Once again an amazing workout, loved the format of which each segment is the perfect amount of time! Thank you so much for all your expertise and hard work Jules. I just so enjoy starting my day with you!
Wow, what a mix. Warm up, cardio, strength, balance, cool down, stretching. THAT'S IT!! I will do it in the afternoon. PLEASE more from this, perhaps for 60 minutes? Thank you from germany, Ralf, 70 years young 😀🕯🕯🕯👋
Hi! I have lots of all-in-one workouts which includes all 4 parts of fitness. If you go to my playlists, you'll find the all-in-ones categorized together.
I absolutely love these longer all in one intermediate workouts, and this is one of my favourites. Particularly like the breakdown of each element into short chunks. Thank you!
Thank you for providing us excellent full body workouts with music and the right amount of talking, instruction, and encouragement. You're a breath of fresh air void of constant chatter and the same repetitive lines every video unlike someone else who loves to hear herself talk.
Loved this new-to-me All-in-One Workout! Definitely challenging, but the way that you intersperse the cardio, weights and balance helps the time to fly by. The "head's up" notices - 5 minutes of cardio, 5 minutes of strength - are so helpful and encouraging. Thanks again!
I am a male over 55. This workout was so peaceful and time went by sooo fast. I added this to my collection of workouts. I have been working out for an hour a day for the last 3 months and can really tell the difference in how I look and feel. Other videos are cheering me on. I like this just do it attitude. Nice.
Thanks so much for your comment, Chris. Congrats on being consistent with your workouts! I'm very happy to read that you enjoyed this one. Thanks for letting me know:)
Hi Jules! I have a new favourite workout! This is challenging, fun and energising, and I feel great (and sweaty 😆). The music is good too, and I really like the extra stretches at the end. Thank you for this, and all that you do. I want to stay active and strong, and your workouts are perfect for me. Kind regards 😊
Thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to provide with me feedback, Susan. I am very happy to read that you really enjoyed this one (especially since you said it's your new favourite). Thank YOU! 🥰
Thank you for this surprise new All-In-One. It was so nice to do a longer workout that I didn’t struggle mentally to finish. I really enjoyed the full circuit method to keep me inspired. The balance is a real struggle for me so I definitely had to modify. But I keep trying. You did it again Jules. 🎉
We really like your videos. My husband is 84 and I will be 84 this month. We do your most vigorous programs and then walk 2.5 miles daily. Keep those videos coming!
I am guessing you have both been active most of your lives to be able to keep up to these most challenging ones at 84. That is absolutely impressive, Shirley. Kudos to you both for taking care of yourselves and for continuing to move. I wish you both an amazing 84th year (...and happy birthday!).
When I saw today’s calendar with 45mins, I thought, ‘Oh, no!’. I had already done 10k steps of incidental walking and didn’t know whether I could go through with it. But what was great was the elements kept changing and the time passed. Thank for all you do for us, Jules. Cheers from Melbourne, Australia. 🙂
A massive kudos to you for not overthinking the 45 minutes, for pressing play and for completing it, Helene! You definitely got in your steps and a full body workout:)
I'm so glad to read that you enjoyed the workout. Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. If you enjoyed this one, you can find plenty more similar to this one under the 'all-in-one' playlists. I hope you enjoy more of the workouts when you try them out!
Didn’t think I could do 45 minutes on this Monday morning, but the time flew by and I finished easily. Now for a well earned avocado toast breakfast! Thanks, Jules.
I am so glad to know the time flew by. Thank you for sharing that with me. I think people often shy away from workouts longer than 30 minutes, but with the all-in-ones, so much beneficial exercise gets jammed into one workout. I'm so glad you gave it a chance and completed it.
I really loved this “all-in-one” workout-like a delicious healthy multi-course meal 😉. It was challenging and it kept me engaged from start to finish. I really appreciated the extended stretching section at the end. Thanks!
