Look, being a Connor fan, you don't even need to respect and appreciate their skills (though you do, and that's really speaks highly of you), but their attitude, humbleness, not crossing the humane line, only breaking the fighting line, these are the things that needs to be respected and appreciated. Like say Dustin. Solid dude. Great fighter. Even greater human. And that's where Connor fails. He sells fights. Great fighter. Great at trash talk. All good. But he crosses the humane line. And that's just not ok. He'll be remembered as a great figure in MMA but long after now bad memories or notions will accompany his name, if you understand what I'm trying to say. Whereas Khabib, people will remember him with fond feeling. That's the difference really.
