Gradually build up to it. As to the obese part: it's already low impact but to be even safer; whenever you see a jogging or rope skipping motion, walk instead. Don't go deep during lunge/squat motions, keep it minimal. Sidestep instead of rollerskate. That way your knee and hip joints won't come under much stress.

About 12 days ago I started going to the park to walk 15,000 steps and I’m seeing results so far but my feet and legs hurt so much from walking 2 hours 😢 I will start doing this tomorrow, twice a day instead of walking at the park! 😊 thank you!

did the workout today! according to the step counter of iPhone, i walk 10,112steps and burned 405kcal. however i dont have apple watch so i put the phone in my pants’ pocket so i may burn less or more. this is still a good workout tho!

I love these videos. Sometimes I get a little nauseous around 5,000 steps so I take a 5 minute break and finish it out. As a perfectionist who wants to do everything exactly right, I've learned patience with my body and it's stamina. I love the challenge though!😂

I did this workout for the first time today!! It’s definitely going to be one I repeat. Though I may do 45 minutes rather than the full 1.5 hours. I really love the simplicity of the movements. My heart rate was up and I wasn’t angry because I couldn’t follow your feet. It’s so frustrating when these workouts try to introduce a weird compound dance move in 10 seconds. I can’t even. 😂

Finally finished! I'm 5'6' weight 65 kgs and I burnt 473 active calories (602 total) for anybody who wants to figure :) But I took an extra break and added weights to the workout.

I lost 4 kgs in one month, doing this only one round, i small run instead of walk. I do intermitten fasting and low carbo diet, no sweet snack, drink or cakes.
I managed to do the full workout but had to cut it in two parts. I just had eaten diner and I was about to throw up at 48 minutes. Then finished it an hour later which went well. My steps app (don't have a watch yet) only doesn't count the squats as steps which is sad. Any tips to change that? I've burned 500 kcal by doing this work-out. I'm only a bit overweight (belly and butt) so that works different I guess. I'm 158 cm and 66kg. I'm not thin but I have lots of arm and leg muscles.

Could someone please explain to me, how come this exercise burns 1100 calories? I walk 10k every few days in a week, and to me it burns 400cals, I go up hills a lot and my heart is pumping, but it borders around 400 calories always. I'm genuinely in need to know why this exercise can burn 1100 cals? I see nothing out of the ordinary, and I'd like to burn that much in my 10k! Thank you 😢😢
Maybe your metabolism is heavy and therefore your body takes quite a long time to burn fat and calories. I think a nutritionist can help you. Keep going girl don't stop.
💯 love it - 🔥 just right intensity, managable but still challenging. I found cardios in general far too intense, but this one is enjoyable,safe and helps with losing fats from tights waistline. After the workout i feel really good, motivated, great mood booster, intead of exhausting. What shoes are you wearing ? Any recommendations?

You need to check the authenticity of your fitness watch cos no way does this walk burn 1100 calories. It burns maybe 700 at most. For me with Fitbit and hand weights and even full running in the one spot in place of of the walking intervals it m only burned 650 calories and if I had have been walking physically it would've been around 750. Your watch is over estimating. However I did like the workout and will try more!

You don't have to. Just make sure you have a calorie deficit. If you exceed it, then you have exercise to bring it back down.

my thights started to burn at 300 and I made till 957.
I saw this video by chance and wanted to try it. 💖 I only made it 30 minutes because I had to go out. I never got bored, it was like dancing and I burned 280 calories in 30 minutes. I am 29 years old, my height is 155cm and I weigh 56 kilos. It became my favorite exercise
I did this workout for the first time today!! It’s definitely going to be one I repeat. Though I may do 45 minutes rather than the full 1.5 hours. I really love the simplicity of the movements. My heart rate was up and I wasn’t angry because I couldn’t follow your feet. It’s so frustrating when these workouts try to introduce a weird compound dance move in 10 seconds. I can’t even. 😂

For a 61 year old trying to keep healthy, this was perfect for a long workout! My Fitbit had my calorie and step counter lower than yours but all that matters is I got a great workout in, thanks

Finally finished! I'm 5'6' weight 65 kgs and I burnt 473 active calories (602 total) for anybody who wants to figure :) But I took an extra break and added weights to the workout.
Excuse me but, what is the different between active and total calories?
@@dudukaya-sezen5507 active calories are calories burned ONLY from exercising. total calories include your active calories, but also your BMR (basal metabolic rate), i.e. the calories you burn by just existing :)
I lost 4 kgs in one month, doing this only one round, i small run instead of walk. I do intermitten fasting and low carbo diet, no sweet snack, drink or cakes.

I managed to do the full workout but had to cut it in two parts. I just had eaten diner and I was about to throw up at 48 minutes. Then finished it an hour later which went well. My steps app (don't have a watch yet) only doesn't count the squats as steps which is sad. Any tips to change that? I've burned 500 kcal by doing this work-out. I'm only a bit overweight (belly and butt) so that works different I guess. I'm 158 cm and 66kg. I'm not thin but I have lots of arm and leg muscles.

Could someone please explain to me, how come this exercise burns 1100 calories?
I walk 10k every few days in a week, and to me it burns 400cals, I go up hills a lot and my heart is pumping, but it borders around 400 calories always.
I'm genuinely in need to know why this exercise can burn 1100 cals? I see nothing out of the ordinary, and I'd like to burn that much in my 10k! Thank you 😢😢
Maybe your metabolism is heavy and therefore your body takes quite a long time to burn fat and calories. I think a nutritionist can help you. Keep going girl don't stop.

💯 love it - 🔥 just right intensity, managable but still challenging. I found cardios in general far too intense, but this one is enjoyable,safe and helps with losing fats from tights waistline. After the workout i feel really good, motivated, great mood booster, intead of exhausting. What shoes are you wearing ? Any recommendations?

You need to check the authenticity of your fitness watch cos no way does this walk burn 1100 calories. It burns maybe 700 at most. For me with Fitbit and hand weights and even full running in the one spot in place of of the walking intervals it m only burned 650 calories and if I had have been walking physically it would've been around 750. Your watch is over estimating.
However I did like the workout and will try more!
