Already a year and a half doing my exercises with Jules every day and I still love her! She is the best. Very seldom I miss a day, these exercises has change my life, my attitude, MY HEALTH, my stamina, it has been a wonderful experience and I'm not planning to stop it any time soon. Thank you Jules for making my life so healthy, you put a lot of effort in thew music , in the calendars (which I LOVE) with all the routines, the planning of what the next day will be , the variety, it always makes me happy to do my exercises in the morning, and of course, like you always say: I try to "challenge"my self a little more everyday so I can be stronger and stronger. I can't say Thank you enough Jules!!Thank you, Thank you!
I truly appreciate your comment and feedback, Ana Maria! It makes me very happy to know that you enjoy the workouts enough to come back each day after 1 1/2 years. Thank you so much for letting me know that. And, kudos to you for prioritizing your health and for making that extra effort to challenge yourself to continue to get stronger, too.🫂
I did this one today. But when I saw the quote “be grateful you are able to move” I almost had to pause. I’ll be 63 July 31. At this age no way my mom could do this. She did not take care of herself. We lost her at 75. I M so grateful for being able to move! Thank you for helping me do just that !
Thank you for letting me know how meaningful the comment was for you, Nora. I appreciate that. I cycle most days and each time I get on my bike, I think of how grateful I am to be able to use my legs to bike. We never know what life will bring so each day that my legs move me, I'm thankful.
I did it. I woke up at 6:30 am and drank lemon water as my only fuel for doing this workout. Im so happy i could cry. Happy that i finished this workout. And happy i could joing all these lovely spectacular people in the comments who also finished their workout. Im so proud of everyone. This just shows that we can do anything we put our minds to. And im putting my mind to taking a shower and eating breakfast
A huge kudos to you for doing this first thing in the morning! It's definitely a great feeling to get a workout done and then move on with the day. Wishing you a great day ahead:)
Hi Jules! This workout was just what I needed today. My father had a heart attack a month ago at my home. We got him to ER in the nick of time. He had bypass surgery and is doing well now. I have missed exercising and my health is even more of a priority now. To everyone reading this comment, Do not take your health for granted! It can change in a moment of time. I encourage everyone to take care of yourself by eating right and exercising with Jules!! 💕
Life is definitely not to be taken for granted. I'm so glad to read that your dad is doing well now. Thanks for letting me know that you enjoyed this. It truly is amazing how much we miss exercise when it becomes such an important part of our lives. Welcome back!
OK I'm not going to lie. When I saw 40 minutes I groaned. LOL Then I got to moving and I thought, ok this isn't so bad, switching every 20 seconds made it doable. Then when I got to the 30 minute mark my body was rebelling but I kept insisting we finish and finish I did. I definitely worked up a major sweat and it felt WONDERFUL to get it done. Thanks for another challenge and upbeat workout.
Lol, I am not surprised about the groaning since I think a lot of people likely did the same thing when they saw the 40 min! I don't typically make longer cardio workouts because I know most people feel the same way as you. A HUGE congrats to you for doing this workout despite not wanting to, Carrie! I am so glad to read that you worked up a good sweat, kept going when you didn't want to (that says a lot about you!) and felt wonderful when you finished. You DID it...and now you can fully enjoy the day ahead:)
238 pounds, just finished your workout video and I feel great! Goal is to lose 50 pounds to start out with this year, and with this video and a proper diet, I feel like that goal is achievable. Thank you!
I am SO excited for you and for what 2024 will bring. You sound determined and I love that you are also planning to include healthy eating to reach your goal. I wrote a blog post on my website last week which might provide you with some helpful tips. My biggest tip is to start strength training as well. The combo of cardio and strength will definitely kickstart your metabolism and have you reaching your goals quicker. www.improvedhealthforseniors.com If you're not a senior, not to worry, the tips and these workouts apply to all ages:) I hope you'll share your progress as the weeks and months go on!

