Thank you and loved the classical music at the end. The "bell" sound is helpful too as it lets me shut my eyes and relax in the knowledge that i won't miss anything.
I overdid it the last two days, and this video was perfect for today. I loved the longer stretches and the 3 minute breathing space at the end. Thanks for such a thoughtful video!
I'm glad to read that you found a suitable workout so you could still move and get exercise today. A big high five to you for choosing to still exercise.
Happy Sunday Jules: You changed your background poster and sometimes you are melting into the forest in your pink top. I am glad I only used 2 lbs weights. This should be fun not punishment and it was. Thanks Some rain yesterday, today sunny and 8 degrees celsius.
Yes, I thought people might be ready for a new background:) 8 degrees...we beat you on that today! It was super mild here...puddles everywhere! But, I definitely enjoyed the milder temperature and sunshine today. Back to cold weather tomorrow:(
Just found this one Jules. Recently had severe case of Covid and pneumonia so am recovering still. I found this video great for me as I am working to recover and improve pulmonary function. Excellent workout. Thank you very, very much! I will use this as I build my pulmonary capacity and endurance. 10/10 for me. Blessings, Mona
Jules... This was fantastic!!! I even stayed for the stretching and balance!! 😂 OK, will admit I usually don't stay for those. But I felt so good I decided to try it and I love the bell.. 😆 I even stayed for the mindfulness session and I fell in love with that lady's voice.. So I think I'm going to start trying some of her other little exercises, she just relaxed me so much. Jules, like I told you the other day, you have changed my life! Thank you!!
Lol, I love that you admitted you don't usually stay for the stretching and balance...but I hope that changes! Both stretching and balance are super important...but I shall not lecture you. 🤔 Lol, I'm glad you hung around for the mindfulness and realized you benefitted from it. You can find plenty more of Jennifer's sessions on www.insighttimer.com. It's a free mindfulness site and has a great amount to choose from. Even 3 minutes a day helps:)
Well, here we are starting this fast-paced week. We only got in one workout today, but it was a really good one, I thought. Great cardio with the fast walks, and some really good strength training. Thanks, Jules!
Oh boy! A new backdrop! I like it. And you found some new arm muscles to torture. I guess that’s a good thing because that’s what the doctor says I need. Thank you for another creative exercise session - AND for the mindfulness minutes.
I'm so glad to get the feedback from you and others about the mindfulness session. Jennifer has been kind enough to share a 5 minute one with me as well so I'll add that onto another video at some point soon. I'm glad to hear you liked...hmm, not sure that's the right word, but glad you appreciated some new arm movements:) 😉
Thank you! I have chronic fatigue and winter is always the hardest for me to exercise. This is gentle enough that I can do as much as I can handle so I know that I've done some movement for the day. I really appreciate the very gentle approach.
I'm so glad this one worked well for you. I create gentle, beginner and intermediate so depending on how you feel each day, hopefully one of them will work for you:)
Hi Jules.....I enjoyed the variety so much in this class and the mindfulness 3 minutes was very relaxing. I finished up the 7-day stand-up for seniors today and I know there is 1 more to this set. I am going to find another class to go along with it for tomorrow. I am so grateful for all the time you take in making these programs.....have a blessed and awesome day.
My accountability post from my commitment yesterday on your FB page. I did indeed do this workout and loved everything about it. The slower pace with a few mini milder HITT sessions to get the heart rate up. The upper body workout with the lighter weights, which I am sure I will feel later as well. The balance which I am so grateful I am getting better at still. The wonderful stretch with 3 more minutes of mindful breathing. What a great way to start the week of exercise. Thank you for the time you put into this for us.
This the first all-in-one I have tried, and I found it immensely satisfying. However I might try an intermediate one to see how I get on. My cardio and balance can probably take it, but my flexibility is rubbish and needs attention. Thanks, Jules.
The whole set up heralds summer, and here's hoping this summer will be joyous for the whole world. Thank you, Jules, for yet another fabulous workout...loved the arm exercises esp....only missed the sound of your voice, but hey, you're in my head when I'm doing the squats, and I'm smiling😊 Kudos for the music for the stretching🤗
This must be your best workout yet. But then we feel that about almost every video you post. The mindfulness part is lovely. Jennifer Innes at Ottawa Meditation & Wellness has full 30 min meditation videos on her channel. Can't wait to try them out as well. Thanks Jules.
