    Girls you need to do this workout for al least 4-5 weeks if you want to see the results (any workout really). I've read some comments where girls quit because in 2 weeks they didn't see any results... JUST KEEP WORKING OUT AND DON'T QUIT!!

      @@Daniiiriki I think it's your muscle strength and not weight that matters, I weigh 47 kg and the plank was killing me (but that's probs because of my weak ass arms :'))

    HEYYY I’m going to be doing this over the summer. Last year I wanted a summer glow up, but being so fr, I was lazy and skipped all the exercises I should have done. Now I’m going into high school so I’m actually going to try this time. Hoping for the best!
    Edit: I lost 11 pounds!!! Keep in mind I didn’t just do this, I went for runs on the weekend (around 45 minutes) and I didn’t really diet or anything I just had less of an appetite, and probably ate around 1400 calories a day!
    Before I was 194, and my height is 5’7
    I’m 183 now!! I’m really so happy because when I tell you I was unmotivated, I mean it, like it was a struggle to keep going! I’ve been doing it off an on these 3 months, and I forgot to update, but the weight has in fact stayed off! I’m gonna keep doing this and a different one to try and reach my goal of 160! To everyone else who wants to try it, go for it! It’s definitely hard, but it really will pay off! ❤️
    (I’ll update again next month, I’m going to do it again until my birthday in October)

    Hii!! I’m a 13 year old girl and I’ve been doing these workouts for 2 days now because I’m trying to get my dream body! I also have really fast metabolism so I’ve already been seeing results! Just finished this a workout and I can see the abs on my stomach, theyre faint but you can see them!! I’m super excited to do this more often to see how well my body gets!     Im going to do it for 2 months or longer!

    Hey! I’m going to be doing this workout until December! This summer I wanted a glow up, but I’m lazy, but this time I’m more motivated. I’m also going to run 2km everyday and doing 100 crunches on top of this and I unfortunately can’t update daily but at the end of this I will update.
    Stats:
    Height: 4’9😭
    Weight: about 108 lbs
    Goal: 95 lbs
    Waist: about 29 inches😭
    I’m not busy today so update 1! I’ve been doing this for two days now and I am not seeing major results but I have eaten some unhealthy food so that’s not really shocking. I have added another workout on top of this as well. For the remainder of this workout I’m going to start fasting for 1-2 days a week! I also have cheerleading so that helps with moving around. I’ve been eating 1 to 3 meals a day these past 2 days which is actually pretty good. I did over 200 crunches during this time period. I got new clothes that I’m going to really fit into after some time!

    Doing this for a full week morning and night as a 16 year old female! Also I don’t have a lot of stomach fat but I am chubby so everyone’s progress will be different!
    Sunday: ✅ Whatever I couldn’t do I a replace it with crunches. Saw a lil results the next morning
    Monday: ✅ RESULTS ARE RESULTINGGG THE NEXT MORNING
    Tuesday: ✅I could only do it in the morning cuz I have closing shift and I will be tired when I come home at like 11pm 😭
    Update: I ended up doing it at night anyways
    Wednesday: ✅ Loved what I was seeing the next morning but tell me why when I decided to do a morning workout I gained weight 💀 and like I didn’t drink nothing or ate anything yet cuz I don’t usually eat in the mornings 😭 I did not like that one bitttt
    Thursday: ✅ did my morning workout just now with also a daisy keech hourglass abs workout now we wait till my night workout and see the results tmrw morning!!
    Oh! I also realized I can really feel my ribs now like u know how u can still feel some fat when tryna touch ur ribs? Well I can still feel fat and stuff but I could also really feel the ribs without trying to dig deep to feel it!! I’m so happy
    Friday: Did the workout only at night and here are some things I’ve noticed!
    I don’t eat a lot anymore!! Like it’s not as if I’m forcing myself not to eat I genuinely just can’t like after a few bites I’m just so full!! Anything is I haven’t lost a lot of stomach fat as I expected so I might do this for maybe 14 days instead of 7 but like I’m starting to see more of an hourglass form! I still wanna eat cuz I’ve only ate once a day but I’m not starving so im gonna try drinking some lemon water to suppress the urge!

    I did this workout 2 days ago and throughout the whole workout i could’t feel any burning or anything so i thought it wouldn’t work… i still finished the workout but i couldn’t feel anything. The next day my whole stomach was very tight. I almost couldn’t move because i was so sore. I did this workout again today and i am definitely gonna continue with this workout and her other workouts

    I'll try to do this every day until the end of September or until I decide to switch to a different workout! 🌺
    🌺 01.08 - everything except for the planks was pretty easy, I could feel my abs working!
    🌺 02.08- felt almost the same as day one, the plank was a bit easier (aka my arms weren't shaking like crazy and I wasn't on the verge of tears xdd)
    🌺 03.08- done!
    🌺 04.08- did ittt!

