    tried to do this with multiple chronic illnesses and really appreciate how short they are!! was a figure skater and football player before getting sick so its really nice to have more exercises to do that don't completely take me out

    I started doing this yesterday for 14 days!
    Day 1 - ✅I found some of the exercises pretty hard but I wasn't going to give up just like that!
    Day 2 - ✅ I did them more easily but still feel the burn, I'm happy I started though!
    Day 3 - ✅ Apart from that I went to volleyball practice in the morning for almost 2 hours and then walked to school instead of taking the bus, I think I'm doing better!
    Day 4 - ✅I am a bit sore from all I did yesterday but it was still fun and I feel like it's getting easier every day!
    Day 5 - ✅ I went to volleyball practice in the morning and after I got home I did this cuz I still had energy i had fun doing it and I think I'm seeing some results not a lot though
    Day 6 - ✅ Today I'm having more of a rest day but of course I couldn't skip! keeps getting easier, I'm loving it!
    Day 7 - ✅ did it in the morning to feel better
    Day 8 - ✅ I think I have some problem with my leg so I didn't do the exercises fully, I hope I'm better tomorrow
    Day 9 - ❌ I couldn't do it because my foot really hurt, but I went to the doctor's today turns out it's nothing serious and the pain is almost gone
    Day 10 - ✅
    Day 11 - ✅
    Day 12 - ✅ forgot to update!
    Day 13 - ✅
    Day 14 -

    Walking for 30 mins everyday also helps a lot and these are very effective you don’t know how much people you’re making feel confident in them selves again

      Are your legs slimmer or did you build muscle? I just want to get rid of fat primarily and build alittle muscle if you get what i mean. Pls answer. :)

      @ Yes, over the time. My thighs aren’t that big, just a little at the top, so results may vary, but I have seen the fat in my thighs get slimmer. I also walk so that has made my legs stronger, so that also helps :)

    doing this for 14 days and i will update u everyday!!!!
    i'm 15 and i have kind of skinny thighs but it really bugs me how they touch slightly at the top. about 10 cm from the top of my legs are touching if that makes sense. anyways i'm doing this as well as the full body hourglass pilates (by Lidia Mera too). ill probably only do these once a day but ill let you know if i do it more than once. Good luck to anyone else doing this!!
    day 1= ✅some of the exercises hurt and i ached after. i made sure to stretch so that i didn't ache tomorrow. no progress yet as its only day one 😭
    day 2= ✅ was so much more difficult today for some reason. no progress still
    day 3= ✅wasnt planning on doing today but im so glad i did. quite difficult but defo getting easier. still no progress

    doing this for a week!!
    day one :: ✅ it wasn’t too hard to do, but it definitely burned and my legs were hurting after.
    day two :: ✅ my legs were hurting from the day before, and it was a little easier to do
    day three :: ✅ i got used to the exercises, can kind of feel results

      @ no i just make sure im not overeat or keep consum cake and sweet but if im crave for it i still eat to make me happy. So dont stress bout it. But make sure you do this wk everyday at first to see quick result. Girl it only took you 5min just so easy. I also do any of her full body pilates to have visible musle in my inner thigh, calves, back and defined waist. Keep doing this then everyone will notice the difference just like me. I eat 2 main meal with meat and rice as usual. Now im on week 19 now and still do this wk for 3 time per week because my thigh really slim now

    Занимаюсь по твоим тренировкам уже 2,5 месяца. Для меня это лучшие тренировки не такие супер сложные, но после тренировки становишься мокрым. Думаю если продолжать заниматься будет очень хороший результат. Вообще кто не любит прыгать на кардио тренировках, пилатес это самые лучшие для вас тренировки🎉❤

      I’ve lost about 1-2 kgs while not being on a calorie deficit but I have done other exercises so that has also helped.

