Thanks to the bad weather (it's been raining quite a lot lately, but I'm happy because here in Italy it was extremely hot), I've being able to finish a combo of your two videos: this one and an old video 20 minutes booty+abs! So happy!! 😁🥳
@@adtjtjdjsj maybe get you mind up, 5kgs for a "beginner" its more than okay, and more if that person never exercised before. not everybody have a lot of time to go to the gym and lift for 2 hours.
Hi thanks for your workouts. I have been training for a year now and I always wanted defined lean arms. But sadly my shoulders and arms have grown a lot hence muscles. They are defined but I don’t like that they are big. What shall I do to reduce my shoulders and arms?
Oh dear I do these classes and it's only now I've connected these workout videos with the healthy food shorts 🤦🏼♀️ sometimes I wonder should I be worried 😅
