    : The number of calories burned during a 10 minute home workout can vary based on factors like your weight, intensity of exercises, and specific exercises performed. On average, a moderate- intensity workout may burn around 50 - 150 calories in 10 minutes.
    ★How many times per week can you workout?
    I recommend you do Three or Four times a week ( Ideal ).
    But, if you're time constraints, you can do twice a week:)

      @@Hitomi236their lying. There is no way you can get results in one day. That’s nearly impossible. The average amount of time it takes to see results is 2-5 weeks.

    going to do this as a 13yo cheerleader for however long and actually update!
    background info: i am pretty small for the most part and my height is 5’1 or 5’2 i believe. i do have loads of muscle in my thighs or as you could say quads from all the tumbling i do and the lifting of people as i’m a main base, but i am trying to lose the fat in them and make it only muscle there!!
    day 1: ✅ not too hard, felt the burn occasionally!!
    day 2: ✅ pretty easy! i noticed a tiny slight difference!!
    day 3: ✅ slightly sore which made it a little harder to do the exercises!
    diet: trying to eat healthier and drink more water! (almonds, lots of fruits and veggies, etc, and about a gallon of water a day!!)

    Starting todayy!!
    Upper thigh: 52cm. middle thigh: 47cm. Calves: 33cm.
    Day 1: Done! I Love this!! Not too hard, but not too easy either.
    Day 2: Done!
    Day 3: Done!
    Day 4: Done!
    Day 5: Done!
    Day 6: Done!
    Day 7: Didnt do today. Rest day
    Update: Im already seeing so much progress. Both of my thighs are about 1cm down!!!
    Day 8: Done !
    Day 9: Done!
    Day 10: Doneee!
    Day 11: Done!
    Day 12: I was so tired today so i did only the first couple exercises.
    Day 13: Done!!
    Day 14: Done!!!
    Two weeks done!!!! After two weeks my thighs are almost 2cm down!!! Im super happy with the result and will continue.

    Day 17: Done!!!!!

    Day 19: Donee!
    Day 20: Skipped today. I still did my other workouts
    Day 21: Done!
    THREE WEEKS!!!! I started doing jiny diets´s upper thigh workout abt 4 days ago and i has helped with my inner thigh fat so much. This workout has been toning my outer and lower thighs. My lower/middle thigh is now at 44cm and my upper thigh is at 50/51cm. I am so happy rn!!!
    Day 22: Done!!
    Day 23: Skipped today
    Day 24: Done!
    Almost a month done! I am really getting bored of this workout so i am going to find a new one.

    (I also jump rope everyday so i will say that as well) - I am also doing her waist workout (Please remind me if you can!)

    Okay so I feel like I have to update y'all. So, I stopped because of health issues and I didn't want to force myself. But I walked every day about 10k to 20k or even more steps and I drank about 2 to 3 litres of water every day. Since I started feeling better I will restart!     alr yall im doing this for a while. imma keep updating the results & how intense it was
    day 1: Was great ! it was a little bit intense but not too much since i do martial arts, i will update the next day and see if anything changed
    day 2: i have seen a little progress, my thighs have started to seem a bit slimmer but im not sure, ill update soon.

    I did this for 4days with your some videos.
    My lower thighs are little slimmed.
    When I keep my toes little wide I can see thigh gap which was earlier not possible for me.

    Heyy guys so im gonna try to do this exercise daily for the next week at least so i can tell u my progress bc i heard everyone says that her exercise are helping them so much,n every like would be a reminder for mee:)
    Day 1: feeling good n energetic n not really tired bc i already do some little workouts but let me just do this one for now lol
    Day 2: complete:)
    Day 3: complete :) still didn't see any changes
    - I forgot to let u guys know the results ,I didn't really see any changes but tbh I don't think this kind of workouts work for me ,if ure curious just try it cause it maybe will work for some of u .byy

    Day 1: done without any hindrances 😅
