28 minute Full Body Low Impact CARDIO + STRENGTH Walk at Home Workout

  • This 28 minute full body, low impact walk at home workout is a good combo of cardio + strength exercises. Throughout the workout, we'll combine the cardio with strength exercises. At the 17 minute mark, we'll pick up a light set of weights to complete the workout with upper body exercises while still moving our lower body for cardio. Balance and flexibility is also included to make this another all-in-one workout. If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout. Total step count today is 2654 steps.

    I really enjoyed this workout, especially adding in the weights. I'm 73 with osteoporosis and I need to work out everyday. This was a great one for me..

    This was an excellent workout. My wife and I both enjoy your workouts, we have started doing them daily. We especially enjoy the lack of the constant commentary which allows us to focus more on the workout. The countdown timer and preview screen really help. Thank you for producing these videos.

    That was a fast and fabulous workout. I slid back into a bad habit and I had a high carb and sugar lunch and I am pre-diabetic. After the workout my blood sugar was 129. I had waited around 40 minutes after eatting to do the workout so that was an acceptable blood sugar. Thank you so much.

    I just finished this workout and loved it. Parts were a bit challenging, but I got through. A few things I had to modify for my knee. Earlier this morning I did the Full Body Ultimate Workout, I really like when you include intervals in these workouts. I also appreciate the little clips at 5 seconds to know what’s coming next.     Wow! Another terrific workout! For the balance exercises I focused on your movement with the free weights and was more successful but still have work to do on that. I love a challenge that benefits my health.

    Another great workout Jules, I love that just before the squats you tell us not to quit 😊new moves and tested my balance and ability to touch the floor in the stretching....

      Lol, yes, that was intentional:) I know a lot of people want to quit when squats are coming up so my hope is that it would motivate people to continue. I'm glad it worked for you!

      Thanks for the feedback about the wu and cd. I simplify the moves for the wu and cd and usually put in slower music as well. I'll keep your comment in mind for future workouts.

    Hi Jules, I am back after a long trip up North visiting family and friends! The walks were challenging up there due to the hills! Florida has none of them. Great workout and music and smiles!😃

    Hi Jules! I couldn't have chosen a better workout for today. Because I couldn't work out the last two days I needed a super energetic one for today and this was perfect. I'm covered in sweat (which I wanted). Also I loved how you incorprated the weights into the cardio and balance. Thank you!

    I love this workout. I have bursitis in my right hip and this video seems to help. I think that most of these exercises for the legs and glutes would help strengthen and help bursitis. Thanks Jules. I love all of your videos and i especially love it when you kind of make a mistake and just keep going. It encourages me. thanks again

    Neeeeeeded...that was absolutely wonderfil,,tremendous...eveverythung. The leg ones i loved... Arms...balance ....so v v v well thought out. You totally get us all. Now for arm strength day....thats if they dont fall off ❤❤❤ so much appreciate every workout u do🎉