Hi and welcome to my channel! Just so you know, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate levels). If you liked this one, you'll find plenty more like it in the 'intermediate level' playlists. I hope you enjoy more of them when you try them out. Thanks for taking the time to comment to let me know that you're new here.
@@ImprovedHealth I am using the intermediate as I have been exercising a long time and consistently. Your workouts minimize injury risk, and today I did this one a second time as my hamstring was strained and is now healed. 70th birthday in a few months, and feeling fitter than ever. 😍
@@VtRD It really is amazing how fit we can be as we age if we continue to work out consistently throughout our lives. I was chatting with my 78 year old uncle yesterday who I haven't seen in a long time and I found out he hikes regularly and often does 3-4 hour hikes on trails (which include up and down terrain)! I was amazed, and it really goes to show what we're capable of if we stick with it.
Doing this one today!! Can’t wait !! These are one of my faves and when you do the throwback workouts, especially the 80s !! Thank you so much, your videos have really helped me!! ♥️🙏🙌💪🙋🏻♀️
Thanks for these longer cardio ones Jules, I know they take a whole lot of time and energy on your part!! We are having 7 days of rain in South Carolina so it is easy to go into slug mode😂 I really like the 20 second increments and the new moves you’ve added to keep the mind and body out of autopilot!! I appreciate you leaving in the times you mess up as it makes you even more relatable because I’m right there laughing with you through my missteps. Thanks so much for your feedback, Carol. I did it💪 it's really very demanding and exhausting but due to the short intervals it's so varied that it's still fun. You manage to design really strenuous workouts in such a way that you still do it and enjoy it. After that you are very proud of yourself. Thanks Jules I am so happy to have found your channel.😊
I just want to thank you youtube cardio lady... 40lbs gone this year all due to changing my diet and working out with you daily. You have helped change my life! Much gratitude ❤
Oh, wow! A massive congratulations to you for changing your lifestyle and for seeing the benefits with 40 lbs down! Thanks so much for taking the time to let me know that you're enjoying the workouts and that they've been helping. Also, congrats for exercising daily!
Love these workouts. Started another form with my wife in a formal class that starts with the word jazz, but that's only certain times of the week, and I can't make them all. "Improved Health" solves the problem of not having the other when I'm ready to workout. I also do a martial art called Kuk Sool Won and this is a marvelous complement to that. Thanks for doing so many varied workouts, and like other comments, thanks for the stretches at the end.
Thank you for your wonderful comment. It's great that you do cross training with lots of different exercises...that's a great way to challenge the body & mind.
I did this workout today and I felt such gratitude I could. I discovered you several months ago and started slow with your workouts. I have lost 22 lbs so far and I am motivated in making changes in my diet and exercise goals. I have added yoga and this has helped balanced me mentally. I love doing your workouts and this is from someone who gets bored easily with exercise routines. Your energy and enthusiasm makes your workouts fun! Thank you 😊
Thank you SO much for taking the time to write your comment. It has put a massive smile on my face. I am so glad to know that you're enjoying the workouts and that you're motivated and setting goals. Simply awesome.💪
Great workout! Love the 20 second intervals. Very doable and makes the time go quick. I also like that you include stretching at the end of your videos and don't make me "click on this video" to stretch, which I never follow through on. Thanks for all you do! Much appreciated.
Good Morning...First & Foremost I want to Sincerely Thank You, for Your GLORIOUS Videos😊 That always makes me FEEL on Top of the World. I'm Very 🙏 GRATEFUL for ALL of the LOVE & CARE that You dearly put into EVERY Single work-out Video❤😊

That was a quick 40 minutes! Definitely "glowing" here. It was badly needed. An emotional morning clearning mums things. This was god for me head. Discovered though my coordination is rubbish! Thanks Jules.
@@ImprovedHealth I am. Clearing mums clothes was emotional, but its done now. Going to the garden centre to buy compost and plants. An hour or two in the garden will be good for me.
