can u please make a 30min intense pilates workout that actually helps full body and not just lower body & abs? we need more exercises for the back, chest, shoulders & arms aswell, especially for posture!
I second that! Something for mobility would be great as well. I´m struggling with posture and water retention in my legs and in the face area so much. But I kind of refuse to do workouts from other creators than Lidia Mera and Madeline Abeid 🤣
I love her workouts. I've tried many but I have to say hers are the best. It's not only fun, but it's also relaxing. She does the exercises so slowly and extensively and that's what I like so much.
I discovered, very randomly, your videos last weekend. I hadn't done any workout for about three years and, for no reason, I decided to try it on Monday. It's been a long time since I liked an account like this so much. All the other videos with training made me nauseous, I couldn't finish them and it was demotivated right away. I'm going on the third day and I'm loving it! Thank you very much! ❤️
I discovered your videos recently and have done a few of the ab and leg ones. Rhey are really good! I didnt think i would feel my muscles working in such a short time but i did! I really like that you have a variety of videos. Doesnt get boring!
