    Man! This was Squat Day 🥵 But I did it. Took a pause or two, but I stayed till the end. Girl you tricked people to come here by saying no jumping and made them do squats for 25 mins😂. Awesome 😅❤

    I think I sweat more than during any hiit workout 🥵 but it's a great one
    The only thing to be cautious about is that it's quite heavy on the knees

    I notice that since i'm doing these exersizes i'm noticing the effect throughout the day.
    During the day i've become better able to jump down to pick something up from the floor or carry heavy objects.

    Thanks so much for this video. I'm 60 years old and just getting back into regular exercise after several months, and doing this routine every other day is helping so much to build back my strength and endurance.

    Hey Anna! I'm not a beginner but that was excellent as an early morning workout. I really appreciate all of your low-impact workouts - they come handy when I don't have the right shoes on, or when somebody is sleeping nearby, or when I am just not fully awake yet. Thank you!

    I love this workout! I've tried my best to stay consistent, but i was in a car for three days and wasn't able to do it. Even though I'm not able to everyday, it has helped me with consistency and loving myself. Your workouts are so amazing and is really changing my life! Thank you!

    I’m so thrilled with this all standing routine! It works well with my tweaked back (I tweek it a lot … maybe it never heals) Either all on the mat or all standing work best for my back at the moment (rather than up, down, up, down) so this was an excellent workout for me! Thanks Anna. I’ve enjoyed these two weeks of 20-25 minute routines! ❤❤❤

    Surprisingly, it turned out to be one of the most challenging workouts of the series, had to pause quite often to keep my heart rate out of the red zone🥵

    Insane!!! I loved it! Any advise on controlling my breath? Wanted to apply diafragma breathing but just could not split my brain to do both. I am learning to control my breath during exercise, it’s out of control these days.

    Uff pre-period struggle 😅 wanted to move today, but man I have 0 energy. Still went through it, but sadly skipped some exercises because I couldn't get myself to muster the energy up 😕 hopefully tomorrow I can push like normal days, for now I will do a good stretching routine in the late afternoon 💪

    Anna I like that you didn't try to deceive us with no repeats because I had to squat multiple times. But all the exercises were 40 sec long instead of the last half being 30 sec long 'cause I'm sore after the first half and this is one of the back to basics exercises.
    The pop music is great though especially the EDM Dreams in colour. It makes me focus on the exercises because there are no distracting lyrics

    Great workout! And I got a great sweat going! One observation. This says full body workout. This is all legs all day long. Got to get some upper body and abs in there too 😊