You sure know how to challenge us JUST RIGHT. The water break came just in time. I’m caring for my hubby after surgery and I was able to do the first half. Mañana I’ll do the 2nd and when he’s more independent I’ll do it all. ❤❤
Had a rough/painful doctor visit and did not feel like working out. I found this and am very happy that I was able to go my own speed and move! I was able to burn 214 active calories with this workout and 4,241 steps! Thank you so much
Brilliant to use the 20 second intervals! More mental engagement makes the time fly. I appreciate the thought and effort that goes into planning a workout like this--thank you! And as always--THANK YOU for including a stretch. Also, I really appreciate the "change sides" chime--keeps me from twisting and craning my neck to see the screen. It's a little thing, but it means a lot. 🥰
Really enjoyed this workout. Thank you for making a longer one. Felt it in my legs. And thank you for adding the stretch at the end. 💞 Really enjoy your workouts. They are so easy to do at home. Keep them coming!!
A great lead. Well done to you too. Wonderful encouragement all the way through. Thank you. I’m so happy to be able to do an intermediate level workout from time to time. I did not enjoy the music. Great tempo but too repetitive. And I felt that your written queuing was late. I think you usually clue on five seconds before the next move and this time it seems like two or one second before the next move. A little harder for me to follow but not impossible. Just my opinion. Take what you like and leave the rest please.❤
Great feedback, Cynthia. You're absolutely right about the 'next move'. I actually pushed it back a little bit thinking it might be better so I am thankful for your feedback. I'll bring it back to 5 seconds before. Thanks for that. With the music, I hear you. I'll keep trying new music when I can using the two music providers I pay for. The one nice thing about this provider is that the beat is consistent but I know what you're saying in terms of it being repetitive.
Time went so fast! Normally try to just do 30 min. ones. So glad I was a bit more ambitious today! Thank you, it was great! Hope you have a great weekend!!
It is 105 here in Texas. Thank you for this workout, I can work on cardio and strength without leaving my room! The music was effective but ABBA is my all time favorite.
Ironically enough, my husband just said about an hour ago about the heat in Texas (he was looking at temps here and randomly saw the temps in Texas). I can see why you are definitely working out indoors!
Let’s call this one Preato Chango. Those 20 sec exercises can get a bit brutal. I made it through and was very happy when Stretch came up on the screen. Thanks Jules. This was another good one.
Hi Jules: another amazing workout. I love this workout. I saved this one. You are absolutely amazing. I love starting the week off with a great workout. Thank you so much for this amazing video. 😅😅😅
Did this workout for the first time today and I'm so glad I found it! I really like the 20 second intervals, they're very doable. Your quote "be grateful you are able to move" really hit home for me. At 66 I have to keep moving and your workouts will certainly help with that! I always look forward to your new workouts.
This is a great workout! I love the twenty second intervals and the repetition. The music was great too! Upbeat, but peaceful too. I have stuck with your RUclips videos longer than anything I have tried before (going on about 4 months consistently now). You are such an encourager too. 🙂
Thanks so much for taking the time to share your progress, Melody! I am thrilled to read that you have been more consistent with exercise! Congrats on nearly 4 months!
these new workouts are helping me rebuild my strength and endurance after a long illness. my balance and range of motion are improving weekly. And i am having fun!!!!!
I usually do 15 minute cardio workouts, and I gulped and tried this one. The variety really made it go faster than I expected. Thanks for another great workout!
Thank you Jules for another fantastic workout. You don't know just how much I look forward to Monday morning to see what new workout you have instore for us. This one is a keeper❤
I hesitated to start this because I've done SO much walking in the last 2 days but started it anyway. And finished it too! I loved all the arm movements whih make me twist and loosen me up. Also loved all of the variation of moves. Thank you Jules! 💖💪
I love that your workouts are unique - I'm never bored, and I'm always challenged. However, the movements are familiar so I can easily keep up with the changes. Thank you!
I'm 67 and I so enjoyed this workout. I try to do it every Monday morning and then your 20 minute routines Wed and Friday. I feel so much better and am losing weight and inches. Thanks so much.
