      I was about to write the exact same thing ! Lile really, it's the BEST abs wo you created so far. I loved the fact you did "rounds" with super coherent exercises but also quite challenging 🔥🔥

    Just wanna leave a little thank you for being my favorite fitness influencer on youtube! I found you through your shorts and they inspired me to start organizing my days better. I'm a new mom and have dealt with a lot of body image issues since giving birth. I only manage to work out once or twice a week but it's been a huge confidence boost and I would not be doing it without the inspiration from your channel.     Those side plank holds made me shake SO MUCH! But that was still an amazing workout! I dont know what i would’ve done without ur workout vids❤️‍🔥

    More Core/Abs. Perfect since I had disc surgery last year. Am still replacing Cobras with pushups because I want to avoid retroflections. There is another „25 min abs of steel/core stability“ workout that‘s perfect for me. Thank you Anna!!!!

    Omg I just double checked I didn’t realize u had non HIIT workout options I’m so glad because , well idk why but I can’t breathe and my chest hurts when I do those, I don’t think it’s all from being out of shape

    Hi Anna it's great to see a new abs workout 🔥🔥
    Also could you do a 5 min warm up routine please? (Like I know that you include it in most of your workouts but it would be great for separate video too for times when you feel like doing abs or something) the thing is that I'm going skiing in a few weeks and because it's intense cardio I'd like to start my ski-week mornings with some short strength workouts and I need a (perhaps full body) warm up routine.
