No hablamos el mismo idioma pero quiero agradecerles este video es la primera vez que hacen los movimientos necesarios para ejercitarse uno sin necesidad de estar brincando como locos, yo no tengo la gomita que va entre los huesos de las rodillas y es un dolor fatal que no me deja ni caminar pero estoy haciendo estos ejercicios con ustedes y benditos sean por estoy agarrando músculos en las piernas aunque tardo un poco para hacerlos por el mismo dolor que tengo, les mando un fuerte abrazo desde Texas, Dios los bendiga siempre ❤

Hey! If you're still interested, I can tell you.
I just finished this workout for the first time, and my fitness watch tells me I burnt 727 calories. That includes 7-8 min of warm-up, 4 min of breaks, and this whole workout. In reality, this will probably amount to around 600-650 calories burnt as these watches overestimate very often.

Obs:antes do treino fiz uns alongamentos por 10 min então contando no total são 60min de exercícios ebaa tô dando meu melhor que posso rumo ao corpo saudável.

짧은휴식시간이라 심박수올리기좋아요! 다만 초보분들은 비추입니당 스쿼트,플랭크비중이 매우높아서 무릎손목이 안좋은분들 비추요! 템포감있는 연속동작이많기때문에 코어근육이약한 초보분들은 다칠수있을거같아요~ 땀적당히나고 신나서좋습니다😊
