I'm 59 kg (130 lbs) and 5'7, doing this workout I got 9851 steps (I could've gotten way more if I didn't take like five breaks and actually ran for the last activity), 4.18 miles, and burned 618 calories. everyone's bodies are different so you may get different results, good luck everyone!

This is THE BEST light workout for someone like me who hardly reached 5000 steps a day. I managed to follow this workout till the end with 9,021 steps and 6.3km. The only goal right now is to be CONSISTENT and to do this at least 3 times a week.
Anyone who wants to loose weight this is the best best workout...... Am always thankful to yana..... We don't need to have a strict diet just have normal home cooked food avoid junk food and deep oil fried foods and can easily loose upto 10kgs in 3 months and the best thing is even though if we take break from exercise upto 15days we won't regain back that weight..... This series of exercises from yana are amazing.... Loads of love from India..... Achieve more success

Love this workout! It’s low-impact, but still challenging enough that I don’t get bored or keep looking at the time. Will try to track my progress for this specific workout in this comment. Goal: to complete this 3-5 times a week 💪 I am 160 cm and around 63 kg and use a Fitbit charge 4. Friday, 10.03: 9046 steps & 658 kcal Heart frequencies(HF): 6 min in fat-burning zone and 1h 10 min in cardio zone Note: Took quite a few water breaks while walking between the two official ones. Monday 13.03: 9135 steps & 658 kcal HF: 12 min fat-burn zone and 1h 4 min in cardio zone Note: No extra water breaks but I took it slower today and powered through during the jogging/sprinting part 👌 My coordination got a bit better on the exercises Friday 17.03: 9494 steps & 664 HF: 8 min fat-burn zone, 1h10m cardio zone, 1min in peak performance Note: I tried to do more jogging during some of the walking parts and sprinted as much as I could during the end part

Wonderful exercise..It was a big achievement today to reach 10,000 on my fitness band as I enjoyed it so much..This was the only exercise that kept me going and motivated..Kudos to the instructor🎉

Same for me. I thought to myself...this can't be doing anything for me, it is way too easy. By the middle of it, I was full of sweat and feeling great. I ha e to remind myself, full on fast cardio, and strength training isn't the only workouts that are good for health and weight loss. These walking workouts are amazing for both as well.
I’m not sure how much i weigh but i’m 5’2 and i did this full video i walked a total of 8,500 steps and 654 active calories and 805 total calories it gave me a lot of energy

I clocked in at 2831 steps and 139 cal for 30 minutes which is nice. 10k steps is roughly 1.5 hr of activity so I won't refute that but I think it clocks aerobic parts differently. Some workouts have different step counts than others. The more intense the higher. This was a really good workout and I'm glad I found it. Easy on the joints, great music, got some sweat, feel energized. Adding it to my rotation ❤.

Loved the burnout at the end even though it was a bit taxing on the joints. Threw on the 2lb hand weights whenever I could and burned 412 active calories. Great walk workout! 💚💚💚 Updated stats: 451 active calories burned, 559 total calories, 11,671 total steps! Loved that this got me over 10,000 steps so quickly!

Usually I do Pamela Reif's work out but I caught a cold and I felt the need to move my body. I used a booty band on my thighs and 1kg weights for each arms so I could make this walking workout feel less boring that it seemed to me at the begining. I added some jumping jacks, ampel man, jump squats and many different variations for arms with weights and variations for abductors and outer butt side with the band. I sweat pretty much so in the end I'm satisfied. I found the video could be improved, it feels repetitive. 😅

Don’t under estimate this! It was slow at first thinking this won’t be that bad an easy rest type day. It really starts getting super sweating a little before half way in. By the end I was collapsing to the ground feeling so successful 😂

u only burn that much with 10k walks if ur like 200lbs so idk how you’ve calculated that