    Day one:
    Calf:36cm/36cm
    Thigh:51cm/51cm
    It hurts quite a lot but it's not bad
    Day two:
    Calf:35cm/35cm
    Thigh:50,8cm/50,3cm
    It still burns but I have the impression that it burns a little less
    Day three:
    Calf: 35.9/36.2cm
    Thigh:50.9cm/49.7cm
    I have the impression that I burn less when I exercise
    Day Four:
    Calf:35,1cm/34,9cm
    Thigh:46.6cm/47.2cm
    When I do these exercises I still burn, but less
    Day five
    I didn't do it because I went to the clinic and it turned out that I had scabies.
    Day six:
    Calf:35.7cm/35.9cm
    Thigh:48.7/48.7cm
    Because I didn't do it for one day, it burned more and I gained weight in my calves.

    before (left- 54cm right- 53cm)
    day 1 ✅! BURNS SO MUCH, BUT I ATE THAT UP, feeling very confident for tomorrow!!
    day 2 ✅ was so much easier than yesterday!
    day 3 ✅ didn’t stop even one time! feeling really good!
    day 4 ✅ not seeing huge results yet but my thighs are definitely firmer!

    Thank you for posting this today, I generally hate long targeted workouts I shall do this after my shower.
    Day 1 - June 20, 2024: ✅ Walked 4 miles today and this quick work out was really nice!
    Day 2 - June 21, 2024: ✅ Walked 4.1 miles today and this never gets olds it’s so fast-paced!
    Day 3 - June 22, 2024: ✅ Walking 5 mile love this
    Day 4 - June 23, 2024: ✅ Walked 10 miles today it was better
    Day 5 - June 24, 2024: ✅ Walked 6 miles today and I think I'm starting to see results
    Day 6 - June 25, 2024: ⚠️ replace with her newest vid

    okay I will try to do it daily, my goal is to lose weight in general but especially in the legs as it is my biggest insecurity, I will put all my progress and day by day in case you can help:
    day 1: today I had an hour and a half of sport at school and we have run 600m, I have also done an hour of contemporary class and once of this workout, for lunch I had half an apple for breakfast, I ate two pieces of fish with a salad.

    Did the workout everyday for 2 weeks didn’t see much difference definitely felt the burn but I think I didn’t see a difference bcs I just don’t loose weight easy . That’s my honest results but Tysm anyway Lidia :)
    Guys it gets easier if you do it everyday
    Also I’ll be doing this until 20th day but I will still be doing the workout just not be keeping a record and then I’ll come back if i remember to tell y’all whether I got a thigh gap or not :) !
    Update 2 months later I now have a new workout routine but haven’t gotten a thigh gap even after doing this workout for a bit more time after the 15 days of recording .

    day 1: ✅ I kinda made the exercises easier but it still was a bit exhausting 🥹
    day 2: ✅ did this early (still easier, I am not that close to legs) It hurts 😭 when I am doing it but after everything’s great
    day 3: ❌ Sadly I had school ending ceremony, then went out with friend and spent some time with family. Didint want to do it at like 1am😢
    day 4: ✅ did with smaller breaks
    day 5: ❌just started and got sick 😢 I were awake for like 7/6 hours and everything hurt so I couldn’t do it even if I really wanted to
    day 6: ✅ even tho sickness I want to start my weekly daily streak✨It was better, I took medicine
    day 7: ✅ still sick but fighting haha

    june 20 - ✅walked 3 miles on incline
    june 21 - ✅walked 4 miles, 1/2 on incline - did anyone listen to gracies new album??? i loved it sm
    june 22 - ✅ walked 4 miles, no incline - didn't want to do it bc i fell down the stairs but i decided to at the last min

    chat its way too hot in my house to continue this rn (stopped on 7/2) :( i paired this workout with other leg ones (the wall routine on gloria song's channel) and i am noticing an improvement! i highly recommend the "slim thighs in 5 minute routine" by gloria, it was wonderful, but i do think that both workouts helped me.

    Day 3 : Done again ! I feel my legs are a bit stiff and it's still a bit sore maybe bc i got a cold or bc of this workout idk
    Day 4 : i did it, but didnt see much of a change most prob bc of eating junkfood, ill be following a diet from now.

    doing this along with another thigh workout and dance

    day 2 - ✅ only doing this one cause i had dance today
    day 3 - ✅ my legs still feel tired afterwards
    day 4 - ✅ starting to feel easier
    day 5 - ✅ no dance today so i did two videos. seeing and feeling a little difference but not a lot
    day 6 - ❌ took a rest day cause i was super tired
    day 7 - ❌ was not home all day until 11 pm so i did not do it but will restart tmr
    day 8 - ✅ not really feeling anything anymore and not seeing a difference
    i moved on to doing a chloe ting one instead and found that works better
