    I ve been doing work out for my arms in the last 3 months with little result. I switch to this channel. This is the real deal. At the half time, I had to alter the weight and with the help of the music , I made it to the end.
    subscribed and will continue to do the work out. Thank you Anna, you are stunning.

    Finished my gym session with this one today.... Perfect timing! And WOW. Shoulders ARE DEAD 💀😂 Had to use super light weights at the end, lol. Struggling with the push-ups but just gotta keep working on them, hopefully I'll reach your level one day! 😍 Thank you Anna!! 🙏🏽

    It's been a while since I did this workout. I started with 15lbs and quickly had to go down to 12lbs. I almost thought of going to 10s. 😆 this is a non stop burner🏋‍♀️💪🔥

    I do this after a 10 minut ab video and my upper body is PUMPED afterwords. So awesome!!! After doing these videos alongside Pamela Reif and Getfitbyivana I have finally made my own booty program and it's amazing!!!! These videos are wonderful. They're all you need if you aren't looking to be super jacked.

    So great!! I wanted a short workout that I could do on a balance board before re-chaining myself to my computer for work- this arms series was amazing!! I also feel better seeing that you aren't 'phoning it in'-- you genuinely are working yourself, which is inspiring. Love your channel and your thoughtful, supportive approach!!

      I actually do this workout before my cardio! It’s really a challenge to complete and I can hardly lift my arms when I complete it. Then I’m of to the park for a power walk!

    Can't wait to try this tomorrow morning! I was going to use heavy weights, but I just read the description. I'll stick to lighter weights for this one. Especially for the non stop burner part. It has me scared 😱 😨 😳 😆

    Yayyy I'll start this today!!!
    Gonna keep myself accountable
    Day 1: I'd say I did pretty well
    Lateral raises were super hard for me tho and the push ups 😭
    Day 2: I did pretty well
    I thought it would be crazy hard today but it was doable I feel greattt
    Lateral raises were a bit better today
    Just a bit hahaha
    Day 3: it was a bit more harder to do today
    I've gotten so much more better at lateral raises!! They still kill tho hahaa
    I feel greatttt :))
    Day 4 : I can feel myself getting strongerrrr
    I can actually do those lateral raises all the wayyyy
    I'm so excited to be stronger and see my progresssss!!
    I love doing this workout smmm!!!

      Hi! Can men also do Anna's workouts? I am a man, my girl friend has been doing Anna's workouts for many years! Last weekend she asked me to fetch 2 sacks of soil from her car to put in the garden. I could not even move one sack! She came over and lifted both sacks in one arm and carried to the garden!! I feel really low and defeated

    I work 4 ten hour days and walk during both breaks & on lunch break..so these 10-20 strength training workouts are just what I needed to add to my mornings before heading into work. Then I do the longer workouts on days off. Love Anna’s workouts 🩵