I just did this well-rounded routine today for the first time. The music was really good and it had a wide variety of moves. I was glad I had my chair for a few of the balance exercises. Props can be my friend! When I was done with this I did my daily 10 sit to stands. They were so much easier with really warmed up muscles! Lesson learned on that!
@@ImprovedHealth i did this program again this morning with 10 sit to stands instead of the standing crunches since they are not osteoporosis friendly. I did a little warm up this afternoon then 10 more sit to stands. Yay!
This is a spectacular workout, Jules! I enjoyed the interspersed moves. Thank you esp. for the standing crunches and the Sumo squats😁 Trust Jules to come up with a couple of brilliant new exercises each time, that make a longish workout so interesting and doable...,🙏👏👏❤️
I really liked this workout! I like how the different targets were spread out over time, and not all cardio together, strength together, etc. I am 63 years old and never dread my workouts with you. I feel stronger every day. I also appreciate you giving me permission to modify and rest when needed, but at the same time you give me encouragement to push beyond what I think I can do. Thank you so much for these workout calendars!
❤ just wanted you to know that this was a perfect exercise program for me today. I love the mix of the stretches, cardio, &weights! The cool down and everything just fit the bill! I don’t know what age group, if any, you are targeting, but just fyi. I’m 64, and am an avid hiker/ backpacker. I lead a Womens hiking group. When I can’t be out there hiking, I look for an exercise program I can do at home to help me. I like to be challenged, but not so much I get discouraged. This one today was exactly what I was looking for. I really enjoyed it. Thank you for making it! I look forward to more in the future! I will definitely share with other women as the occasion arises!😊
Hi! Thanks so much for taking the time to comment today. I create videos mostly with seniors in mind. Over the two years of creating, I have learned that there are a lot more active, fit seniors out there than I realized so my intermediate ones are for the active seniors (and for beginners of other age groups). My goal is to cater to seniors of all fitness levels which is why I also create gentle workouts, both seated and standing. I hope you enjoy more of my workouts as you try them out. If you look at the intermediate standing playlist, those will likely suit you best with your fitness level. Kudos to you for getting out and staying active and for inspiring other women to do the same:)
AWESOME JULES!!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR DEDICATED HEART FOR OTHERS TO BECOME HEALTHIER!!! YOUR ENCOURAGEMENT INSPIRES ME TO PUSH TO MY FULL POTENTIAL EVEN WHEN I DON'T FEEL LIKE IT!!! BLESSINGS...MA MA G 💝
I’ve been trying to do your All-in-One workouts at least 3 times a week (Too much?) and an interval or cardio the other days (again, too much?). Depending on the cardio (50’s, etc) I might do 2-3/day. I’m a teacher and I’m off all summer so what better way to spend my day, which also includes Hallmark and reading😂😂. I came across this workout today. Some of the exercises were a bit challenging with my knee, but I made it through. Someone commented on the thread about a 60 minute. I’d love it! Thanks for all you do for us. I discovered your channel last November, and you have changed my life. Not only have I lost weight and inches, I have more energy (needed to keep up with 5 year olds), more patience, better attitude, and more self-confidence!
Hi Deborah! Thanks so much for letting me know that you're enjoying the variety of workouts. If you've been working out regularly since November, doing 3 all-in-ones a week, along with cardio workouts is not too much. You've worked your way up to what you're doing now so that's perfect. If your knees bother you at times, walk out some of the moves as needed. I love reading that you plan to fill your summer with taking care of your health with exercise along with rest and relaxation, too. Thank you for taking the time to write your comment. It's appreciated! Oh, and enjoy your summer break!
Thanks Jules for another out of the blue surprise workout. Sorry, got late doing it. This was very challenging and energizing workout with a variation. It was sweaty but worth doing. No doubt, you know how to keep us moving. I think I am not going to get up for a while now. You know I am 70 year young😁Thanks again for your precious time and effort you put in making all these workout. Stay blessed Jules❤
Super glad to read that you enjoyed the surprise mid-week workout:) I am aiming to release the intermediate workouts on Mondays…just didn’t happen that way this week.🙃
Thanks Jules for another great start to my day. You posted at the end of video "exercise not only changes your body, but also your mind, attitude and mood" So true.😍😍 I'm living proof. If you are new to the Improved Health channel, Hang in there newbies, its challenging, but you will enjoy the results! I sure have over the past 13 months. Today I added the 1600 quick steps video and then came back for the great stretching at the end of this video. I'm good and sweaty but I feel amazing. I'm 62, burned 476 calories, avg HR 138.
