Since I resist workouts that are all one thing, like stretching or weights, your all-in-one workouts are the best. I especially felt the bicep 21s today - good challenge with a heavier weight.

@@ImprovedHealth the body needs a change up or it works on muscle memory always and becomes ineffective. You do go that extra mile. Challenge the body, challenge the brain.
Just go at the pace that works for you...I think you'll be surprised at how quickly you'll see progress (and you might not even notice that you are now going faster than you would have previously).
Hello Jules: I usually start my day with a shower. Not on Sundays! First I am checking what you have up your sleeves for me. Usually including today I am sweating and happy and then I take my shower and coffee. Thanks for keeping me on my toes (and legs and ...).

Jules, thanks for another full body workout with a sweaty cardio component thrown in- because we all need it! Your workouts are laid out so nicely; it’s easy to hit Pause and add something like exercises for rotator cuff during weight work and a few extra squats too! Love you and your workouts!

I LOVE this workout. I got sweaty and tired but didn't feel like I was going to drop. Thank you so much Jules for your clear instructions and explanations ( you should have been a teacher!) I will be doing this one again when I want to push myself, but not too hard, and still get a good workout!
Such a good workout, Jules! I just love getting some of it all. The strength and push ups make me sweat like crazy but by the time I get to the stretches I feel great!

Another winner! Thanks so much. One thing I've noticed after doing workouts with you for awhile now is how much more aware of my body movement I am throughout the day. I've not had balance "issues", but for instance when I'm going to go down some steps, I think more about my foot placement.

Great balanced workout! Didn’t know if I wanted to do 43 minutes, but it went by fast. Same as another comment, I was sweating by the second strength portion. 🙏
Made it through the whole workout, though the weights I was using were too heavy to finish some of the bicep work. Added a plank after we finished because...plank. Thanks for another great workout!

Finally completed this after a little lunch break! Currently in Brittany in France on holiday but I brought some weights with me as I didn’t want to lose the progress I have made. Another great workout. Now I just need to resist the croissants, cheese, bread and wine and I will be fine.

Aww, the sweating during the strength exercises is likely still from the cardio...just takes a little while sometimes for the sweat to catch up with us!
I like this video! I love the integration of the strength and stretching! You are awesome! Thank you! The only addition that I would make would be suggesting a visualization of the string being pulled up at the top of your head to help with the balance parts of the workout!

The new coordinated blue background and exercise wear looks aesthetically pleasing. The technical quality of the video has also improved. The written instructions on screen and the circular ticker keeping 30 second time are very helpful. My suggestion is to please increase the size and font of the remaining time box on the bottom right as it is difficult to read it on the mobile phone screen while following your routine.
