Oh, Jules, Jules, JULES!!! Greetings from Australia. That was one hell of a workout. I said to myself I’ll just do 20…30min..,then I said I’ll do half then I said ‘come on, there’s only 30min left’ and I just kept on going . Before I knew it the counter was at 00.00! Wow, thank you.
I did the entire 10,000 steps and the floor stretches!! I will turn 69 years old soon and couldn't of done this without your support and encouragement. Thank you so much. I want to stay mobile as I age and workouts like this are wonderful!!
I did this in two parts. When I was done, I broke down and cried! It has been a long time since I felt accomplished doing something for myself. So happy and thank you!
Oh wow, thank you SO much for sharing that with me. A massive kudos to you for doing it, and for being proud for doing it, too. Working out for as long as we are in this workout definitely takes determination. Wishing you a wonderful day ahead...you deserve it!
You are AMAZING! Gosh, I can't get over how fit some of my viewers are and you are a perfect example of how capable and fit we can be into our 70's if we work at it. I hope you are super proud of taking care of your body with exercise. 💪
I love this format Jules. Being able to see what's coming next instead of squinting my poor old eyes to try to read a caption is really helpful. Thank you
WOW!! My husband and I did it!! We are both 66 and contemplated quitting around 50 minutes but your enthusiasm and words of encouragement kept us going. It was great ! Thank you Jules!
You can't see it, but I have a massive smile on my face right now!!! I LOVE how you both kept going and completed it. Congrats for pushing through and completing it!!!
I can hardly believe I did this whole thing and I feel great. Next month I will be eighty. This was a perfectly paced challenge. I loved the little words of encouragement that popped on to the screen. They helped me decide to go for the 10,000. Thanks for all that you do.
Only managed 30 minutes of this today as my knee started to gripe and my arthritic ankle joined in. So annoyed as I know I can do this but have to listen to my body. Was really enjoying it. It was cheering up an otherwise miserable day in Scotland. The weather has been truly miserable for weeks. We need some sun! Thanks Jules.x
I'm glad you stopped when your body told you to. I have different issues that pop up at times and I have learned that pushing through is not a good idea. 30 minutes is still awesome. We definitely have to work with what our body allows us to do. I truly hope the sun comes out for you today (or at least sometime this week!).
I began seriously working on my weight in December. As I became stronger with steady progress, I discovered your channel. As of today, I am down 20 pounds. Thank you for your work on creating content and all the wonderful calendars for all skill levels. I appreciate you!
Oh wow! That's awesome progress, Stacy! Congrats on staying consistent with working out. Thanks for letting me know that you're enjoying the workouts and the calendars.
I enjoyed this long workout and appreciate the standing ab work included. at 65 it’s great to have this workout that works the entire body. I like that you added the countdown feature so I know how much longer I have to go. And the music keeps you on the beat.❤
AMAZING!!! I am so blown away by how strong some of my followers are. You prove that no matter what age you are, as long as you stay consistent and continue to exercise, you can accomplish amazing things. A massive kudos to you, Jeanine.🫂
I found this accidentally last week, and I LOVE it! I've had long COVID for two years, and I was a whirling dervish before becoming ill. I am 73 years old, and am working to get back to the 10,000 steps. Right now, it's 8000+, but with your encouraging music and great smile, I will get there. Thank you!
Hi Linda! Thanks so much for letting me know that you're enjoying this workout. I'm so glad to read that you're getting your strength back and able to do more of the workout. I'm so glad this video is helping!
I’m 37 and a new mom of a 5 month old baby. This is my first workout since I gave birth to my baby! I completed only 25 minutes (baby was fussy😅) but I felt so good and it’s like I got some energy back! ❤ I can’t wait to complete the entire workout!
First of all, congrats on being a new mom, and secondly, welcome back to exercise!!! It's great to read that you're now taking time to look after yourself, too (that can definitely be hard with an infant in the house!). Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. If you enjoyed this one, you can find plenty more at this same level under the 'intermediate level' playlists. I hope you enjoy more of the workouts when you try them out.
Challenge accepted! What a marathon, I feel great for getting to the finish line! I hit the wall about half-way but managed to keep going thanks to your encouragement. This will be brilliant for a rainy day. Thank you For all your hard work Jules 😊
Oh yay! I am thrilled to read that the encouraging words (and your drive to finish) brought you to the end of the workout! Congrats for doing it, Susan!!!🎉AMAZING!!!
