    Jules, I am so happy to say that there was no need to "talk myself into" working out today! I just got up and did it and that feels really good. I chose something a little longer with a lot of variety ans so feel like I got a great workout. Thank you!!

    Since I resist workouts that are all one thing, like stretching or weights, your all-in-one workouts are the best. I especially felt the bicep 21s today - good challenge with a heavier weight.

      @@ImprovedHealth Believe me, I feel uplifted by your workouts...empowered I think might be a better word. I used to get so frustrated and so defeated by not hitting my numbers. Now I just am tuned into how much I can lift, my step count, stretching... I will never underestimate the power of stretching again.
      I don't question myself about if "I am doing enough" anymore. I do your workouts and I just so feel So Complete... because you seriously target and address Everything 🤗
      You are a guardian angel of health and fitness 😇

    Thank you for this workout Jules. It was a great way to start my week of exercise with the change up of the order with Balance first, then splitting up Lower and Upper Strength with Cardio/Intervals in between. The final stretch at the end was very much appreciated.

      Just go at the pace that works for you...I think you'll be surprised at how quickly you'll see progress (and you might not even notice that you are now going faster than you would have previously).

    Hello Jules:
    I usually start my day with a shower. Not on Sundays! First I am checking what you have up your sleeves for me. Usually including today I am sweating and happy and then I take my shower and coffee. Thanks for keeping me on my toes (and legs and ...).

    'Loved that you put balance before cardio, I find my balance a bit compromised after it. The nice new mix too was worth the wait...and most invigorating. Thank you, for your kind ending words and the reminder to hydrate!!

    I just discovered your workouts yesterday. I'm a 64 year old woman who is trying to get in better shape, working out 6 days a week. I've lost 64 pounds so far. I'm not ready for senior exercises but am too old for running and jumping like a 20-30 year old. Your exercises are perfect for me. Thanks for your videos!

    Jules, thanks for another full body workout with a sweaty cardio component thrown in- because we all need it! Your workouts are laid out so nicely; it’s easy to hit Pause and add something like exercises for rotator cuff during weight work and a few extra squats too! Love you and your workouts!

I never like to put too many in a workout in case someone is new and then they'll be too sore the following day. It's great you know your body well and know what you can handle.

    I LOVE this workout. I got sweaty and tired but didn't feel like I was going to drop. Thank you so much Jules for your clear instructions and explanations ( you should have been a teacher!) I will be doing this one again when I want to push myself, but not too hard, and still get a good workout!

    Such a good workout, Jules! I just love getting some of it all. The strength and push ups make me sweat like crazy but by the time I get to the stretches I feel great!

    Another winner! Thanks so much. One thing I've noticed after doing workouts with you for awhile now is how much more aware of my body movement I am throughout the day. I've not had balance "issues", but for instance when I'm going to go down some steps, I think more about my foot placement.

    Great balanced workout! Didn’t know if I wanted to do 43 minutes, but it went by fast. Same as another comment, I was sweating by the second strength portion. 🙏

    Made it through the whole workout, though the weights I was using were too heavy to finish some of the bicep work. Added a plank after we finished because...plank. Thanks for another great workout!

    Finally completed this after a little lunch break! Currently in Brittany in France on holiday but I brought some weights with me as I didn’t want to lose the progress I have made. Another great workout. Now I just need to resist the croissants, cheese, bread and wine and I will be fine.

      Aww, the sweating during the strength exercises is likely still from the cardio...just takes a little while sometimes for the sweat to catch up with us!

    I like this video! I love the integration of the strength and stretching! You are awesome! Thank you! The only addition that I would make would be suggesting a visualization of the string being pulled up at the top of your head to help with the balance parts of the workout!

    Compliments to you for the invigorating workout with wonderful mix of exercises for increasing strength, stamina and flexibility. Your calm and composed personality is so very motivating. The new coordinated blue background and exercise wear looks aesthetically pleasing. The technical quality of the video has also improved. The written instructions on screen and the circular ticker keeping 30 second time are very helpful. My suggestion is to please increase the size and font of the remaining time box on the bottom right as it is difficult to read it on the mobile phone screen while following your routine.
