The boxing game always critiques teofimo but in reality he doesn’t get enough credit. In this fight he landed over 300 punches and threw almost 1000 against a guy who hunted him down for 12 rounds, that takes serious stamina and it shows that teofimo would have most likely made light work of matias too. The boxing fans still wanna criticise him and say ‘you didn’t knock him out’ but it was clear to see teofimo was just playing wit him and if he picked it up slightly at any moment, claggett would have crumbled.

i’ve been reading a lot of these comments and i’m seeing that not a lot of people rocking with teo’s performance tonight. a lot of people just keep saying that teo was touched a lot this fight which he was. i’ve noticed that from the first round. but what people are not seeing is that teo is going against somebody who is a super volume puncher. going against a volume puncher like steve you’re going to get touched no matter how good your defense is. yes steve doesn’t look athletic nor fundamentally sound but he’s great at what he do and that’s brawling. most athletic boxers can’t keep up with volume punchers like that. teo damn near threw a thousand punches and did a whole backflip after a gruesome 12 round fight while looking like he has way more in the tank. and that’s amazing to me. that shows his conditioning is fit for the elite level and he boxed very well. he looked very fast, super powerful and show great footwork on the back foot. you guys expect him to outclass and not get touched by somebody who is ranked for how many punches he throws. i don’t see most good fighters keep up with that much of pressure. teo literally out punched a volume puncher and only everybody can see that he got touched. i’m not a teo fan whatsoever but ill give respect when respect is due and i believe he earned it tonight and put a great show for us fans. what teo needs to work on now is fighting forward. that’s his weakness. he can’t fight forward to save his life. put a good boxer with great feet and not stupid enough to come forward and that equals a hard night for teo. but if you decide to come forward to him, you lost the fight from the first round.

Teo would box Ryan's head off. Ryan doesn't know to box, just lunges first with heavy hits. So you watched were highlights here, Teo has good footwork and good combinations like Tank. I think the issue with Teo is that he is extremely overhyped and over marketed. He is a mediocre fighter at best. His career highlight win was against Loma, in which should have been a draw.He was outboxed by Ortiz as well but the judges did their thing. This talk about Crawford needs to stop. Teo would get absolutely obliterated. I'm also so tired of the judges/commentators not giving any credit to these underdog fighters. Clagget landed some good combinations but it didn't get highlighted or even mentioned. Teo is the classic embodiment of corruption in boxing and it needs to go. Im sure it makes a lot of causal fans happy because they love Teos entertainment, but it's not good for the sport.

i’ve been reading a lot of these comments and i’m seeing that not a lot of people rocking with teo’s performance tonight. a lot of people just keep saying that teo was touched a lot this fight which he was. i’ve noticed that from the first round. but what people are not seeing is that teo is going against somebody who is a super volume puncher. going against a volume puncher like steve you’re going to get touched no matter how good your defense is. yes steve doesn’t look athletic nor fundamentally sound but he’s great at what he do and that’s brawling. most athletic boxers can’t keep up with volume punchers like that. teo damn near threw a thousand punches and did a whole backflip after a gruesome 12 round fight while looking like he has way more in the tank. and that’s amazing to me. that shows his conditioning is fit for the elite level and he boxed very well. he looked very fast, super powerful and show great footwork on the back foot. you guys expect him to outclass and not get touched by somebody who is ranked for how many punches he throws. i don’t see most good fighters keep up with that much of pressure. teo literally out punched a volume puncher and only everybody can see that he got touched. i’m not a teo fan whatsoever but ill give respect when respect is due and i believe he earned it tonight and put a great show for us fans. what teo needs to work on now is fighting forward. that’s his weakness. he can’t fight forward to save his life. put a good boxer with great feet and not stupid enough to come forward and that equals a hard night for teo. but if you decide to come forward to him, you lost the fight from the first round.

I think the issue with Teo is that he is extremely overhyped and over marketed. He is a mediocre fighter at best. His career highlight win was against Loma, in which should have been a draw.He was outboxed by Ortiz as well but the judges did their thing. This talk about Crawford needs to stop.