Each day I work out to one of your videos I come away feeling good about my body, as I am getting stronger and my mind, as I feel better about what I am doing for myself. At 71, this is my self care, thank you for what you do.
Merci beaucoup du Québec pour vos excellentes vidéos. Vous savez être stimulante et encourageante. J’aime votre musique et vos messages motivants. J’ai 69 ans et grâce à vous, je m’améliore à chaque jour.
Wonderful workout: the strength exercises were interesting and my favorite stretch was long. Thanks Jules, Have a great Sunday and a great end to the week!
The all round workout is so energising. I sweated profusely all throughout and enjoyed the elevated heart rate, balance, weight and stretching routine. The no talking format and peppy music is perfect.
46:01 hi! I just wanted you to know that even though I love the dance workouts of the 5060 7080s this might be one of my favorite videos you’ve put out. I have 30 minutes in the morning usually but on Monday I have a lot more time so I tried it. It was great! The music was perfect. Although I would like to hear some music from the 90s lol… Not bad for 64 years old.
I think I’ve commented on this workout before, but it’s worth repeating-I really love this one. It really shows me how far I’ve come and how much I can do. I’d love to see more of these all in one routines.
Thanks so much for your comment, Carole. I will get back to creating more of these soon. It's great to hear that you are seeing how far you've come along with exercise!
Another exercise routine new to me. Just the right lengthg of time and great exercises. Love the use of weights, adds an extra effort! Thanks for all your great routinbes, you make it so easy to exercise indoors when its cold and windy outside! Thank you. 😀
Good Sunday morning Jules 🌄☕🌄 I had a little extra time this morning and I wanted to get a little bit everything and this was absolutely perfect!! Have a great Sunday ahead and week ahead ⛄❄️⛄
Hi Jules, thanks for the wonderful unit. With your smile I sweated through and happily completed the program. I am finding it easier and easier to work with weights. I really like the music selection. I like the wall picture. Greetings Monika
This is the first workout I've done that's over 30 minutes, and I'm so proud of myself for making it all the way through. I love the variety, going back and forth between all the things, and even learning a new exercise (the wide chest press). This one was awesome!
This has become one of my favorite workouts. I really feel "complete" after this one. Love this length and all the body parts. Thank you for your work!
Thanks so much for your feedback. I always hope these ones will be enjoyed since they provide so many benefits with the combination of strength, cardio, balance and flexibility exercises.
Thank you Jules another great workout. 🎉Now in my ‘best’ saved. Enjoyed your floor exercises that you offered in the 30 day strength building. What about a floor routine for the New Year. Just a suggestion. But thank you once again , certainly gets me out of bed in the morning thinking about which program to do today. Merry Christmas 🎄
Thank you for the suggestion. I generally stay away from floor exercises because of my followers but since the strength series started, I’ve had more feedback about people getting stronger and enjoying the floor exercises. Thank you SO much for letting me know that the workouts help to get you out of bed and to work out:) I appreciate that!
Hu Jules, I loved all of the new moves. It was a fantastic workout and I enjoyed it SO much! Although I finished it a 45 minute workout is very challenging for me. Thanks for the challenge!
Your calm and peaceful demeanor, coupled with your easy and encouraging smile, made this workout a joy. I realized that smiling makes the workout more fun. And I loved the routine. It's my first time to see your channel. Thank you!
Thank you for your thoughtful feedback, Kathy. Welcome to my channel and thank you for letting me know that you're new here. Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. If you enjoyed this one, you can find plenty more at this same level under the 'intermediate level' playlists. I hope you enjoy more of the workouts when you try them out.