Thank you Jules, really enjoyed this one. I like the 20sec intervals and the repeat of exercises because it takes me a sec to get the pattern at times, thanks again. Wishing you and your loved ones well.
That's what I think when I repeat a pattern (meaning I am sure a lot of people take a second or two to get the next movement). I'm glad that works well for you:)
Like a well-written book, this cardio walk had all the elements to keep mind and body engaged, the 40 minutes flew past( almost:)). Again, like a great novel is un-put-downable, there was no stopping, once I started this. I did not quite make the 4800 steps, but I was close and am proud of myself. It's difficult to express appreciation and admiration for the fabulous videos you put up... sincere gratitude for your ideas and hard work...💖🙏
Loved this workout, with a good beat it motivates to keep exercising and the time flies. I usually do yoga on 2 or 3 days so all these cardio workouts as extra are brilliant, so pleased I discovered these.
I'm getting back into exercise after suffering the last 6 years from endometriosis and adenomyosis. Had 4 abdominal operations and the last was an extensive surgery. I put on so much weight over the last 6 years but now I'm brilliant, uterus free, pain free and ready to take care of me again. 😊 I do your videos 4-5 times a week x
I love reading that you are doing so well now after six very difficult years. I'm very happy for you that you are now pain-free and able to exercise again. That's great news, and I love the positivity that I can feel through your comment.💖
Back to this firm favourite today, the perfect length for when I am resting from strength training but want more cardio. Please can we have more like it? Many thanks for all your wonderful workouts, I love starting my day the Jules way! 😊
Hopefully I can find some time over the holidays to get another long one together. Since I returned to full-time work in Sept, it's been harder to create long videos. I shall try, Susan!
Phase 2! Day 3! ✅️👍🏻 10pm and it was still 22° and humid here in Norfolk UK. I managed to get to the half way water break and then stopped for an hour to do some ironing! 🥵 Went back and did the second part after a nice cold drink. Jobs a good'en! Thanks Jules Annette 🎈
Sounds like lovely weather (although I know most people in the UK don't have a/c so I'm sure the evenings can get a bit uncomfortable). Congrats on completing this one (impressed that you came back to it after finishing ironing...that's a lot of ironing!).
Hi Jules! I got a really good night's sleep last night and so decided to push myself and do a longer cardio. It got a little tough for me the last 10 minutes but I was really enjoying it so pushed through to the end. Even my knees are sweating! I loved all the arm movements and the pace was perfect for a 40 minute cardio. Thank you!
WOW! This workout was challenging and invigorating! I am not one who usually sweats much during workouts, but I am a sweaty mess after this one! Thank you so much for all you do for the benefit of so many!

WOW - I thought when I saw this 40 minutes it can't be - but it was and it was great the time just flew by! Thanks for a great workout that I plan on using regularly in my stay healthy routine****
40 min can definitely be tough to reach, so kudos to you for getting to this point that you can do it! It’s such a great feeling when we do more than we think we can.
HUGE FAN. I love your videos and I do them every day. I do the 25 minute cardio workout which I've been doing now for almost 9 months, and daily other than a month or so when I got an under the desk elliptical but I figured out quickly that the elliptical is great but cannot be an adequate substitute for the cardio workouts!! Stumbled on this one last week and have begun doing it instead of the 25 minute one. Didn't think I could do it, but it's so easy to follow and I surprised myself that I did the entire 40 minutes!!! Have been doing this one now for about a week - every day without fail - and this morning I did the 25 minute one AM and this on in the afternoon!! SO GRATEFUL TO MOVE!!! I'll be 64 this year, and I have type 2 diabetes. Over the past 2 years I've lost 92 pounds (12" in my bust!!) and am SO THANKFUL for your videos!!! God bless you!!!
Oh, thank you so much for taking the time to write your comment, Elaine!!! I am all smiles here:) I am absolutely ecstatic for you to have lost 92 pounds!!! Wow, you have been working hard! Your consistency with exercise is definitely paying off. A massive congrats to you for trying a new longer workout as well, and adding on exercise in the evenings now, too! I am definitely looking forward to hearing about your continued progress. Absolutely amazing!