Yes, she is great. I recently finished the MBSR course virtually with her. I have definitely learned to appreciate the benefits of mindfulness. I'm so glad you also enjoyed this workout:)
I feel very relaxed after this workout, Jules. The weights were tough on the arms, but I got through it, and is much needed.🤣 I was so ready for the stretching which I thoroughly enjoyed. The bell sound let me relax even before the mindfulness exercise in the end. So we’ll done! 😊💛
Thank you so much for your feedback, Missy. I was always afraid to use the bell before because I thought it would annoy people but the feedback has been very positive. I'm glad you stuck around for the stretching and the mindfulness:)
I see you found more of the workouts:) I just replied to your other comment. Thanks for letting me know that you enjoyed this one, too. I appreciate it!
Finally got to this one. Loved it although I will feel it tomorrow. My shoulders are pretty weak so this will be good to build up some strength. Loved the mindfulness at the end. Thanks for another great workout.
Looking forward to doing this one once we get back from a long overdue vacation. Today we walked about 5,000 steps (we had to rest/nap because of jet lag/overnight flight-probably more tomorrow. We missed our international flight by about 15 minutes, but we ran/sprinted from one end of the terminal to the other, about 1.3 miles trying to catch it. We really got our steps in that day, and we walked and walked all over Philadelphia the next day while waiting for our next flight the next evening, and got a ton of steps in. We had planned on at least doing a 10-15 minute workout in the evening, but have been absolutely exhausted. We haven’t left you; we’ll be back soon.
Aww, you are so kind to take time to write a comment to me when you are on vacation. Sorry to hear you missed your connecting flight...it's stressful running in the airport to try to catch it (I've done that far too many times!). I am so happy for you to be enjoying time away. It's likely you won't need a workout with me since you'll be walking +++ wherever you are. Enjoy every moment! ❤️
just found your channel and I love it! Even though I’m 60, I am a firm believer in leaving your age at the door, but I’ve had an injury and these workouts are going to help me to get back into bodybuilding. Thank you so so much for the great content!!!❤
Thank you for taking the time to let me know that you're enjoying the workouts, Colleen! I'm sorry to read about an injury, but it's great that you are able to work out again and that you're excited about moving forward. Just so you know, all of the workouts are categorized into playlists on YT and also on my website (www.improvedhealthforseniors.com). Welcome to my channel!
Wow that was just so good, absolutely love your full body workouts, and am really benefitting from them. Thanks for your dedication and commitment, I really appreciate the variety and enjoy doing the workouts. 😊
It’s been so long since we did this one. It’s raining here, so our joints liked this one a little better today. The strength and balance sections were an added plus.
With this one in particular, you could do it every day since we use light weights. With the all-in-ones when we use heavier weights, you could do those every second day. It all depends on how much weight you are using when you do the workout. If your muscles are sore/achy the next day, just do cardio instead. If they aren't achy at all, you could do the all-in-one again. Just vary up the all-in-ones if you do want to do them often so that way different muscles are targeted. I hope that helps.
With these all-in-ones, there really is no order. They are all a little bit different but you can choose one to do every second day. Since we do strength training in these workouts, try to do a cardio workout on the opposite days (if you work out daily). I hope that helps (if not, let me know and I can organize some videos for you).
So wonderful to begin a new week. Pray for peace in Europe and happiness for all humanity.
God bless you, dear Jules for this great workout!🙏🌈💐🙋🏻♀️🇮🇱
Thank you, Ofra and yes, I truly hope peace will come to Ukraine soon.
I totally agree Ofra.
Yes, thank you. Learning to work through my tinnitus doing the mindfulness and relaxing.
That's great!
Thank you and loved the classical music at the end. The "bell" sound is helpful too as it lets me shut my eyes and relax in the knowledge that i won't miss anything.
Thank you for the feedback about the music and the bell...it's always helpful knowing what viewers like. Thanks Jane!
We only got in one again today, but I think it was a pretty good choice. We hadn’t done this one in quite a while!
I love that mindfulness stuff at the end! Thank you for the entire workout though. No one does it better than you!
You are so kind, Monty. Thank you for bringing a smile to my face once again:)
Sometimes I just need this kind of workout. No weights just movement .Thank you.
Thanks Frances:)
I enjoy this workout. I don’t know how I previously missed Jennifer’s relaxation after the end. It was very calming. Thanks Jules-Claudia
So glad that you enjoyed it, Claudia. I love mindfulness (when I take the time to do it!).

Perfect, thank you for that feedback:)
I liked the tones in between the stretches! Then at the end a wonderful meditation. Thank you

Hello I did this today found difficult to balance but enjoyed it. Is it ok to do this if you have foot drop symptoms?
Hi, I don’t have enough knowledge about foot drops to be able to answer that. It would be best to talk with a specialist in that domain.
Is there a way of putting these in order, so I can exercise 1-
With these all-in-ones, there really is no order. They are all a little bit different but you can choose one to do every second day.
