Hi Anna! I was wondering if you could give me some advice! I’m having such a hard time losing fat in my belly area I’m losing it everywhere else and gaining muscle but my stomach. I have been working out now for a little over 2 years and I’m disappointed… I know it’s not over night but iv been following your app and it really works! I've been complaining about not being sore from working out my abs, but this one definitely changed that. My first go made me so sore for two days and I didn't even finish the video! I'm getting better though!

first time actually doing a workout mainly focused on abs, and man this was a nice challenge. i've done some of the other workout videos as well, and modify any moves if necessary to match my personal amount of intensity my body can handle. i love these workouts so so much, its improving my technique and they've kept me motivated to make time for keeping my body healthy while balancing school and work. thank u, anna :)

Hi Anna! I absolutely loved this workout! But would you happen to have any advice on how to do side leg raises, pulses and side crunches? I know it sounds like a silly question but I have always struggled with them because it feels like such an awkward position and I end up just hurting the bone on my side (i think my hip bone). Usually I feel some burn in my obliques but I don't think I am doing it properly. Would you happen to have any advice or possibly make a short explaining it? Absolutely no pressure! I REALLY LOVED THE finisher. Really did feel the burn! Everyone who got to the end you can be so proud of yourself. Everyone who struggled : you ll do better next time. Moves like hollow hold can take long to get better at but keep trying ....