Have been trting many of ur low impact workouts... Couldn't go beyond 40 min... So tried this today .. for the first time could complete it .. feeling great... 20 sec switch is easy to do... Thanks for accompanying me daily.... U r truely an inspiration..😊
First of all, congrats for completing this one! That's great news! Thank you for letting me know that you're enjoying the variety of workouts (and for your kindness in the comment).
This is a great workout and the shorter intervals keep my mind engaged and less time for the muscle groups to tire Love the 20 minute segments. Looking forward to more like this
Just finished this workout, and I am feeling great! At first I thought I would not be able to finish, but I did, and I'm glad I did. Thank you for giving us encouragement along the way!
I did this one today I was feeling really sluggish After a long week at work and miserable weather in England . However your exercise and your beautiful background really gave me a good boost Mentally and physically . Thank you for these lovely exercises ❤

😂 I'm 81...may not be able to do the whole set for 40 minutes, but my daughter says 10 minute spurts!! I too am sooo grateful to be able to move!! Thanks!! G.
I just finished responding to Gail, another viewer who is 81. The two of you are amazing! Just keep in mind that you want to allow the heart rate to come down before stopping abruptly during the workout.
Just want to let you know I enjoy your smile, your encouragement at the end of the videos and the variety of videos you have. I have been doing them for over a year now. One of my favorites is the Bee Gees 10 minutes. Just because I can always fit 10 minutes of happy music into my schedule. Thank you for all your hard work!
Fresh with good flow, and the shorter intervals make it feel fast. The single leg knee repeaters and cow kicks, the plie squats, and the three steps followed with a forward or to the side move kept me focused on the session instead of the clock. Pleased to read other comments that I wasn't alone in the sweat department!
Been following your workout for 4 weeks loving everyday.Never done exercise before but my husband is going through chemo and I thought I need to start feeling better it also gives me time to concentrate on something rather than the big C.You don't know how much I appreciate these workouts.Thank you.Liz

Love the 20 second intervals . Also the 40 minute format. Great workout
Thanks for your feedback:)
I am so happy to have found your channel!!
Thanks so much for letting me know that.💖
A fantastic workout! Thank you - felt like I was dancing the time away, but sweating tons! Thanks!
I love that you felt like you were dancing the whole workout:)
Just finished this …….it was hard but I feel really good now. Thank you so much Jules❤
This is a longer one so congrats for finishing it!
Favorite workout! Gets whole body moving. Loved that it was longer.
Thanks for letting me know it's your fav!
Great workout! Love the 20 second intervals. Very doable and makes the time go quick. I also like that you include stretching at the end of your videos and don't make me "click on this video" to stretch, which I never follow through on. Thanks for all you do! Much appreciated.
Thanks for your feedback about the stretching. That’s helpful!
Thank you, I really enjoyed doing this workout!
Thanks for letting me know, Jacqueline.💖
i just found this channel. LOVE IT! today was my first day
Hi Sue! Welcome to my channel and thank you for letting me know that you're new here. Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. If you enjoyed this one, you can find plenty more at this same level under the 'intermediate level' playlists. I hope you enjoy more of the workouts when you try them out. Thank you for subscribing:)
i love the intermediate level even at 237 lbs i can do most of the movements on it and its challenging@@ImprovedHealth today was my second day different video
Congrats for coming back again! @@sueblank6065
@@ImprovedHealth are you going to be doing more videos ?
Hi! I upload new videos every Monday. If you hit the subscribe button and then the bell beside it, you'll get notifications when they get uploaded (it's free).@@sueblank6065
Good morning Jules. A nice longer walking workout, thank you. Have a good week. 💞💪🏻
Wishing you a great week ahead as well:)
That was a quick 40 minutes! Definitely "glowing" here. It was badly needed. An emotional morning clearning mums things. This was god for me head. Discovered though my coordination is rubbish! Thanks Jules.