My second try today, and I am amazed I found it easier! Still a challenge but no wall this time! This is proof that sticking with exercise everyday really works, doing intervals and strength training and all the other great workouts you create for us.Thank you Jules for making such a huge difference to my health, and to so many others too 😊
Hi Jules, am a 67 year old guy starting to get back into solid shape and LOVE this moderate upbeat positive program for not only doing it, but also for the music as I am doing light hand weight lifting, rubber bands for arms, my AmRoller, and Total Gym etc... you have a GUY MARKET as well so don't forget us.... :) Have a wonderful week!!! Bobby
Congrats on finding a way to get in 10,000 steps without sweltering outside in that hot weather! Kudos to you for making it happen despite the weather:)
I did this in two parts, but I’m aiming to do the entire workout! I’ve had some health challenges, but I’m still working out. In fact, exercise was the best thing I could do to keep the body and spirit moving ❤
So glad to see you're still here, Carole! I'm glad to read that you're able to work out, and enjoying what your body can do for you. I hope the health issues are resolved.
Great workout as usual Jules! I did it in 3 parts over a couple of days of lunch breaks. Love the new moves and the "next up" screen! My goal is to get through this all in one session when I can get the time. But it's also great to break up into smaller workouts too. Love my "at home" gym with Jules :)
You put a big smile on my face, Cathy (love the 'at home gym with Jules' comment especially). Thanks for letting me know that you enjoyed the new 'up next' window.
This was so perfect! I was so excited when I saw the preview last night! We've been (and will remain all week) under a heat dome and it's not safe to go out and do my daily 3 mile walk - so this more than made up for that! Will probably try this at least 3 times this week. Thanks so much!
Wow, 3 times a week! Look at you! That's an amazing goal, Wendy! Just so you know, I do have an older 10,000 steps workout, too in case you want to try that one at some point.
@@ImprovedHealth Thanks! I’ll try that one also! And thanks for all the ‘keep going’ encouragement you put in all your videos - really helps and inspires!
Hi this is my challenge for today, i usually walk mile in a.m. and at nite, treadmill. Today I'm saving energy to complete this workout.i am so happy to find your videos, thank you so much for how great they are. By thexway,I'm 72 and feel great after doing your video workouts.they are joint friendly.😊
Hi Jules: I absolutely love this workout. I saved your other 10,000. Step workout. What a way to start the week. Thank you so much for this video. Have a great day. 😅😅😅
Such a great workout. The day you put this one out, I did 42 minutes, but today, I finished the 2nd half because I had already done one of your 60 minute workouts. I wanted to complete this one as well. Will be doing this one as an entire walk again! Thannk you Jules!
I can’t believe I lasted the entire workout. I loved the stretch in the video and the words of encouragement!! Thank you for taking the time to make and share this video!
Second time this week. I love love it. It goes so fast. I was totally soaked with sweat but smiled all way through....I kept thinking how did Jules manage all these great exercises. Fantastic. Happy weekend xx
A humongous workout , Jules...managed 40 minutes today, and enjoyed every bit of it. I shall finish it tomorrow and then look forward to doing it in one stretch. Almost 3 years of working out with you, have built me up to the stage where I can take up this challenge excitedly🙏🤍
Oh yay, I am thrilled to read that you did 40 min today and will be doing the rest tomorrow (and looking positively ahead to what you'll do in the future!).
This is the first time i do a 90 minutes work out. At first, i thought i can do up to the first 20 min until i'm out of breath. Turn out i did the whole video with the stretches. The motivation in the video helped me to push my limit. Thankyou so muchhh ❤❤❤
Wow! This is going to be a keeper! I'm going to have to do it in 2 parts or possibly to top up my steps for the day if I haven’t quite got there. I bet I do lots more than 10,000 as I won't be able to turn it off! 😆
Oh my goodness Jules, I did it …. WOW!! That was amazing, really love the format… the music is great….I think I will be doing this one again…you are an inspiration to me…. Thank you so much… take care, God Bless…. Anne.
Yeah, hurrah!! At 50th minutes, I had cramps in the abs so I slowed down. I took a few more breaks in between and made it to the finishing line. Thanks for a great workout, mate.
I'm glad to read that you listened to your body and slowed down when you needed to. This is definitely a very long workout. Congrats for working within your limits, and still getting yourself to the finish line!