Wow! That was quite the organizational feat incorporating all the elements of exercise and changing it up every few minutes! Bravo for creating such a great workout! Thanks! I appreciate all of your hard work!
Lol, thank you!!! I am doing my best to keep people guessing what is next so they won’t know how long they are working out…and hopefully my viewers will work out longer than they planned and feel stronger and more accomplished by the end:) 💪
Great workout-- I love the notes in the corner and the countdown clocks; it's easier to keep going through the whole workout. Thanks for putting together such a thoughtful workout!
Afternoon Jules don this fantastic work out again you certainly feel so relaxed when you have finished it i do anything love every excuse we do and that's thanks to you and your hard work putting it all together so thank you 💕 xx
Thank you so much for taking the time to let me know that the workouts have made a difference. I continue to create workouts because of people like you. Thank you! 🥰
I really love an all in one and the split of this workout is fab. Really love the stretches at the end. I am still having back issues and I am very stiff through my upper back. Physio is working on it but I have to stretch myself at home. Thanks for a great workout Jules.
So glad that you were still able to do this one despite what's going on with your back. Also great to read that you're doing extra stretching on top of this AND physio!
Good Morning Jules: love this workout. Absolutely love the music. Keep up with the amazing workout videos. This is fun and challenging. Thanks for sharing. 😅😅😅
Just finished shaking lol I seriously love this. Love when u put it on the calendar workout this really challenged me today in a good way. I find going from strength back cardio really good. Is it just me or does anyone else sweat a lot when the weights r used lol my glasses fell off twice.... But this and the 50 minute all over one r the best workouts. Jules you spoil us. So so well thought out.. You're a genius ❤
Great work out. Seeing BIG improvement from doing your single leg in just a couple of weeks! Loved the ding you put towards the end. I get too engrossed working out and missed a few changes overs! Ding really helps! Thank you! 😏
I enjoyed this one again today! I followed up with yin yoga for flexibility and stretching, and the ever-popular plank (up to 2:45 minutes 😅). You’re helping a lot of people, Jules!❤
Thank you for your very meaningful comment, Gayle. As for your plank, WOW! That is super impressive! It's great that you're getting in a well-rounded exercise program with yin yoga as well.
A GREAT all-in-one workout for my 2x/week strength training which usually includes warm-up/a few minutes of cardio/cool-down. Like the added balance & stretching in this one. I will look for more like it in the 45-55 minute range. Time to up my weights from 5 lb. to 3 kg. now that I've started back in to strength training and losing a few unnecessary pounds. Thank you.
Oh yay, thank you for your wonderful comment. I definitely appreciate it.
I loved this. I live in a little village in Cornwall UK. known for it's wet and windy winters so I am looking for longer workouts now that it's harder to add in a walk outside or gardening. This was challenging for me but I'm determined not to lower my fitness level over the winter. Thank you Jules
I've been to Cornwall...beautiful area! I lived in England for 4 months back in 2000 and was able to travel around a lot due to the awesome rail system you have (and due to a friend who had a car!). Anyway, I am glad to read that you plan to stay active this winter. I have created lots of all-in-one workouts to help people focus on the importance of strength, balance and flexibility, too. You can find more of these in my 'intermediate standing' playlist. Thanks for taking the time to comment, Clare.
I think your technique just gets better and better. I really liked that there was time to get our weights and that you told us what wait might be best. Also I have always loved the bells that tell us when the stretch is over, particularly when we’re looking down. I like the new moves that you added. Your choreography and direction are perfect for me. This is a quote from Alain de Botton thatI came across this morning: “The difference between hope and despair is a different way of telling stories from the same facts.” This shows me how much an attitude adjustment can help me.
Thank you so much for the helpful feedback, Cynthia. I always appreciate knowing what helps viewers. Also, thank you for sharing the quote. I haven’t heard that one before.
Thank you Jules. I really enjoyed this workout with the mix of cardio, weights, balance and stretching. I do appreciate the bell during the stretching, as I can think about the stretch. I imagine you are getting ready for snow, enjoy. Thanks again.