I hope you're having a better day today.🫂
@@ImprovedHealth I am. Clearing mums clothes was emotional, but its done now. Going to the garden centre to buy compost and plants. An hour or two in the garden will be good for me.
You sure know how to challenge us JUST RIGHT. The water break came just in time. I’m caring for my hubby after surgery and I was able to do the first half. Mañana I’ll do the 2nd and when he’s more independent I’ll do it all. ❤❤
I’m glad you felt it was just the right amount of challenge. Thanks Laurie!
We are 72 and 75 years old and absolutely love your channel. The no talking is wonderful and you are amazing. Thank you fr9m Australia.
I love your comment. Thanks so much for taking the time to send it, Diane.🫂
Thank you for this! I’m 70. I kept up most of the time. I so enjoy walking workouts with you! ❤
Thanks so much for taking the time to let me know, Joy.
Had a rough/painful doctor visit and did not feel like working out. I found this and am very happy that I was able to go my own speed and move! I was able to burn 214 active calories with this workout and 4,241 steps! Thank you so much
Kudos to you for working out despite not feeling like it!
Thanks for your awesome feedback, Dorothy. I always appreciate knowing what viewers find helpful in a workout.
Felt really good to complete this workout as we have a heatwave here in England at the moment. Thank you from a very sweaty but happy body,❤
Congrats for finishing it in a heatwave!
That was a really great workout ... glad I did it! Thank you. I enjoyed the 40-minute length. :)
Congrats on doing a longer workout:)
Really enjoyed this workout. Thank you for making a longer one. Felt it in my legs. And thank you for adding the stretch at the end. 💞 Really enjoy your workouts. They are so easy to do at home. Keep them coming!!
Thanks so much for your great feedback:)
Great workout - I loved the music!
Thanks for letting me know, Kim.😄
Congrats on choosing a longer workout! It's definitely a great feeling when we accomplish more than we plan to do.
This workout is just what I needed today! It is going to be 100 degrees here in Iowa, and I am so thankful for all of your workouts!!!
Oh wow, that is hot! Thanks for letting me know that these workouts are coming in helpful:)
Thanks so much for your great feedback, Patricia. I really appreciate it.
This was a good one. I did it in 3 sessions: before breakfast, after breakfast and after work. I clocked 403 calories + 4,422 steps. Thank you.
Creative way to get it done!
these new workouts are helping me rebuild my strength and endurance after a long illness. my balance and range of motion are improving weekly. And i am having fun!!!!!
I'm so glad to read that you're noticing the improvements:)
I usually do 15 minute cardio workouts, and I gulped and tried this one. The variety really made it go faster than I expected. Thanks for another great workout!
Woohoo! Kudos to you for doing it!
Thank you Jules for another fantastic workout. You don't know just how much I look forward to Monday morning to see what new workout you have instore for us. This one is a keeper❤
Thank you very much for letting me know that, Sharon.🫂
Jules thank you again for keeping me moving 🚶♀️🏃♀️➡️
I am happy to do so!
I hesitated to start this because I've done SO much walking in the last 2 days but started it anyway. And finished it too! I loved all the arm movements whih make me twist and loosen me up. Also loved all of the variation of moves. Thank you Jules! 💖💪
Look at you go! I love that you talked yourself into doing it despite all the walking you did days before.
I love that your workouts are unique - I'm never bored, and I'm always challenged. However, the movements are familiar so I can easily keep up with the changes. Thank you!
Thanks so much for sharing that with me, Kathy.🥰
Another wonderful new video! Loved the balance challenge during the stretch - going to do that every day! Thanks Jules!
Thanks for that feedback, Wendy. I'll try to include it more often.
Loved this workout! I am 71 and sometimes coordinate issues with arms and legs. But i did not give up- your quotes motivated me on.
