    My new favorite workout. For the first time, I felt my mind and body were in the same mindset as I stretched. I actually felt the burn following instructions given in the voiceover. It was so calming, and I think I achieved proper form (finally). Thanks so much! I'm looking forward to more videos with a voiceover!

    this is amazing!!! i struggle a little bit with coordination and in particular keeping my core engaged for other movements but please make more videos like this with verbal cues and the focus on breathing!!!

    I liked a lot your videos with music, but I didn't know I needed one with voice, It really helped me to clear out some things like the breathing and other specific moves. I really enjoy your videos, with or without music

    This workout was honestly so lovely. I didin't even have any mental energy to do anything, especially since I knew the "beginner workouts" are usally quite hard. But this workout felt so gentle, with the verbal cues and the calm music.. and I actually ended up finishing good. Thank you!

    Doing this workout for 1 month to see results!!
    Day 1:felt really great after + increased protein and healthy fats!❤
    SORRY I HAVE NOT UPDATED YOU ALL SO I WILL NOW!
    Day 2: was a little tired because of football practise but only completed 8 mins.

    I really love your videos and this new way doing it with voice instructions of every move. It’s great idea I actually feel like maybe if you would do two versions of each of your workout videos, one with voice guiding and another one without, and then people can choose what they feel and what they need to learn the moves. One can use your voice guided video, and then, when you already know them, you can watch the version without with just the music in the background that will be amazing help for all of us I believe . Thank you so much keep up your amazing❤

    Normally I don’t like doing pilates since the movement are so hard but like the movements in the video were much easier to do and more comfortable 😭 I also enjoyed it alot since they was no pressure and just calming music Thank you sm 💗💗

    as an eleven year old whose had a sudden change of heart, choosing to be active/have a healthier mindset instead of sitting back on the couch all day stuffing my face with food. this workout is amazing. I used to do 30 minute Pilates, ( since new years ) but, instead I do 2 ten minute Pilates workouts a day ( + ankle weights ) and the progress is obvious! I now have even more visible Abbs, my legs don’t hurt when I mow the lawn 😂 I definitely recommended doing these workouts to everybody looking for a way to benefit your physical and mental mindest 😊

      @addy5414 almost immediately! I’m on day 16 right now, and my AB’s are on fire! I must say though, legs are very slow to grow muscle! keep going!

    These workouts are really nice and calming, I use these every morning before breakfast and they really help with getting me started with the day and waking me up. They also tone your abs very slightly!

    NOTE!
    I like that after each workout you started doing stretching, which helps not only keep your muscles toned but also relax them! I would also like a video with training and just stretching, because on the channel there are a lot of videos with exercises for toning muscles, but I would also like to relax and restore muscles.     Doing this everyday for a month and recording my results (because so many people were asking)
    Day 1: I started at 6:20am, my neck hurts because of the way I was looking and my abs felt tight, so far no improvement. I did another workout today and it was the hourglass Pilates workout that gave me extreme muscle discomfort.
    Day2: it's 5:25am and I've done another workout. My head and muscles feel sore and delicate.
    Day 3: 6:10am and I feel body soreness but and no abs YET.
    Day:4 no change
    Day:5 my muscles stopped hurting
    Day:6 the stretch felt so nice
    Day:7 no change still waking up early to exercise..
    Day:8 I haven't filled anything in for a while since I have found no physical or mental change yet but I'm gonna persevere!

    I imagine it must be a lot more work to record voice in your videos, but I would love it if you could do it more often, even if it was just small comments with breathing and posture aids. It helps a lot more to concentrate, and the exercise is more enjoyable. In any case, thank you very much for your videos! You are great

    My 1 week journey! (Hopefully I'll do longer)
    My info: I hate working out, I'm about 135 lbs, 5'5 but I do yoga in my spare time.
    Day 1: I did the workout but felt it wasn't enough so I added my ankle and wrist weights and a sweat waist trainer. That time it was definitely harder. So, I did the workout twice, once without weights, and one with 0.5 lb weights on my wrists and 1lb weights on my ankles!
    Day 2: I did only one rep with my weights because I have an appointment later for yoga. It was definitely hard today but it felt good to get it done!
    Day 3: It was honestly so much harder today but the burn was good. The first part is always a struggle but the time goes pretty fast! Again, I did the workout with my weights 🙂
    Day 4: Definitely easier than yesterday, but the back of my thigh is very sore. I don't notice any difference in my body just yet!
    Day 5: I did it pretty quickly, it wasn't too hard today 🙂
    I skipped a few days because I had gotten my period and I was unmotivated, but I'm back 😌