Simply wonderful! I've taken numerous classes over the years starting with Jane Fonda and your workouts fit into anyone's lifestyle, young or senior. Thank you
Phew! That was indeed a celebration! Not easy, but if it was easy it wouldn't be a challenge, would it? I'm sweaty and happy I was able to do it all. Thank you!!!
Got to around 2000 strps and had to stop when my disabled son called me. I really liked the lower right hand screen showed what was coming up next. I will try again early in the am when he is still asleep. Can't wait!!!!
I was excited to see this video pop up. But waited to late in the day, 4:30 pm, to start, but gave it my best shot. Made it half way. I’m happy with that. Still a great workout. Thanks Jules😊
I'm over halfway, but this July heat is to blame for my having to do this in 2 parts. I'm exhausted. I loved the new added steps in the grapevine. Thanks for another challenging workout. 🙂
You are amazing! I almost quit, but then reminded myself where I was last Fall when I first found your videos and did my first workout with you. And, I thanked you for helping me change my mind!!!
YOU are amazing, Cheryl! Kudos to you for talking yourself into doing it. Congrats on all your hard work over the last year to be able to get yourself to this point of being able to do a 10,000 steps workout!💪
I DID IT!! Too hot to be outside and my husband had to work so no excuses not to do it! Your encouraging words scattered throughout kept me going when I thought about stopping early😊. I was amazed at how fast the last 20 minutes went by🙌🏻. I’m wearing a sleeveless Mother of the Groom dress in October so I appreciate all the arm work😉. Thank you Jules as I know this took a ton of work‼️💯👏🏻🙌🏻👍🏻🫶🏻
Thank you for letting me know that the quotes throughout helped to keep you going. Congrats on finishing it!!! And, congrats on your son getting married soon! Exciting times!
Yessss, challenge accepted and finished in one go😃 You are the motivator, your channel is the habit, Jules🤍 Really appreciate all the hard work that has gone into this...the moves were great, the music was wonderful, your cues were on point and your smiles smoothened the rough areas🙏
Hi Jules! What a fabulous workout! I Did It!! So happy-and there you were smiling and encouraging all the way through! I loved it - and pretty much adore you! Thank you!
Happy Feet! Got it done again! Im doing a 3 month transformation! Hopefully to return full time to my work in Boston by June! and be released by the medical team I have with flying colors!xoxoxoxoxoxoxo Keep walking ladies! Jules you are so awesome. God bless you tube for for best content creators around.
I just got the notification..OMG...almost...90 MINUTES OF JULES!!🎉🎉🎉 ☕🌄☕🎉🎉🎉 This might be a walking 4 part series for me today but yeah we are going get through this!! 🚶♀️❤🚶♀️❤🚶♀️❤🚶♀️
That was AMAZING!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the longer workout, thank you!!! Hee hee.... you "got" me with the "quick time two step to the side while in a squat"..... I think I FINALLY got it on the last step of the 30 sec. interval!!! 🤣😘 I am SO glad I found your workouts, thank you for providing them for us all.... I'm 65+ and they challenge me, but don't kill me.... they're perfect!!! 🤗
Wow!! I can't believe I finished the whole thing. I was going to stop a few times, because I was just planning to do 45 minutes of it, but your motivational statements about not quitting was just the push I needed to keep going and see if I could really do it. Also half way through I turned off the sound and put on my favorite playlist of upbeat songs. Getting to exercise, run and dance to my favorite songs kept me going to the end with a smile on my face. Thanks so much for these amazing workouts. I know I'm getting so much healthier because of them. ❤
I’m so glad to read that the motivational quotes made a difference. I’m also glad that you used your own music when you felt the need to. It really helps to keep going when we have our favourite music motivating us to continue.
I love this workout so much. Just one thing to be aware of: for us very heavy people, repeated movements on just one side can cause a stress injury to the static ankle. It did for me, but it went away in a few days. No problem, I just alternate for those movements now, but just wanted you to know.
Thank you for your feedback. I definitely appreciate that. With repeated movements, I often suggest to people to switch sides half way through at 15 seconds if they need to, but I might not have done that in this video. I'll try to remember to remind people of that in future videos. Thanks again:)
I can’t believe I finished this!! Although I did half standing and half sitting, I was in constant motion the entire time! Thank you so much! And, the motivational quotes helped a lot to keep me going!
