You undermine your craft with ads placed right in the middle of a particular move. Maybe consider shifting them to the start/end of the video or if you must, during the breaks or before/after a move. Now, just as I'm getting into the flow and feeling the burn whilst in a plank, an ad pops up, I have to get up, skip it and resume the exercise with 21 seconds to go but alas, the moment has passed and the burn - gone.
im going to do this workout about 1 month (december) 1 day - ✅️ rlly hard 2 -❌️ just stretching 3-✅️ was a bit easier 4-❌️ 5-✅️ 6-✅️ 7- ✅️ the body became thinner... the legs thinner, the stomach flatter

you can do the exercise during commercials 🌝 then the burning will not go away
@minnuesdo that would be possible but I've gotten 10 minute ads before that have to be skipped and this, would inevitably erase the burn...
