3 Things That Helped Me Achieve Wealth:
    1. I stopped telling myself, "I’ll do it tomorrow."
    2. I started watching videos by Leila and Alex Hormozi.
    3. I read a book called The Gilded Nexus of Prosperity

Focusing on Inputs reduces the anxiety of the achieving the goals. This is so good because it's so simple to understand.

Only thing I would add is that, for some of us, there's just more of an emotional problem underneath. So many of us are filled with depression, anger, rage, etc. that we try to intellectualize ourselves out of. We watch 100 of these videos, trying to learn all the tactics, and we wonder why sometimes these tactics don't work on ourselves. We wake up sad, and we get angry that we feel like our brain is broken but we can't solve it intellectually. So sometimes it's just about learning self-compassion, that if you don't feel motivated, it's ok. There's a difference between intellectually knowing "it's ok if I don't feel motivated" and really emotionally being there for yourself. Because the intellectual side often doesn't acknowledge the pain like your friend, or the intellectual side can just be another angry judge.
So sometimes it's just about allowing yourself to breathe, say how I feel is painful or uncomfortable and I'm going to be there for myself as a friend. Doesn't mean you don't do the work, but it makes the work lighter, and it distances your self worth from the actions and goals. It's really hard to hit goals when your emotional side feels like if you don't do it you're a worthless failure. We'd never tell a friend that, but we often tell ourselves that.

Your ability to teach on leadership is incredibly valuable. If Buffet considered your teaching as a business to invest in he'd say the intrinsic value is higher than the market cap 🤓

You explained wu-wei in a way that really sunk in for me on a new level. And I’m only at minute 3:37. I’m still going to keep commenting the more I get epiphanies from this video.
The problem really is (for me at least) that my brain wants to see certain results, but the results literally do not exist yet, so I have no choice but to focus on the inputs like you said. It’s so funny that I’ve heard this a million times before in books and pods and everything and just now for the first time I’m really understanding it.

I hate setting goals I find it stupid you'll just constrict yourself to something 90% of the time you said you'll do in the moment and realize you never wanted it, I feel when I know what I want and that actually makes me do something about instead

In high school I was the seond on my class and didn't have any intention to it I just studeis and however my grade in geography was 3/20 and I was so happy for it that I never cared about being the second on my class, I just thought it was stupid to study geography and it didn't deserve any attention or time, in politics it's good for me if you see me know the president of America, I just acted I knew biden was elected so that people from job don't say you don't listen to the news I hate these subjects 😂😂😂😂😂