I love how you modified the workout to part standing/part sitting. It's awesome that you were in constant motion and best of all, you completed it!!! Kudos to you for doing it!!!
Jules, I really loved this workout. Thank you for all that you do. My only suggestion, and I've mentioned this before: please consider using beep prompts for switching moves. This will allow for a far smoother follow along, especially when we're not facing you. Thanks again.
Thank you for your suggestion. I feel like the 30 sec timers helps to allow people to know when the moves will change. I just feel the beeps might get annoying for a lot of people.
@@ImprovedHealth , thanks for listening. Yes, it's hard to please everyone. They wouldn't annoy me at all, but I guess some would be possibly irritated.
I've loved all your videos and besides the weight loss l wanted to say that l am now more flexible and able to reach further without pain. Thanks Jules! ❤🎉
Thanks for sharing your progress! There are always SO many more benefits with exercise other than just weight loss. I'm so glad to read that you're noticing the non-scale victories, too.❤️
This is a great workout! A note to anyone: it’s perfectly okay to not get through it at first, or in my case, the second time I did the video I had to stop with 40 minutes left, as my head was hurting. It’s o-Kay! just keep trying and don’t stop enjoying the exercise!
Just saw this notification Jules, so I will be doing this one this morning. I love the constructive feedback you are providing for your subscribers in the comments section of each video. Those words of encouragement are so powerful in lives and it’s wonderful that you read the responses and reply so mindfully ❤ 😅 I’ve just completed it. Yes worth the effort and the last sections with the jogging etc just added the spice to keep going which was very effective to combat the mind.❤

OMG❤❤❤ absolutely loved it. I was just about to start another workout when I so this coming by in a flash on my screen. And I thought “why not😊’ I’m so glad I finished it one time through💪😊Thank you so much for this workout🌺🔥716. And hit the 10.000 steps🥳 Have a nice day!👋
Jules...OM Goodness 🎉 When I saw the split screen I screamed 😆 did you hear me? 😂 I have a severe case of FOMO so as soon as I saw the mini Jules I knew I was going to completion😂 What an incredible and inspiring workout. Your quotes and your smile saw me through it. When I read "you are going to feel so proud to get 10,000 steps"...yup...we're going Jules. And "it's not about the weight you lose ... it's about the life you gain" hit HARD. I need to plaster that all over my houseware. Jules you are such a light 🕯️. Thank you immensely for all you...for all you share of yourself in your heart to put these workouts together for all of us to show up as better versions of ourselves minutes at a time. You are the seriously best 🤗❤️🤗
I am waiting on double hip replacement so I adapted the workout and did it mostly on a chair. I Tend not to move much now but this was ever so perfect. Will repeat this workout next week. Thank you dear Jules ❤❤
You are amazing, Marie. A huge congrats to you for modifying the workout to make it work for you. You are determined! Kudos to you for finding a way to complete this very long workout from a seated position. Simply amazing!

I love these 10000 step workouts. I am almost 72 and feel so good about myself when I complete one. I also do weight training prior to these every other day. Are there any new 10000 step workouts coming soon? I’ve tried other ones, but I love your energy and encouragement the best!
I really appreciate that you took the time to let me know that you're enjoying these long ones. I am in the midst of going through songs to make a new music playlist. As you can imagine, a playlist for these long workouts takes a while...but it's in the works:) Thanks for your thoughtful feedback...it's definitely appreciated!
Afternoon jules I've just finished this challenge 10000 steps I'm trying to do 10000 a day as I've signed my self up for a race for life in July it's only 5 k but it's a start and it's for a good course thank you jules ❤❤xxxx
Wow😅 I am thankful that my body allows me to do it. For sure I did not make 10,000 steps. But I was able to complete it. I enjoyed this workout as well as those familiar music & songs. Thanks Jules😊
I only discovered your channel recently but absolutely love it. I can do a short or long session depending on the time I have. I love this one because it uses every part of the body. I have recently been told I have osteopenia so I need to build up my bones & this one is great. Thank you so much.
You are the workout buddy that I've been searching for for 20 years!!!!!!! You take water breaks, your music makes me feel like it's 1999 and I'm in Da Club and your non verbal motivation gets me to push!
What an awesome comment to read today...thank you so much for writing it! Just so you know, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate). If you liked this one, you'll find more like it in the intermediate level playlists. Welcome to my channel!
