tried to do this with multiple chronic illnesses and really appreciate how short they are!! was a figure skater and football player before getting sick so its really nice to have more exercises to do that don't completely take me out

I started doing this yesterday for 14 days!
Day 1 - ✅I found some of the exercises pretty hard but I wasn't going to give up just like that!
Day 2 - ✅ I did them more easily but still feel the burn, I'm happy I started though!
Day 3 - ✅ Apart from that I went to volleyball practice in the morning for almost 2 hours and then walked to school instead of taking the bus, I think I'm doing better!
Day 4 - ✅I am a bit sore from all I did yesterday but it was still fun and I feel like it's getting easier every day!
Day 5 - ✅ I went to volleyball practice in the morning and after I got home I did this cuz I still had energy i had fun doing it and I think I'm seeing some results not a lot though
Day 6 - ✅ Today I'm having more of a rest day but of course I couldn't skip! keeps getting easier, I'm loving it!
Day 7 - ✅ did it in the morning to feel better
Day 8 - ✅ I think I have some problem with my leg so I didn't do the exercises fully, I hope I'm better tomorrow
Day 9 - ❌ I couldn't do it because my foot really hurt, but I went to the doctor's today turns out it's nothing serious and the pain is almost gone

Walking for 30 mins everyday also helps a lot and these are very effective you don’t know how much people you’re making feel confident in them selves again

@ Yes, over the time. My thighs aren’t that big, just a little at the top, so results may vary, but I have seen the fat in my thighs get slimmer. I also walk so that has made my legs stronger, so that also helps :)

i'm 15 and i have kind of skinny thighs but it really bugs me how they touch slightly at the top. about 10 cm from the top of my legs are touching if that makes sense. anyways i'm doing this as well as the full body hourglass pilates (by Lidia Mera too). ill probably only do these once a day but ill let you know if i do it more than once. Good luck to anyone else doing this!!
day 1= ✅some of the exercises hurt and i ached after. i made sure to stretch so that i didn't ache tomorrow. no progress yet as its only day one 😭

day two :: ✅ my legs were hurting from the day before, and it was a little easier to do
day three :: ✅ i got used to the exercises, can kind of feel results
I added this to the end of another longer workout, and it was the perfect finisher

Up to 18 weeks now and i still cant explane why it is more effective than when i lift heavy weight at the gym and im not toned like like, look like my body kinda swell at that time

@ no i just make sure im not overeat or keep consum cake and sweet but if im crave for it i still eat to make me happy. So dont stress bout it. But make sure you do this wk everyday at first to see quick result. Girl it only took you 5min just so easy. I also do any of her full body pilates to have visible musle in my inner thigh, calves, back and defined waist. Keep doing this then everyone will notice the difference just like me. I eat 2 main meal with meat and rice as usual. Now im on week 19 now and still do this wk for 3 time per week because my thigh really slim now

Занимаюсь по твоим тренировкам уже 2,5 месяца. Для меня это лучшие тренировки не такие супер сложные, но после тренировки становишься мокрым. Думаю если продолжать заниматься будет очень хороший результат. Вообще кто не любит прыгать на кардио тренировках, пилатес это самые лучшие для вас тренировки🎉❤

I’ve lost about 1-2 kgs while not being on a calorie deficit but I have done other exercises so that has also helped.

okay I will try to do it daily, my goal is to lose weight in general but especially in the legs as it is my biggest insecurity, I will put all my progress and day by day in case you can help:
day 1: today I had an hour and a half of sport at school and we have run 600m, I have also done an hour of contemporary class and once of this workout, for lunch I had half an apple for breakfast, I ate two pieces of fish with a salad.
I know this just dropped like a day ago , but i just want to say thank you very much !!!

day 1: ✅ I kinda made the exercises easier but it still was a bit exhausting 🥹
day 2: ✅ did this early (still easier, I am not that close to legs) It hurts 😭 when I am doing it but after everything’s great
day 3: ❌ Sadly I had school ending ceremony, then went out with friend and spent some time with family. Didint want to do it at like 1am😢
day 4: ✅ did with smaller breaks
day 5: ❌just started and got sick 😢 I were awake for like 7/6 hours and everything hurt so I couldn’t do it even if I really wanted to
day 6: ✅ even tho sickness I want to start my weekly daily streak✨It was better, I took medicine
day 7: ✅ still sick but fighting haha
day 8: ✅ sick but better

I really liked this routine, today I will accompany it with another one that is from Lena show, and I will probably continue doing it in the coming days

june 20 - ✅walked 3 miles on incline
june 21 - ✅walked 4 miles, 1/2 on incline - did anyone listen to gracies new album??? i loved it sm
june 22 - ✅ walked 4 miles, no incline - didn't want to do it bc i fell down the stairs but i decided to at the last min
june 23 - ✅ walked around 5 miles, no incline
june 24 - ✅ walked 5 miles, no incline
june 25 - ✅ just walked 4 miles today - idk im not really seeing a slight difference, maybe im doing something wrong?

chat its way too hot in my house to continue this rn (stopped on 7/2) :( i paired this workout with other leg ones (the wall routine on gloria song's channel) and i am noticing an improvement! i highly recommend the "slim thighs in 5 minute routine" by gloria, it was wonderful, but i do think that both workouts helped me.

After doing this for a week I can start to see a small change on my thighs but I need to warn you I ´m also very sporty and I’m also going to the gym so I dont really know if the results are coming from de video or not anyways I’ll still continue to see + it’s some great streaching for days I run.

Day 4 : i did it, but didnt see much of a change most prob bc of eating junkfood, ill be following a diet from now.

day 5 - ✅ no dance today so i did two videos. seeing and feeling a little difference but not a lot
day 6 - ❌ took a rest day cause i was super tired
day 7 - ❌ was not home all day until 11 pm so i did not do it but will restart tmr
day 8 - ✅ not really feeling anything anymore and not seeing a difference
i moved on to doing a chloe ting one instead and found that works better