@@ImprovedHealth Jules, Thank you for all your hard work in giving us these videos, varied and in quantity. About a year ago I was in a dark place when your Mama Mia video came up on my feed with no talking and no jumping. One year + later I am still working with your videos and have hardly missed a day. Your smiling, your energy, your words of encouragement and sharing the joy of your daughter have enriched my life. I often thought you were going to dance right off the screen, lovely. Thanks again Jules.
@@jeanine1410 Thank you for such an awesome comment, Jeanine. I am absolutely thrilled to read how the workouts have made a difference. Thank you so much for sharing that with me.🫂 I also had to laugh when you wrote about dancing right off the screen:)
Jules...couldn't wait to try this workout....the only thing I didn't do was the strength training this time, because I did strength training yesterday, but I did use resistance so what. This was very motivating and fun. It is always exciting to do new things and so nice to have so much to choose from in workouts. You are so encouraging to all of us, thank you so much for taking time to do so much to help us stay healthy....have a wonderful rest of your day....God Bless...Anne
This oh my this is the absolute best on you tube. I forgot about this and decided today rather than doing an arms then legs then cardio etc etc full body work puts r they wsy to go...for me anyway lol you totally covered everything and I so preferred the wide chest press to the floor one.....I'm going keep doing this and when gets easier up the weight. The chair stretches at end 10/10......there were lots moves I'd forgotten about. 45 minutes 2 to 3 times week will maintain what muscles I've worked at and thats my goal....keeping what I've worked at, and this one will do that. Sooooper soooooper workout. Full body way to go❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks for your great feedback, Allyson. I've written myself a note to review this video as a reminder of what I did in it so I can create something similar in the future for you.
Just finished this all time favorite. My arms are off lol such a great workout I love it. Switching from strength to cardio is the best. Im off to do the new leg one you've just put on xxxx
This was a beyond amazing session Jules ❤️ Thank you so much for creating ❤️❤️❤️ Have a spectacular rest of your day and thank you for such an incredible start to mine 🤗
Superb workout! Just had difficulty with the side kicks. Noticed my balance and strength are very much improved. Will do this workout again. Thanks a lot Jules 🙏🏻😘
So enjoyed this workout Jules. I am wanting to add more weights to my exercise routine. Thank you as always for providing such fun and useful workouts. ❤❤
I just found your workout and I love it. I just finished the 5200 steps and feel amazing. I'm 75 years old and the moves you are doing are just perfect. I used to do the high impact stuff and now have Osteoarthritis. I will definitely follow you. Thank you for this workout.

This was quite a workout! You sensed exactly where to put those encouraging messages in to keep me going. The music worked well, and I liked the color coordination of everything and the clean lines of the on-screen text. Thanks again, Jules.
Hi Jules! That was amazing. I must admit when I started I thought there is no way I will do the whole 45 minutes( Post Rome ) I nearly stopped a few times but because it was broken up into smaller bits I managed it. My shoulders and hips will feel it tomorrow but I feel pretty awesome right now. Thanks for this.

Super glad to read that you enjoyed the surprise mid-week workout:) I am aiming to release the intermediate workouts on Mondays…just didn’t happen that way this week.🙃
Have a great day You, too, Jules! And Thank You! ❤
Aww, thank you so much, Liz. I truly appreciate your kind words. ❤️
Each day I work out to one of your videos I come away feeling good about my body, as I am getting stronger and my mind, as I feel better about what I am doing for myself. At 71, this is my self care, thank you for what you do.
Thank you for your very meaningful comment, Miranda.❤️
Merci beaucoup du Québec pour vos excellentes vidéos. Vous savez être stimulante et encourageante. J’aime votre musique et vos messages motivants. J’ai 69 ans et grâce à vous, je m’améliore à chaque jour.
Merci beaucoup!
What an excellent full body work out. Love the variety within the routiine of aerobics, balance and strength training. Thank you!
