I'm doing this 20-30 minutes after my breakfast, because when i woke up i just meditate and do a 10 minute walk, then make myself a breakfast, rest for about 30 minutes and just eat, then have this amazing light morning stretching and i like it so much, it's just perfect! Thank you, Mrs!
im not kidding, this routine SAVED my knees!! i had a bad knee injury from being a nanny who pulls kids around a city all day in a wagon. it would constantly crackle, especially on stairs. and it hurt constantly. started doing this around a month ago and i just noticed today how much less crackling there is. and no pain!! thank you so much!

Recently, I've won a battle with depression and I'm working on fighting anxiety and learning to live with autism, and sometimes, when I'm having a bad day, I follow your exercise to help clear my mind and relieve my stress, and it makes me feel good physically, too. I started college a few weeks ago, and I plan to do this every morning. Also, I think this exercise will help improve my attention span when I'm at college. This is by far my favorite morning stretch routine. I’ve been doing it about 3 times a week for a month or so. It definitely wakes me up, making me feel refreshed and ready to go but calm.
Day 4 of doing this routine in the morning and I feel fantastic. Combined with a focus on nutritional eating and movement throughout the day, I have dropped a little weight, feel so much more energized and noticed a mood improvement. THANK YOU!!!

Great! I was looking for something like this and it gently but effectively woke up my body and soul. One suggestion to all new-comers to pilates like myself: first, watch the whole video w/o following along, so you know what's happening and then slow it down to .75 or even .5 and do the excersises. MUCH better! ❤❤❤
just tried this routine once and I realize how bad my flexibility is but wow the stretches feel really good on my back! the routine is simple enough that I don't feel like I'm overdoing it. I'm gonna try to do this every morning now, thank you for this.
I started this routine 3 days ago and I really feel good doing it. It stretches your body without feeling pain after the exercises. I will keep doing it and will post my feedback on more 2 weeks
ive been this morning routine for two months now and my body has improved a lot. no more stiffness when i stretch on the sides and it warms me up in the morning for a little sweat. this is so simple yet so effective. i have been recommending this to friends and so far they havent tried it yet. but i can attest to how great this morning stretch is.

Hi! I have found your video and channel two days ago, and started to do this since then. I have been suffering from severe lower back pain every morning since January of this year. I am 40yrs old male, and was into sports back then. I am so worried that I might have some problem with my kidneys and planning to go to the doctor by Tuesday. But as I have said earlier, since I have been doing this stretch exercise for 2 days now, my body kinda response to it POSITIVELY. I also started eating greeny vegetables with no salt or any sugary drinks. You don't know how happy I am to you. I hope I will be okay soon. Thank you again..

Genuinely thankyou i love workouts but simple and fun exercises ..i was hesitant to try pilates i gave it a go i loved my first session i really felt good...this is so simple to follow along...i will try to do pilates every morning after this
