    It's day 28, the final day of the GROW HIIT JANUARY CHALLENGE! High Five TEAM ✋ To finish the challenge, enjoy this 30 minutes of stretching to relax and recover - I bet your bodies will be SO thankful for a rest day. Please don't be sad that the challenge has come to an end, I have something exciting planned for February... you didn't really think we would stop crushing workouts together, did you?? 😜

    I came into this 28 day regime a few days late and have been very naughty and missed the recovery day stretches to catch up! Here in the UK we are still in lockdown and all gyms are closed. The weather has been terrible too for going outside to train. I found your videos by chance, and they have really helped me mentally as well as physically in these crazy times. I am a 63 year old grandparent and every morning I get up and do a session and they are all sweaty! Some exercises I perhaps only did for 40 seconds- Burpees with Tuck jumps are for youngsters. But I tried to give it 100%. Most evenings I also do a 12 minute Tabata that I actually enjoy as I know it will all be over in a short time! You have been an inspiration for me over this past month and as far as I am concerned you are the very best and far better than anyone in the UK. I hope you will continue to post more new and challenging Hiit sessions for a very long time. Thank you!

    I do a lot of strengh and cardio training and stretching out is so beneficial for the body. This is one of the best full body stretches I have ever done. I will certainly do it again. Thank you! Happy Sunday😊

    What a beautiful month, i’ve never follow such a great and long workout challenge in my entire life. Now i know i can do it. By your hard work , your simplicity and your encouragement, you just made our life so better in such different ways.     I did two rounds of this 28-day exercise. Lost 10% of body weight and in much better place mentally too. Also regained some sense of sanity in this endless lockdown. Thanks Anna.

    Loved this session. Feeling relaxed and loved The Whole Challenge too . Plus I have lost 5 kgs in this 28 days challenge and looking fitter stronger and toned too and thank you so much Anna . Looking forward fr your next coming up challenge . Plus will start frm Monday your February workouts which you hv uploaded. Plus thnxs to u people r finally saying I'm fit

    Thats it, I did every single day and u cant imagine how amazing I felt after last exercises today. I gained a lot of strengt and lost about 1 kilogramm pure fat. Cant wait for more, still want to lose about 4 kilogramms and try to gain more muscles. I‘ll see u soon in upcoming videos. I could also imagine to do it again, it was perfect for myself. Anna, thanks a lot. You can really be proud of yourself

    I love Anna's stretching videos because so many people on RUclips are so far beyond my flexibility level that I feel I can't do it right but Anna does stretches that are more accessible for my body and I appreciate it so much 🙏✨