I waited for the weekend to try your new workout because I knew I wouldn’t be able to get through it after work. WOW it was tough but every time I wanted to stop u just kept on motivating us. I was so proud I did it. I’m going to be sore tomorrow 😊 thanks Jules
Thanks so much for letting me know that the motivational quotes helped...I was really hoping they would keep people motivated to continue. Also, congrats to you for completing it!
@@ImprovedHealth sore today LOL 😆 just came back from a gentle walk on the beach to loosen up a bit. Thanks for all ur time be effort u put into make these workouts for us! ❤️
@@rosemarymorgan1198 I'm glad to read that you went for a gentle walk to get loosened up...that definitely helps (and how nice to be able to do that along a beach!).
I'm so glad to read that you enjoy my workouts enough to do them daily. Thanks for sharing that with me! Congrats on taking on the challenge of this one today!
Wow! It's impressive that anyone does a 10,000 step workout all at once, but especially impressive after watching grandkids all day! You absolutely deserve to feel proud.💪
i didn't think i would be able to last that long with my mild ongoing back probs and weight issues which i have lost more than 10lbs since i started my exercise some time ago and my back is getting stronger too. i really enjoyed this workout tho i wont be doing it every single day lol but i wanted to see if i could really last that long because when i 1st started out with your vids many months ago, i could only do 30mins until i felt the need to lay down, my back would give out within 20-25mins but today, my back felt just fine all the way thru but my waist and feet were kinda giving out a bit after 1hr and tho i wanted to stop and continue this later on today or tomorrow, i said nope, lets finish this, just 20mins more and sure enough i did. like i said before, i do 40mins of exercise daily mon-fri and i've been watching what i eat too, snacks or fast food once a week, so yeah, i'm proud this is my 1st time going over 40mins to 80mins in 1 sitting...i dont feel the need to lay down unlike the other times right away. now i know i can do this. had to test myself to see how strong i've become since then. 👍👏
WOW!!!!! When I first started reading your comment I thought you were going to say you'll try to do more each time you do it...but as I kept reading, the smile on my face kept growing! YOU DID IT! And wow, you are definitely getting stronger since you could complete it! I am so incredibly happy for you! If you are sore tomorrow, a short walk will help to work out some of the soreness in your legs. I hope you are insanely proud of yourself for all of your hard work with exercise and healthy eating! AMAZING!!!
I split the work out over two days rather than morning and afternoon. Still very happy to have completed both halves. I feel good and I can see you do too. Previously I said I didn’t like the format with the picture in the corner. But this time it worked for me in the lower corner -as opposed to the upper corner I think you had it before.🌈💐💕❄️
Oh, Jules, Jules, JULES!!! Greetings from Australia. That was one hell of a workout. I said to myself I’ll just do 20…30min..,then I said I’ll do half then I said ‘come on, there’s only 30min left’ and I just kept on going . Before I knew it the counter was at 00.00! Wow, thank you.
I love your comment, Helene! A massive congrats to you for continuing to go past what you thought you would or could do!
I did the entire 10,000 steps and the floor stretches!! I will turn 69 years old soon and couldn't of done this without your support and encouragement. Thank you so much. I want to stay mobile as I age and workouts like this are wonderful!!
Amazing Joan!!! This is not an easy workout at 10,000 steps. Congrats for completing it (and so glad to read that you stretched after as well).
Cuando yo termine la primera rutina con ella también llore pero de emoción y eso me motiva a seguir
Broke it into two parts (30/50), but I did it! Yea us! Aim for 45 minuets a day, so this one makes me feel very strong. BTW, I'm 77!

I love this format Jules. Being able to see what's coming next instead of squinting my poor old eyes to try to read a caption is really helpful. Thank you
Thanks for the feedback, Clare. I'm hoping people will enjoy the new window and if so, I'll continue to use it:)
I found that very helpful to.
AWESOME! Effective, joyful, upbeat, fun. No annoying chatter or unnecessary nonsense. I love this and thank you for it!

I’m 76 years old and so proud of myself to be able to follow this exercise program for 45 minutes every day.Thank you so much much ❤❤❤
You are amazing! Congrats for keeping yourself in such great shape to be able to do this one at 76!