    hice esta rutina por 7 días (desde el 10 al 17 de agosto) y tengo el abdomen más deshinchado !!
    normalmente me hincho por comer cualquier cosa, pero noté que ahora ya no tanto y eso que no fui estricta con mi alimentación.
    a partir de mañana haré otro vídeo de su canal para ir rotando y sumar más minutos.♡

    i i’ll do it for next 30 days, and i will tell u the result
    1 day:✅ it wasn’t very hard
    2 days:✅it was much easier
    3 day:✅so basically i still don’t see the result of this workout but i will update u on day 7,if it’s still gonna be no result i will switch the workout
    4 day:✅ i guess this time was kinda harder and i think i can see the result
    guys i forgot to update and it’s not rly working,i was doing it for 2 week and i didn’t saw the result

    Day1:✅️felt the burn,the exercise aint bad

    Day 1: ouchhh, I can barely complete rounds
    Day 2: Still ouch, but I’ll get there!
    Day 3: Completing the beginning slightly easier!
    Day 4: I’m getting better! Planks still kill me.
    Day 5: All is easy but the planks lol.

    Day 7: The last 3 are ouchie
    Day 8: I’ve accepted the last 3 as painful

    heyyy im going to be doing this everyday (or at least try to) as a 15 year old female, i have a strong core but not a flat stomach so my abs only show on good days 🥲 im doing this workout in hopes of bringing them out more. ask any questions ill try to answer!! and pls remind me to update 💗
    day one ✅: this burnt and activated my abs! hurt so good.its a good sign so excited to see results!! i’m also gonna do a one minute plank before i go to sleep, for more results.
    day two ❌: abs hurt so bad lol but i can already see results, they’re small but i can already see them getting. jogger as time passes. i did a few crunches and a one minute plank before i went to bed to kinda make up for it ig? but i’ll do one tomorrow for sure.
    day three ✅: this actually felt a lot easier, and hurt almost just as much lol but i’ll be fine. so worth it!!

    Hey I’m doing this for two weeks!
    (I also eat junk food once in a while so that might affect results!)
    Day one- ouchhhhh but i think i can do it!
    Day two!- it’s getting easier and im seeing little progress!
    Day three! - first excersises are getting easier but my stomach still hurts
    _ so it’s been about two weeks since I started, I haven’t been uptade g because I was just doing the workouts from memory, but i am definitely seeing a heap of progress and my stomach muscles are so much stronger. I’ll try to update everyday!
    Day 14: dose t hurt as much but I feel my stomach tighten, seeing progress!
    Heyy so from now on illl only uptade every couple days so here’s todays update!
    Day ?- definitely seeing some progress and also feeling it to! Can run better and now I’m feeling less sore when I do sport!

      She says she only really works out once a week for recording and she doesn’t have any specific routine. She does walk a lot tho with her dog.

      you need to eat healthy and do full body workouts. I would jog/run a mile a day and do a full body workout along with eating 3 meals a day all healthy. I guarantee you’ll have a great body and great abs/small waist.

    It has been like 2 weeks or less and I already see results! (nb: I'm already very athletic and already have a very good muscle mass so the results may not be that much fast for other people! Hope this helps )

      Holy crap! Okay so this is the perfect balance between intense and calm. Only day 1 finally finished i already feel better and slightly more content. I imagined what id wear when i got my dream waist and such and other things! Ima do day 2 tomorrow so goodluck guys! I’ll update!❤

    I really want to do this consistently after seeing all the other comments, I’m not fat but i am really unflexible so am working on that. The first few exercises i feel a bit in my core but mainly my neck really hurts. Any advice?

      Girl, I'm not a specialist either, but try to strecht a bit before starting those exercises! If the neck is hurting too much, maybe you're doing the exercise a bit wrong (again, I'm not a specialist, and I'm trying to get consistent in exercise myself too)

    עושה את זה במשך שבועיים ואם אצטרך אז יותר:
    יום 1 :כל כך שרף היו כמה תרגילים שהפסקתי באמצע מרוב כאבים
    יום 2: עדין שרף אבל הצלחתי לעשות יותר תרגילים מאתמול
    יום 3:פחות שרף אבל עדין היה קשה אני מרגישה קלילה יותר
    יום 4 מרגישה טוב עם עצמי אבל לא רואה שינוי בבטן
    יום 5:עשיתי את זה בשעה 11 בלילה והייתי ממש ממש עיפה אז עוד שניה נירדמתי באימון אבל אני חושבת שהיה לי יותר קל מאימון קודם ואני חושבת שאני מתחילה ליראות שהבטן יורדת לי ! יש לי עוד תשע יום אני ממש מחכה ליראות את התוצאה הסופיתתת
    יום 6:לאמר את האמת הרגשתי יותר קלילה

      Yes it definitely is possible if you have a clean diet and you do Pilates consistently.

    Nice video! It would be great though if you could announce or show on the screen what the exercises is. It's sometimes hard to tell. It could be nice to show tips to improve form as well. But it was still fun.
