exercises cause any pain, then that specific exercise is not good to do. As for using weights for legs, if you find the exercise challenging already, just use bodyweight (for example, for squats, lunges, etc.). Let me know if you have more specific questions.

I am still in my first week of series 3, but want to share how much I enjoy your workouts. I was determined to complete the series and did this 60 minutes workout late in the evening. If not for the motivational messages, I would not have completed the full hour. As for all of your workouts, I appreciate that most are done in a manageable amount of time and don’t require a lot of space. I am seeing definition in my arms so that’s exciting and I can tell that my legs are stronger.

Love this workout. I'm 66 and Type 1 diabetic. Love all your workouts. Really love the longer ones. I like the no talking but when we are stretching can you tell us when to change especially when we are bent over stretching. Thanks
Hi! This one is an older one and I didn't use a bell at the time. I now use a bell during no-talking videos to let people know when to change positions. I'm always learning when it comes to editing and improving:)
