Did 3 of your workouts this morning! This one was incredible. I also did another 40 minute HIIT and a 24 minute Tabata. Amazing!!! Was dripping! OMG ! I just finished this challenge for the second time, what an amazing journey!! I never thought burpees would become one of my fav exercises haha, I used to panic whenever I see burpees , now I really enjoy doing them. I'm still struggling a bit with push ups tbh but I won't give up . thank you so much Anna for this amazing challenge. I'm gonna do the hit it harder challenge next.