Thanks Gina!
It is a really excellent workout. I feel pleasantly rejuvenated and warm. Thank you. :)
Great all in one workout. Love the 45 minutes. Thanks, Jules.
Thanks for letting me know that you enjoyed it:)
Wonderful workout: the strength exercises were interesting and my favorite stretch was long. Thanks Jules, Have a great Sunday and a great end to the week!
Thanks Nadia! Wishing you a great Sunday, too.
The all round workout is so energising. I sweated profusely all throughout and enjoyed the elevated heart rate, balance, weight and stretching routine. The no talking format and peppy music is perfect.
Thank you so much for your helpful feedback. 💖
I get a lot of positive comments on this particular video. I'll review it today to see how I can make a similar, yet different one:)
Thank you. 😀
Thanks for your feedback, Nancy.
Thank you, Jules, for another wonderful low impact workout 😊🙏
Thank you!
Good Sunday morning Jules 🌄☕🌄 I had a little extra time this morning and I wanted to get a little bit everything and this was absolutely perfect!! Have a great Sunday ahead and week ahead ⛄❄️⛄
Thanks Mala. Wishing you a great day, too.❤️
Hi Jules, thanks for the wonderful unit. With your smile I sweated through and happily completed the program.
I am finding it easier and easier to work with weights.
I really like the music selection.
I like the wall picture.
Greetings Monika
I am thrilled to read that you are feeling like the weights are getting easier to lift…yay to getting stronger!
Thanks for the several seconds between to get set up with the weights. Gives time to switch when I need to. Love this routine
Thanks for your feedback, Arleen. It’s appreciated!
What a great training with all those different exercises. Thank you so much!!!
Thanks for commenting:)
Loved this one again today, Jules! The all-in-ones always feel like such a great, full-body experience. Thank you!❤
I'm so glad you feel that way...that is what I hope people will feel doing the all-in-ones.
Reading other comments, all your students are fans of this one. The whole time you were directing I was waiting to say this one's another favorite. 💕
Thanks Chris.🥰
This is the first workout I've done that's over 30 minutes, and I'm so proud of myself for making it all the way through. I love the variety, going back and forth between all the things, and even learning a new exercise (the wide chest press). This one was awesome!
Woohoo! Congrats for completing a longer one, Laurie! Definitely getting stronger:)
I stopped at stretches to go do day 3 strength. Then going back to stretch it out. Reading the comments on this one and you've smashed it
Aww, thank you!!!
Loved this workout! Thank you for helping us all to be active... and for brightening my day with your smile and encouragement!
Aww, thank you, Margery!💖
Hu Jules, I loved all of the new moves. It was a fantastic workout and I enjoyed it SO much! Although I finished it a 45 minute workout is very challenging for me. Thanks for the challenge!
Congrats for starting it despite it being longer AND for finishing it!
Amazing workout loved the mix of weights cardio and stretching , feeling energised thank you Jules
Thanks Shirley!
@@ImprovedHealth Thank you, Jules! I appreciate the information.
Loved the variety and the time flew by! Really good workout for me! Thanks Jules!
Thanks Carol.💖
Great workout Love it Would love a separate cool down/stretching video like you did in this video 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I've written myself a note to look at what I did for the CD and stretch in this one. What did you particularly like about this one?
What a fabulous workout Jules. Exercise definitely helps me find my happy place. Many thanks.
I'm happy to hear that:)
Good morning what a great workout Thankyou 🤗
Thank you so much for letting me know that you enjoyed it, Pamela. I appreciate that!
Great workout-- I love the notes in the corner and the countdown clocks; it's easier to keep going through the whole workout. Thanks for putting together such a thoughtful workout!
Thank you so much for your feedback. I appreciate it!
Afternoon Jules don this fantastic work out again you certainly feel so relaxed when you have finished it i do anything love every excuse we do and that's thanks to you and your hard work putting it all together so thank you 💕 xx
Sorry that's supposed to say anyway 😔 ha ha xx
Thanks Jean.❤️
Love your work. It has made a big difference to my life and health. Can’t thank you enough. Love this workout.
