After 7 months I have made it almost to my goal. Just have 4 more lbs. to loose and it is maintenance! I still work out and love the 5200 steps videos and the music! My work shows that even a 69 year old can do anything if they put their mind to it. Thank you for my morning fun!
I like your workouts that are an hour long. Your workouts work the whole body with a lot of standing ab work included . I Was able to lose the last 10 pounds with your workouts. At 65 I can’t do high intensity anymore, but I feel like I’m getting a total body workout with your walking workouts. Please continue to make hour long walking workouts because they actually work! Thank you! I do have some jogging in my workouts, BUT, I always ask people to either walk fast, jog or run during those intervals so the pace is totally dependent on what works for each person. I hope you continue to enjoy the variety that I create.
Hi,i just tried tge 2.5 mile workout,it was incredible!.You are an excellent instructor and the moves flow so beautifully you don't realize your working out.and the time flies by. I sm 70 and need to move more easily,i walk everyday and ride my bycycle,but this video was the best I've ever tried.thank you so much. .

These provide upper body movements which will give upper body definition and strength, and the leg movements are varied compared to the treadmill. Hi, Jules. I completed Series 3. I've been doing the 1.5 mile walk, then the 2 miles walk and now the 2.5 miles. Alternate days, I try to do the strength workout. I'm not losing much weight yet but continue to tone and firm up on my upper arms and shoulders. I'm trying to do more to lose inches around my waist. These 1.5-2.5 miles work are fantastic for me. Eagerly awaiting 3 miles walk. Thanks, mate.
Hi Annie, it all takes time so please do be patient. I find a lot of people will workout hard and be dedicated to working out but after a few months get discouraged and stop because they aren't losing weight. Be patient. It will happen! I find for most people it takes a couple of months to really start seeing changes and for those who persevere, they'll be pleased to see the changes they want. When people lose weight super quickly, it is usually due to low calorie intake or crazy diets and then they gain it all back. A few tricks to losing weight as well...drink lots of water throughout the day (have a bottle with you at your desk or on the counter, etc.) so you see how much you're drinking; avoid all juices & pop; eat oatmeal for breakfast and put in blueberries and a bit of honey or maple syrup to make it more tasty; have healthy snacks in the day so you're not starving and don't overeat at meals and minimize bread, pasta and creamy sauces. Hope that helps.

Yay! I love how exercise energizes us. I often hear people say they are too tired to workout and unfortunately they don’t understand how exercise will energize them. I shall keep trying to get that message across:)
I would love some talking with the stretches at the end. I keep having to lift my head to see what is next and when you are changing legs. This is hard on the neck and back. Otherwise the not talking during the dancing part is great. Love these workouts!
3, 07 2023 Hi Jules, it's not my day but I did 6 minutes after lunch. I could not get myself to do anything until now so I consider it a victory. Today, I am tired. And I did not work today. @@ImprovedHealth Hi Jules, no sadly, I never got near the doctor. The GP sent the referral and for two weeks nothing happened. I called the hospital it wasn't even through the billing department. Moreover, the doctor hardly wrote down anything from what I told him! Only hot flushes and abdominal discomfort, from that they would not think it is important and it cost me the visit for the GP to see me and he cared none. Menopause is certainly close other than that no idea. Have a nice day!

Hello Jules: I couldn't finish all yesterday but came back for the second half today. You added some new moves I like but the side kicks don't work for me. I modified them for my body. 30 minute workouts are easier to fit in my daily schedule. I just do 2 or sometimes 3. Thanks for looking out for us.
Hi Annemarie, I felt people might be getting bored and thought it was time to put in some new moves. I know a lot of these moves are tougher so I am hoping others modify them as well if they need to just like you did. It's impossible to cater the workouts to everyone's needs. I think most people have to agree with you that 30 minutes is usually ideal but I am happy you came back to finish this one:)

3, 07 2023 Hi Jules, it's not my day but I did 6 minutes after lunch. I could not get myself to do anything until now so I consider it a victory. Today, I am tired. And I did not work today. Hi Klari, every little bit helps. I hope you've had a chance to get to the doctor to chat with him/her about what you're going through with your energy levels. Hopefully they can help to figure out what is going on.
@@ImprovedHealth Hi Jules, no sadly, I never got near the doctor. The GP sent the referral and for two weeks nothing happened. I called the hospital it wasn't even through the billing department. Moreover, the doctor hardly wrote down anything from what I told him! Only hot flushes and abdominal discomfort, from that they would not think it is important and it cost me the visit for the GP to see me and he cared none. Menopause is certainly close other than that no idea. Have a nice day!
Finished in one stretch today.....at least I can move for 2.5 miles in the privacy of my room👏👏will get down to dancing too......Thank you so much for the motivation..🙏

I couldn't finish all yesterday but came back for the second half today.
You added some new moves I like but the side kicks don't work for me. I modified them for my body.
30 minute workouts are easier to fit in my daily schedule. I just do 2 or sometimes 3.

Hi Annemarie, I felt people might be getting bored and thought it was time to put in some new moves. I know a lot of these moves are tougher so I am hoping others modify them as well if they need to just like you did. It's impossible to cater the workouts to everyone's needs. I think most people have to agree with you that 30 minutes is usually ideal but I am happy you came back to finish this one:)