My second try today, and I am amazed I found it easier! Still a challenge but no wall this time! This is proof that sticking with exercise everyday really works, doing intervals and strength training and all the other great workouts you create for us.Thank you Jules for making such a huge difference to my health, and to so many others too 😊
I really appreciate your comment, Susan. Thank you very much.🫂
Hi Jules, am a 67 year old guy starting to get back into solid shape and LOVE this moderate upbeat positive program for not only doing it, but also for the music as I am doing light hand weight lifting, rubber bands for arms, my AmRoller, and Total Gym etc... you have a GUY MARKET as well so don't forget us.... :) Have a wonderful week!!! Bobby
Thanks so much for your awesome comment, Bobby. I definitely appreciate it!
Whoohoo! I definitely got a good sweat and got my 10k steps without being in the 100° weather outside. Win Win! Thank you!
Congrats on finding a way to get in 10,000 steps without sweltering outside in that hot weather! Kudos to you for making it happen despite the weather:)
Fantastic! Thank you for the visual preview of the next move - makes transitions easier and keeping up the pace. Thank you! Great workout!
Thank you! I include the preview in all of my 'no talking' workouts now:)
Done and dusted. Didn't think I could do it, but I made it to the end. Thanks for this. Couldn't do it without you guidance and encouragement.
Congrats for doing it, Miranda!!! It takes a lot of motivation and determination to complete this long of a workout...and you did it:)
You're amazing! 72 and working out to a 10,000 step workout is super impressive, Jennifer! I hope I can say I can do this at 72!
Hi Jules: I absolutely love this workout. I saved your other 10,000. Step workout. What a way to start the week. Thank you so much for this video. Have a great day. 😅😅😅
Thanks George! Wishing you a great week!
I love this workout, because I am 52 years, my knees pain, but with workot, I feel good. Thank you, continue this project I loved. 😊
Thank you for letting me know that you enjoyed this one.
Such a great workout. The day you put this one out, I did 42 minutes, but today, I finished the 2nd half because I had already done one of your 60 minute workouts. I wanted to complete this one as well. Will be doing this one as an entire walk again! Thannk you Jules!
Wow, kudos to you for doing a 60 min workout, and then half of this one, too! Amazing Beverly!
I can’t believe I lasted the entire workout. I loved the stretch in the video and the words of encouragement!! Thank you for taking the time to make and share this video!
Congrats for completing it and thank you for your great feedback. 💪
Second time this week. I love love it. It goes so fast. I was totally soaked with sweat but smiled all way through....I kept thinking how did Jules manage all these great exercises. Fantastic. Happy weekend xx
Wow! Congrats on doing it twice this week! Thanks for your great feedback, Allyson.
I just happen to see this yesterday after doing the other 10,000 steps but I did it today. I love it !! Thank you 🎉🎉
Wow! Two days in a row for 10,000! Amazing!
Wow, just finished this workout it was epic! It must have taken you ages to choreograph! Many thanks.❤
The long videos definitely take a lot of work, but it’s all worth it if people enjoy them:)
Congrats for completing it!!! I'm very glad to know that the motivational quotes helped. Thanks for letting me know that.
Wow!
This is going to be a keeper!
I'm going to have to do it in 2 parts or possibly to top up my steps for the day if I haven’t quite got there.
I bet I do lots more than 10,000 as I won't be able to turn it off! 😆
I hope the workout keeps you interested enough to want to do more;)
Will add this one to my favourite list. A longer one was I needed today . Thanks again for all your hard work putting these videos together.
Thanks for your kind comment, Janet.❤️
Love the new format. This workout was a good challenge with no high impact moves. I'm gonna feel this tomorrow!
Thanks for the feedback, Kathy!
Oh my goodness Jules, I did it …. WOW!! That was amazing, really love the format… the music is great….I think I will be doing this one again…you are an inspiration to me…. Thank you so much… take care, God Bless…. Anne.
I love the excitement in your comment, Anne. Congrats for doing it and thank you for letting me know that you like the new format.💖
Thank you
Thanks for your great comment. I definitely appreciate it.❤️
Phew! That was indeed a celebration! Not easy, but if it was easy it wouldn't be a challenge, would it? I'm sweaty and happy I was able to do it all. Thank you!!!
You're so right. Congrats for finishing it!💪
I did it yesterday despite arriving very tired. I was about to stop but your motivating phrases were a great help. Thx
Thanks for letting me know that the motivational words helped.
Got to around 2000 strps and had to stop when my disabled son called me. I really liked the lower right hand screen showed what was coming up next. I will try again early in the am when he is still asleep. Can't wait!!!!
