    This is one of my favorites! I do like the all instrumental music, no vocals. The beat is great. I love your smiles and shaking your head at yourself sometimes, lol! You are so personable. I actually enjoy working out now. I use one pound hand weights and ankle weights sometimes to make it more challenging. Thank you for what you do for us!

    Thank you so much for today's workout - got the blood flowing! I do have a victory that I want to share. On Saturday I went with my son and his friends to a festival. We walked and stood all over the grounds for about 5 hours and I was able to keep up with them even though I was slower. I didn't have to use anything for support while walking - this made my son (and me, of course) very happy as I wouldn't have been able to do this earlier in the year. I know that I will keep improving and your videos have helped! Have most wonderful day!

    Today I woke up with no desire to do anything! Didn't want to exercise, but just made myself! After a few minutes in, I thought how much energy you put into making these videos and keeping us inspired and how nice it was to have a new video to try out. At ten minutes in I was thinking 'I can do this" and by time it ended I was so grateful that I just made myself start! Thanks for all you do!

    Yesssss! No squats, no lunges!!!! Due to severe arthritis in my knees, I can no longer do squats and lunges. More of these types of exercises, please! Bring it Jules!!!❤❤❤❤

    THE BEST cardio workout I've done in years! Thank you so much❤. I'm 57 and fit, I do cardio, interval and weight training. I have a degree in health and physical education, diploma in personal training and aerobics. I do most of my exercise via RUclips, and I just found this jewel today. Absolutely perfect for me. Simple and easy, No joint impact, 30 seconds each, no stopping, no intro, no significantly boring or noticeable warm up or cool down. 10 stars from me, I'll be doing this again, and again. I'd like to see you implement somatic muscle release, rather than stretching. So much better for the muscle lengthening and relaxation. Lyndsey Jane, Wollongong, Australia ❤

      I use a combination of music from Epidemic Sound and Power Music. If you use the 'Shazam' app, you can often figure out the artist and name of the songs. It's a great app!

    I did this workout to ibiza club classics 90s as another user had suggested. Great workout!
    When i would lose my rhythm, i would come back to you and there are you are going to the same rhythm which was very nice.

    Here it is Week 4 of Series 3, and I finally found the workout for Day 6. I tried the first round, and realized right away that due to my rheumatoid arthritis, it was just way too much stress and pressure on my wrists and ankles. So, I found this one and I ABSOLUTELY love it. It will be among my favorites in the weeks beyond Series 3. Thanks for your excellent guidance and positive thoughts throughout all 3 Series. It's a habit I look forward to each morning. You're the best, Jules. Now, just one more day and away I go. Mary

    Great workout! Thank you for all you do! I do enjoy music with lyrics more than the club beats no vocals, even if they're remakes allowed to be used on youtube. It makes time go by faster when I can sing as I workout.

    This one is my favorite! Some days I do it all at once, some days in 2 15's and other days in 3 10's but I always do it - plus strength training. I'm on day 6 and loving it!

    Thanks for starting Monday off with this new cardio. I do have to modify it by moving forward and back again so it doesn’t irritate my hip and back from standing in the same place. Modifying works. 😊

    Omg 😳 I was Courson you in about only 20 minutes in it well actually only 10 minutes in it been sick the past week and I haven’t darn done like cardio like that in over a week I’ve been out for walks for about 3040 minute walks but oh my god that kicked my butt. I am drenched in sweat. My heart rate got up to 158 I’m 46 years old but I am 189 pounds. I’m trying to lose weight but it was a great workout. Thank you. You look fabulous by the way.❤

      It's amazing how even though we can walk regularly, an indoor workout like this one that includes different movements with the arms, definitely changes the intensity from our usual walks.       Oh wow! This is a tough video to use if moving from seated to standing. I have 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate). If you're use to the seated workouts, my suggestion would be to start with the gentle standing workouts before going straight to the intermediate. I'm impressed that you managed this one, Kim!

      Starting is definitely the hardest part. Congrats for starting it, and completing it! I often recommend to people to commit to 5-10 minutes, and often within that time, you'll become energized and before you know it, the workout is done:)

    Great workout-I appreciate your choreography and cues-gives me a great workout! I like that your videos focus on cardio-I have another routine for strength and appreciate a full cardio workout! Many thanks for your great video.

      Even though this is cardio, you're getting in lots of strength exercises within it, too (especially hips, glutes and triceps). I just try to add them within the cardio so your body benefits in more ways than one:)

      What I meant to say was the focus is on fun movement for my whole body and I am not trying to figure out what weight I should be using with each movement-I can just go with the flow and really enjoy your class!

      Aw, thanks Mary. It’s definitely cold these days. As for progress, glad to read that you are noticing changes. The toning and building of muscle will happen…it just takes some time.

      Lol...yes, I am always trying to sneak in more ways to get in more steps so you get in a great workout in a shorter amount of time:) This is definitely a full body workout.

      @@ImprovedHealth the knees we’re actually ok. Its going down steps and such they are objecting too. The walk was mainly on the level and on pavement. It was just long! I haven’t walked that far in months. Sadly there was no off road path. My knees would not have liked that. Ive no idea why they are playing up! Its so frustrating. Going to try some seated work outs for a while. X

If you enjoyed this one, you can find plenty more at this same level under the 'intermediate level' playlists. I hope you enjoy more of the workouts when you try them out!

      That's great, Angela! Just so you know, this is in the 'intermediate level' category of workouts. I create 3 levels and you can find them all categorized in the playlists. If you find these ones too fast, you might enjoy the ones in the other playlists. But, modifying the workouts works, too:)