Somehow I missed your comment 11 months ago, Debra! Thanks so much for your great feedback.💖
This was a fabulous workout! The time flew by and the 20 second intervals were perfect. The whole thing just flowed beautifully! Thank you!:)
Thanks so much for your kind comment.❤️
Thanks for this amazing workout!!!!! I feel so proud of myself as I managed to do the whole 40m workout!!! Thanks, thanks, thanks!!!
Congrats for completing it! I love that you're proud of yourself...that's how it should be:)
I'm 67 and I so enjoyed this workout. I try to do it every Monday morning and then your 20 minute routines Wed and Friday. I feel so much better and am losing weight and inches. Thanks so much.
I'm so glad to read that you're seeing results, Sandi.
It's cold and windy today so I did this instead of going outside. I like that you have varied length on your work-outs.
Thank you for that feedback.
It's difficult to express appreciation and admiration for the fabulous videos you put up... sincere gratitude for your ideas and hard work...💖🙏
Thanks you, Anuradha. Your comment is very meaningful and warms my heart.😊
@@ImprovedHealth 🥰
Loved this workout, with a good beat it motivates to keep exercising and the time flies. I usually do yoga on 2 or 3 days so all these cardio workouts as extra are brilliant, so pleased I discovered these.
Thanks so much for sharing that with me, Judith!
@@ImprovedHealth thank you 💗
Back to this firm favourite today, the perfect length for when I am resting from strength training but want more cardio. Please can we have more like it? Many thanks for all your wonderful workouts, I love starting my day the Jules way! 😊
Hopefully I can find some time over the holidays to get another long one together. Since I returned to full-time work in Sept, it's been harder to create long videos. I shall try, Susan!
Phase 2! Day 3! ✅️👍🏻
10pm and it was still 22° and humid here in Norfolk UK.
I managed to get to the half way water break and then stopped for an hour to do some ironing! 🥵
Went back and did the second part after a nice cold drink.
Jobs a good'en!
Thanks Jules
Annette 🎈
Sounds like lovely weather (although I know most people in the UK don't have a/c so I'm sure the evenings can get a bit uncomfortable). Congrats on completing this one (impressed that you came back to it after finishing ironing...that's a lot of ironing!).
I did it!! So happy to see the minute count get into the single digits.
Lol, yes it is nice when the clock counts down:) Congrats for finishing it!!!
Thank you!
Congrats for sticking through it and completing it, Valerie! You absolutely deserve to feel proud!
WOW! This workout was challenging and invigorating! I am not one who usually sweats much during workouts, but I am a sweaty mess after this one! Thank you so much for all you do for the benefit of so many!
So glad to read that you got sweaty and enjoyed it!
This one really keeps me laser-focused on the moves as they are only 20 seconds and unpredictable. Thank you.
Thanks for your great feedback, Patrice.
Thanks Julie I have high blood pressure pressure and severe sleep apnea .
Plus depression ..My first time ..Made me move .
Hi Susan, welcome to my channel and thank you for letting me know that you're new here. Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. If you enjoyed this one, you can find plenty more at this same level under the 'intermediate level' playlists. My hope is that if you return daily for exercise, you'll start to feel better mentally, and that your blood pressure will start to come down, AND you'll sleep better. There are so many benefits (beyond what we see on the outside). I've heard of lots of people no longer having sleep apnea after working out regularly. I truly hope you enjoy more of the workouts when you try them out.
Thank you for this. I have limited mobilty and an extremely small space to workout in, so this is great. 😊
Thanks Crystal! If you enjoyed this one, you can find more at this level under my 'intermediate level' playlists.
Gracias, me encanta , tengo 61 años y termino la rutina, fantástico....saludos desde Trujillo, Perú

WOW - I thought when I saw this 40 minutes it can't be - but it was and it was great the time just flew by! Thanks for a great workout that I plan on using regularly in my stay healthy routine****
I'm so glad to read that the time flew by!
Thank you for this longer workout! I’m very proud that I’ve worked up to the 40 minute session, with your help, of course!
40 min can definitely be tough to reach, so kudos to you for getting to this point that you can do it! It’s such a great feeling when we do more than we think we can.
