Hello everyone! Your favourite workout youtuber is back! 🎉😂 with another routine! I bet many people out there have similiar concern such wanted to reduce their side fat or love handles! This 10 min routine mainly focus to on that AREA! My suggestion if you want to see fast results, do this everyday! Its just 10min! ❤ and for 2 weeks let me know your results! As usual! I've been following mizi from 2 months.. I do 4 workout video which sums up to 60 mins. And yess i can say that i get so much relief and satisfaction as i feel much lighter.. My body is toned and i lost 2.5 kgs which is insane never got this type of result.. I do include evening walk daily which is about 5k to 7k steps.. As a student my schedule is improved my body is improved and my health is improved.. The stretches helped me reduce my menstrual pain so all thanks to mizi♥♥ lots of love from india

Day 02 of the August workout plan : Done ✅✅ Yeay!! Now I don't feel those 20 minutes at all ( earlier i used to die telling that workouts are too long😂😂) Anyway thank you Mizi❤❤

I loveee your workout I do this for like only 4,5 days with your back fat exercise and armpit exercise and I can see a difference in just 4,5 days this is amazing I try a lot of workout before non of them work and I'm so happy I found the right one 😊❤
