I did this workout today after the 2nd day of week 2 of interval training and I started with 3 lb weights but had to go down to 2 lb halfway which is such a big improvement for me. I tried this same workout just 3 months ago and couldn’t do the weights. I have completed your 25 day weight program, your 5 day weight program and keep doing them now every day along with interval training and another workout added into the day. I have lost inches lbs and gained so much strength and noticed I can go so much longer now without losing my breath!!! You are my life saver and I just love ALL your workouts and hard work and efforts you do for so many people!! I do smile back at you, everyday, and blow you a 😘 , too because I am SO grateful for finding you and helping me with my weight loss journey! I have purchased a brand new smart phone and several different weight strengths since finding you. It all started with your words after the first set of interval training “Stick with this for 4 weeks and you should see some changes, right there you challenged me and you were right!! That was all I needed to finally see results and feeling so much better!! 6/7/24 Jules, KILLER workout. After 15 minutes in you just smiled at us because you know we wanted to quit but your quote below reminded us why we were here. Yes, you are a great teacher at instructing us with your beautiful smile. If we could only have a body like yours right away. When I was dying and wanted to quit at 27minutes you smiled and I let out a scream yes, you did encourage me to keep going. Jules this is definitely your brand. There is nothing as effective as this on you tube and really nobody that is doing it quite like you. I believe most people are searching for these combination workouts in which the cardio continues right up to the balance part which is also beneficial. It encourages people to use hand weights in a way that is fun.
totally agree with you. this is what i look for something i can use light weights and cardio at the same time. i love the upper body strength but some days this is my go to.....i love the all in one workouts :)

I've been exercising quite rigorously for over a year now and injured my bursa in my heel. I'm going to try this one, just to try to ensure I keep moving my body. Thank you!

That was a really good workout. Had a very busy few weeks and not a lot of time to exercise so was good to feel energised again. This week thankfully is quiet as I am all organised for Christmas. Plan to concentrate on eating healthily and exercising before the onslaught that is Christmas. Need to reduce my weights as I am now under the physio as I have more issues with my neck! Ah, perfect! I'm glad I was able to provide one that you wanted today:) If your legs were quivering, take some time to stretch them out a bit more tonight. I find it helps to do a bit of extra stretching when I've worked my legs more than usual.

Thank you so much for this workout,I really enjoyed it. I did have to lower my arms on a few occasions but made it all the way through, so pleased. I was a bit worried the weights might fly out the window when my palms got a bit sweaty 🤣 I love it that you always give us a cool-down and stretch. Thanks Jules 💕💪🏻

I absolutely loved this one, Jules! Thanks to your weight training I’m up to a 3 minute plank (forearms to toes) and am keeping the “chicken wings” tightened up. I also really appreciate the “little Jules” in the corner letting us know what’s next.😊 What you’re doing for all of us is amazing ❤

Jules this is definitely your brand. There is nothing as effective as this on you tube and really nobody that is doing it quite like you. I believe most people are searching for these combination workouts in which the cardio continues right up to the balance part which is also beneficial. It encourages people to use hand weights in a way that is fun.
totally agree with you. this is what i look for something i can use light weights and cardio at the same time. i love the upper body strength but some days this is my go to.....i love the all in one workouts :)

Thanks Robyn. I always have a hard time writing a title for these all-in-ones since certain words get more attention in SEO. I know these ones are the most beneficial...I just wish others would see the benefits of these combo workouts, too. I'll keep trying to get them 'out there'.

Whew!!! We decided to go with this one this morning. We sure got a good workout….with about a million squats….lol….no, seriously, this was a fantastic workout…now I feel empowered!!!!

That was a really good workout. Had a very busy few weeks and not a lot of time to exercise so was good to feel energised again. This week thankfully is quiet as I am all organised for Christmas. Plan to concentrate on eating healthily and exercising before the onslaught that is Christmas. Need to reduce my weights as I am now under the physio as I have more issues with my neck! I apparently have a mechanically stiff back! The joys of getting old. Thanks for the great workouts Jules. Hope you and your have a wonderful festive season. x

That was a great work out for all four areas: cardio, upper & lower body strength and balance! I started out with 5lb then went to 3lb and by the end I was down to 2lb. Thank you!
5 lbs would definitely be challenging. It's great how you changed the weight as needed through the workout so that you could make it to the end.

Ah, perfect! I'm glad I was able to provide one that you wanted today:) If your legs were quivering, take some time to stretch them out a bit more tonight. I find it helps to do a bit of extra stretching when I've worked my legs more than usual.