This one is so much fun! It always puts me in a great mood. Thank you!!
This was exactly what I needed today! It replaced a fast pace walk with some added arm and ab! Saving!!!
Thanks for letting me know that you enjoyed this one. The extra arm work definitely helps to burn more calories compared to just walking.
Hello jules thanks jules greT workout❤luv lorraine&gary
Looking forward to more like this
Thank you! I'm working on going through my videos so I can create a playlist for the shorter segments. They are popular with a lot of people.
This is my first time doing 44 minutes with her☺️❤️
Congrats for managing the longer workout!
Just finished this workout, and I am feeling great! At first I thought I would not be able to finish, but I did, and I'm glad I did. Thank you for giving us encouragement along the way!
Congrats for doing more than you thought you could!
Thanks, Jules. This was just what I needed today to up my energy. We are moving next week & I have a million and one things to do!
Oh wow, moving is SO much work (but also exciting). I hope it all goes well and that you enjoy your new home.
I did it today, and I really loved it! Thanks a lot! 🥰🥰🥰
Done! I'm so thankful to God that I'm able to work out!! And thankful to you for sharing! Be blessed
Aw, thanks Debra! Love how you shared what and who you're grateful for.
I did this one today I was feeling really sluggish
After a long week at work and miserable weather in England .
However your exercise and your beautiful background really gave me a good boost Mentally and physically .
Thank you for these lovely exercises ❤
4800 steps is pretty amazing for feeling sluggish! It's been a super rainy spring here in Ottawa, Canada, too. I definitely look forward to sunnier weather.
I can’t believe I did this one!!!! I made it all the way through!!! My dear mom passed a couple weeks ago and life is hard. I read exercise brings endorphins and feel good hormones. I sure hope so. ❤
Exercise absolutely helps to feel better emotionally and helps with stress. I'm so sorry to hear about your mom. I can imagine this would be a very difficult time for you. I hope the workouts help each day.🫂
Outstanding workout! I needed to sweat today with my workout and you delivered. Thanks Jules! And thanks for including stretches at the end of the workout. I will do one of your 13-15 minutes stretching routines later this evening.
It's a long one! Congrats for completing it, Nancy and I'm glad to read that you added extra stretching on later in the day.
I did it! Love the 20 second intervals the best. Makes the workout go by faster.
I just did this workout again. Love working out with you! Thank you
Thanks for your feedback, Nancy.❤️
love your messages to be glad we can move... very grateful!!!
Thanks Lucy!
Awesome workout! I'm doing your videos while back carrying my 18lbs (9kg) baby. She always falls asleep halfway through, it's a win win situation:)
Wow! Now that's a workout!
Thank you! I definitely appreciate that you took the time to write your comment. It means a lot.🥰
Thank you so much for doing these sessions, they are greatly appreciated ❤
Thanks for your kind comment, Belinda.🫂
Fresh with good flow, and the shorter intervals make it feel fast. The single leg knee repeaters and cow kicks, the plie squats, and the three steps followed with a forward or to the side move kept me focused on the session instead of the clock. Pleased to read other comments that I wasn't alone in the sweat department!
Thanks for your great feedback, and congrats for completing it, Chris!
It was quick but so doable. Fantastic workout.
Thank you!!!
Been following your workout for 4 weeks loving everyday.Never done exercise before but my husband is going through chemo and I thought I need to start feeling better it also gives me time to concentrate on something rather than the big C.You don't know how much I appreciate these workouts.Thank you.Liz
So glad to read that you're starting to bring exercise into your life, Elizabeth! Thank you very much for letting me know that you're enjoying the workouts. I hope the chemo goes well. 🫂
I love this workout. 40 minutes is perfect. Can you make more of these please?
Thanks for the request:)
Omg, this was so good, I'm 124kg, and being able to do it was so great. Thank you 😊 ❤
Thanks Joselyn and congrats for completing it! If you liked this one, I have plenty more like it in the 'intermediate level' playlists (I create 3 levels: gentle, beginner and intermediate).
