      it's because not all songs are copyright free. if a youtuber uses a liscenced music they'll get a copyright strike that will ruin their channel. this is they have to use songs that are copyright free and they are usually bad or js not good to hear

    doing this for 1 week💗
    Day 1: I had no clue if I was doing the exercises right and I struggled to do the workout. ✅
    Day 2: I didn't notice a difference yet, but I woke up sore and then did the workout again.✅
    Day 3: I started to see a bit of a change in my thighs, the top of my thighs used to touch when I walk, now they don't.✅
    Day 4: The workout is a lot easier to do on day 4. I do this twice a day now and sometimes through in a different workout.✅
    Day 5: The workout was easy for me to do, and I notice a difference.✅
    Day 6: It burned a little bit for some reason, but I made it through.✅
    Day 7: It didn't burn at all, and I started doing other workouts, such as Roberta's gym ones to help see more of a difference in my legs.✅
    Day 8: I don't see much of a difference, it seems like I might have gained more weight since yesterday because of the food I ate, but I will try harder tomorrow. ✅

    Doing this until January 1st!
    Day 1:✅ easier than i expected, but still a little bit sore
    Day 2: ✅ woke up extremely sore, my legs hurt so much but finished the excercise
    Day 3: ✅ really easy to do, no visible weight reduction in my thighs
    Day 4: ✅getting really easy, i see a slight reduction in my thighs

      It depends since I do other excercises including this one, but I've lost about a kilogram or so. It also depends when you weigh it- what you're wearing, if you already used the bathroom, and other factors that can take account into this. I'd say if you do this excercise as a warm-up and more intense core workouts(I recommend the Le Serrafim workout--> i do that for a flat stomach and to build my abs)and stick to a healthy diet you could easily lose a few pounds each day. @@Felix_Brownie62​

      @@miubolg For breakfast I eat an apple/banana or like a bowl of fruit. For lunch I eat chicken and a salad dressing(can be whatever you want but I get the one with no dairy). And for dinner I just drink more water and if I'm still hungry I'll have salads, fruit, or chicken. *Make sure to drink water with every meal or between meals- try not to snack"

    Doing this workout for 2 weeks (plus 4 hour sports):
    Day 1:✅ • Didn’t really know what I was doing, but I felt the burn towards the end
    Day 2:✅ • Was a bit shaky, but did it without pausing. Can’t see a difference yet. Did it twice!!❤
    Day 3:✅ • Still not seeing a difference, but let’s keep going!! Did it twice!!💗💗
    Day 4:✅ • The burn wasn’t as intense as before. Let’s see tmrw!!
    Day 5:✅ • Saw a small change, not that much, but we’ll see in 9 more days!! Did it twice!!🤍🤍
    Day 6:❌ • Didn’t do it due to the fact I did one hour of sports today.
    Day 7:❌ • Started a new workout and am now tired. Will do it tmrw!!💗💗

    Doing this for 2 weeks or more ( 14 years 160 cm 60 kg ) ( i'm also doing a workout for the waist)
    Day 1 24/12/2023 : it was easier than i expected but i did sweat a bit . I love that she put motivation in the vid .
    Day 2: I was realy tired but i still did it 😊
    Day 3:it's much easier and i kind-of enjoyed it idk why but it was fun!
    Day 4: my legs hurt !
    Day 5: done
    Day 6: I can see some difference in my thighs.

    Doing this everyday til August 28th!
    Day 1: ✅Soo hard i was so sore and could barley walk after
    Day 2: ✅Ok it actually kinda got easier but still sore
    Day 3: ✅ Getting prettier easier, i see my thighs reduced in weight the slightest bit
    Day 4: ✅ It was actual really simple today, im very proud of myself and i see a small difference!!!
    Day 5: ✅ The inner thigh lifts were difficult for me today, but i definitely see a change!!
    Day 6: ✅ Wow im actually extremely proud of myself. I did this as a joke but im actually seeing change! I cant belive its been a week almost.
    Day 7:✅ When it came to the floor part i almost gave up it was soo hard for me idk why 😭But yeah i can see a change!!!! Eek im so excited for whats to come on monday!!

    day 1: ✅ for me is very feasible, i did it without problems, i started with 55cm (thigh) and 30 cm (ankle)
    day 2:✅ did it again, i feel a few tired but not too much, 53cm (thigh) 29cm (ankle) to eye already known differences
    day 3: ✅ feel good, not too much tired, i started also another workout to lose fat on the legs but i prefer more this, i noticed more results compared to yesterday, omg i'm so happy 48cm (thigh) and 28cm (ankle)

      @@zarwa2503 yes u have to have a good diet or else this will not work only eat protein if u want to gain muscle eat like salads or healthy dinners and drink a lot of water and buy low carb bread I have sticked to a very good diet recently 11 days without crisps chips takeaway chocolate McDonald’s almost everything everything is possible if u put ur head to it

    📎Burned a little bit, but not as much as I expected. Probably because I’m an ex dancer and my legs are already strong. I just have big thighs and I would like that to change! See you tomorrow!!!

    doing this everyday for however days straight.
    Day 1: (had to restart cuz my parents took my computer and phone) so it was prety hard since its been 4 days but i survived.
    Day 2: not too hard, not too easy but ouch my legs.
    Day 3: skipping today cuz I'm ill and not alowed to do anything.
    Day 4: skipping again
    Day 5: started again. and it went prety well.
    Day 6: way easier than before and i saw the diffrence in my inner thights
    Day 7: still can't do the butterfly stretch the way you do, but its easier. also i gained on balance.
    Day 8: this helps with my cramps. thank youuu.
    Day 9: I don't know what to say, but it realy helps.
    Day 10: Fastest 9 minutes ever.

    Day1:✔ it was not that hard cause I tried many difficult workouts before but I will try to do it regularly (tip:turn off fan when you are doing workout it will help to take out more sweat from your body and try to drink water after half an hour of workout it will help your body to burn more and more fats from your body.

    I’m doing Shyrlin’s weight loss plan😄 Today it’s the third day!!! The third day is very relaxing!!! During the 2 day I was dyiiing🥲 I’m doing my wl journey about 3 months already!!! And my start weight was 67,5/68 kg now my weight is 64,7 I would say I just lost the water! But there is still a long way to go!!! My goal weight is 50/55kg btw!
