  • Welcome to a 20 minute fat burning HIIT workout that you can do at home. There will be no repeats during the intervals, no equipment and no floor exercises (all standing only!). If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout. Total step count today is 2541 steps.

      Thanks so much. When I work out at home on my own, I wear shorts that I've had for years and don't worry what I look like:) As long as you're comfortable in what you're wearing while working out at home, that is all that matters.😊

    Another one we’ve never done…..but we did it!!!! I don’t think there’s a dry spot on my entire body!
    Wow! We feel very accomplished!!!

    This one is just about my favorite HIIT workout. The pace is just right for me, and I can either double- or triple-time the HIIT moves, to suit myself and my energy level. The pulse squats get me, but I can do the full 20 seconds (almost without tears...hahaha...). It's one of your best, Jules!

    Once again I am surprised and happy that I can complete the intermediate work out. Thank you for such a good leading and encouragement. I do as you say and modify when I need to. For me that especially the fast squats. I can do the squats just not fast if I want to do them safely.🙋‍♀️🍁💕

    Am really loving these workouts Jules. I don’t move as fast as you but I’m moving at my own pace which is the most important right! Am feeling it in my legs today as they feel like jello which I think I’ve said more than once lol. I’m doing great for this 84 year young body. See you tomorrow!

    My right arm was giving me fits today, so I had to be extra protective of it, but I could still do most of the exercises without too much modification. Heart rate up and sweating during the intervals, and waiting for the 10 second break! Excellent workout.

    Hi Jules! Working out with you has mostly eliminated my knee pain at night. I don’t have any during the day thankfully. I have no excuse not do my daily workouts anymore. Today I commit to working out no matter where I am or what I’m doing. Exercise is a part of my everyday life from today forward! Thank you for putting together such fun workouts for seniors like me!😊💛

    I can do those pulse squats now without tears leaking out of both eyes...IMPROVEMENT!!!! And, I'm starting to see real muscle definition in my upper arms! Hadn't thought it possible at my age (71)! So, every time you point to your upper arm during the "triceps, legs back" routine to remind us to flex those upper arm muscles, I'm paying attention!

    02, 02 2024 Hi Jules, I came home after eating a real home made Sicilian cannelloni and I thought I best do some exercise and I chose this one. It was nice, thanks. I only have the sciatica today but my back is not locked in. So, it is not bad. Thank you, see you later, have a good day!