Thanks for your feedback on the new window, Joan (and bless you for going to your son right away...the workout will still be here).
I was excited to see this video pop up. But waited to late in the day, 4:30 pm, to start, but gave it my best shot. Made it half way. I’m happy with that. Still a great workout. Thanks Jules😊
Congrats for starting it, and for doing what you could. It'll be waiting for you when you want to give it another go:)
I'm over halfway, but this July heat is to blame for my having to do this in 2 parts. I'm exhausted. I loved the new added steps in the grapevine. Thanks for another challenging workout. 🙂
When the room is too hot it is definitely tough to finish a long workout. It's good that you stopped when the heat was too much.
Wow, 10,000. What a challenge! Will do sometime this week. Love your “next” window. Have a great week, Jules! 💞💪🏻
I hope you enjoy it when you try it!
Thank you for coming out with another 10000 step video.
My hope is to have time to make another new one soon.
Good morning Jules. What a great workout today. I was tired by the end but felt fantastic. Thanks so much❤
Congrats for finishing it, Sharon!
Yessss, challenge accepted and finished in one go😃
You are the motivator, your channel is the habit, Jules🤍
Really appreciate all the hard work that has gone into this...the moves were great, the music was wonderful, your cues were on point and your smiles smoothened the rough areas🙏
Thank you, thank you, and thank you again! I definitely appreciate all of your kind and helpful feedback.🥰

I couldn't click this fast enough! I've been recovering from an unexpected surgery and have been missing my workouts with you.
Aw, thanks Venessia! I am glad to read that you're doing well in your recovery.
Thanks for your awesome feedback, Terrie.🥰🥰🥰
Hello Jules, i’m so happy to do your program every day,it’s simply the best!YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!
Thank you so much ❤
Aw, what a sweet comment to read today. THANK YOU!!!🥰
@@ImprovedHealth Thank you so much!😊
I cannot believe I finished it! lol! My step count has never been this high so early in the morning . Ty Jules!!
Woohoo!!!!! Congrats for finishing it! And, as my last quote says, 'You are stronger than you think!'.😊
Thank you for the fun and energetic 10,000 steps workout❤
Thanks so much for letting me know that you enjoyed it.
This was the perfect rainy day workout when I know I won't be getting out for a walk. Another home run workout. Thank you.
Thanks for your feedback and congrats for doing such a long workout!
I loved it! ❤..Definitely a SAVED workout especially when it's raining outside to get my 10k daily steps in😊
Thanks Robin!

Thank you for the positive comment for others. Love it!❤️
Got it done again! Happy Monday everyone! Get those steps in.
love your no talking !
I put this on my laptop next to my TV and I watch TV while I do this . love it

Those words of encouragement are so powerful in lives and it’s wonderful that you read the responses and reply so mindfully ❤
😅 I’ve just completed it. Yes worth the effort and the last sections with the jogging etc just added the spice to keep going which was very effective to combat the mind.❤

I have a severe case of FOMO so as soon as I saw the mini Jules I knew I was going to completion😂
What an incredible and inspiring workout. Your quotes and your smile saw me through it.
When I read "you are going to feel so proud to get 10,000 steps"...yup...we're going Jules.
And "it's not about the weight you lose ... it's about the life you gain" hit HARD.

Oh my goodness! What a workout! You are an inspiration to me. Thank you.
Aw, thanks so much, Lisa!
i didn't think i would be able to last that long with my mild ongoing back probs and weight issues which i have lost more than 10lbs since i started my exercise some time ago and my back is getting stronger too. i really enjoyed this workout tho i wont be doing it every single day lol but i wanted to see if i could really last that long because when i 1st started out with your vids many months ago, i could only do 30mins until i felt the need to lay down, my back would give out within 20-25mins but today, my back felt just fine all the way thru but my waist and feet were kinda giving out a bit after 1hr and tho i wanted to stop and continue this later on today or tomorrow, i said nope, lets finish this, just 20mins more and sure enough i did. like i said before, i do 40mins of exercise daily mon-fri and i've been watching what i eat too, snacks or fast food once a week, so yeah, i'm proud this is my 1st time going over 40mins to 80mins in 1 sitting...i dont feel the need to lay down unlike the other times right away. now i know i can do this. had to test myself to see how strong i've become since then. 👍👏