This was awesome! Love having everything in one workout!
Thanks so much for your comment, Lila!
As always a wonderful workout! My arms are jello! Great music, thanks Jules!🥰
I love that 'worked' feeling in the arms:)
Good Morning Jules: love this workout. Absolutely love the music. Keep up with the amazing workout videos. This is fun and challenging. Thanks for sharing. 😅😅😅
Thank you, George. I am glad that you enjoyed the music and the workout. Thanks so much for taking the time to comment.
OOOOO - great one today! Thank you!!!
You are too kind, Allyson! Thank you for your super thoughtful comment.🥰
This has become my 'go too' exercise routine, amongst the other great routines you do. Thanks for helping me keep fit!!😀
I'm so glad that you're enjoying this one. I hope to get back to creating some all-in-ones again soon.
Great work out. Seeing BIG improvement from doing your single leg in just a couple of weeks! Loved the ding you put towards the end. I get too engrossed working out and missed a few changes overs! Ding really helps! Thank you! 😏
Thank you for your feedback about the ding/bell. I'm very glad to read that you are noticing improvements!
Thank you.
I will see what I can do about adding a few longer workouts for you:) Congrats on moving up in what you can lift.
@@ImprovedHealth No need to go to extra work. I can stack some of your shorter workouts to get the same benefit - I did that a few days ago.
I am so glad I found your channel...I've done several of your workouts and I loved them all. Thank you for making working out fun!
Oh yay, thank you for your wonderful comment. I definitely appreciate it. Thanks so much, Donna! 🤗
Jules, what a complete and amazing workout thank you I enjoyed every workout routine you have for us.🌹🌹
Aww, thank you SO much, Martha. Appreciate your comment! ❤️
Great workout Julrs thought oh no 45 mins but it was engaging throughout and the time flew by. Thank you!
I am very happy to read that the 45 min went by quickly for you:)
You're an amazing trainer. Thank you! ❤🌹
I truly appreciate your comment, Claudia. Thank you!💗
I loved this.
Afternoon Jules done this amazing work out again really loved doing it feel a lot better thank you 😀❣️ xx
I'm glad that you enjoyed it again!
Thank you very much. It is a great exercise.
Love these all in one workouts! Thanks for all you do 👏🏻👏🏻❤
I'm so glad to hear when people enjoy the all-in-ones...so many benefits to them.
This was a great workout, easy to follow, and when it was done, i felt great!!
Thanks Loretta!
Thank you Jules. I really enjoyed this workout with the mix of cardio, weights, balance and stretching. I do appreciate the bell during the stretching, as I can think about the stretch. I imagine you are getting ready for snow, enjoy. Thanks again.
Oh gosh, not looking forward to snow but I am getting my gardens prepared today. 😩 Thanks for letting me know that you enjoyed the mix today.
Thanks so much, Anne.❤️🩹
Such a good all-in-one workout.
Thank you!
Just finished this all time favorite. My arms are off lol such a great workout I love it. Switching from strength to cardio is the best. Im off to do the new leg one you've just put on xxxx
I'm so glad you enjoy this one. Thank you for letting me know, Allyson.
Feel so good after this workout. Thank you.
That's great! Thanks for letting me know, JoAnn.

Superb workout! Just had difficulty with the side kicks. Noticed my balance and strength are very much improved. Will do this workout again. Thanks a lot Jules 🙏🏻😘

Agreed. I love her attention to detail and the little touches.
Thanks so much for that helpful feedback, Kathleen. I definitely appreciate it!
Thanks Kim!
Thank you so much for the feedback. I felt that 45 min was long so my hope was people would stick it out with all of the changes in the workout. It worked! 😉
Great format! Hit just the right balance!
Thanks so much for that feedback:) 😊
Another great workout! Made it all the way through. Thank you
Congrats for finishing it!
I absolutely loved this format of balance, cardio and strength 😊
