Guys I do recommend doing her workouts, last september I started doing her workouts and I lost more than 10kg in 5/6 months and I have kept them ever since, I know it may be hard at first but never give up, trust me it gets easier
@@subbaraj3503 i didn’t go on any strict diet, I did eat less junk food but I still ate it and still enjoyed foods like ice cream, cookies…at the end of the day I am a teenager and it is hard for me to cut any type of food, I just ate less junk food and more fruits
@@avamn2009 i only ate salads and fruits. Even boiled eggs , chicken breast. And coffee once a day. Cut off oil and sweets. Dont consume them at all. And yes I workout for 2hrs a day

I suffer from PCOS which makes it hard for me to lose weight even if I try so hard. And after 1 year of trying without seeing changes, I gave up. Now I'm gonna try again. Hopefully this time it works. My update will be all at once because it's hard to find comments hehe

Make you always do the low impact version of each exercise. Also, modify each exercise to suit you. Take more breaks. Do the exercises seated if possible.

Guys I also recommend doing her workouts including this one. this has a lot of Cardio and helped me lose 1kg in 3 weeks (I ate a lot of Salad for dinner and Yogurt and Fruit with raisins for breakfast I also fast!) but Yeah this works so well I want to lose 11kg in 6 months I'll do my best!
doing the weekly plan 🫶 day 1: ✅ abs on fire, couldn‘t finish the last four minutes of the third workout bc i started feeling nauseous lol day 2: ✅ wasn‘t sore from yesterday, to my surprise todays workout was not too hard and i did pretty good!! day 3: ✅ i think now it has bevome easier for me yaaj! day 4: ✅ the plan said rest day, i still did another workout from her since i wasn‘t too sore and felt like it :) day 5: ✅ feeling great afterwards like always!! day 6: ✅ last day today! i really liked the workouts and am planning to keep doing them :) omg i can’t believe i pushed through this week! this was the first plan i really stuck to and i feel great 🥰 + i lost about two kg hehe (with proper diet)

@@obvstara hii yes I haven't lost weight weirdly (and yes I mean I weigh a LOT :( for my height of 5'2.5 BUT um my body looks better after this routine haha) losing would've been nice but wasn't my real goal tbh I wanted to gain a bit of muscle in arms which yay I love how when I flex I see that!! Also, I wanted to maintain/strengthen my I guess like just a bit shy from my belly button ab line (only when I haven't eaten lol ofc) cause I used to do 2 15min videos for that and it wasn't working and I didn't see it and NOW IT'S SOO GOOD I love waking up and seeing it- also feel so stronger, my face looks so slimmer now! Her workouts are the best, if you started with emi or chloe you'll find them way easier and effective, yes it takes longer time, but if you want to keep an active lifestyle, shirlyn is absolutely the best

I appreciate the alternative exercise methods provided, it's a short video that doesn't take up a lot of my schedule, but I still feel like I accomplished something, and I actually got results without having to resort to diets or other exercises on top of it. Day 1 Peso:80kg (não sei exatamente se é esse mas é bem nisso, só me irei pesar no final da/s semanas pq nn quero entrar em paranóia) Altura: 1,62 Idade: 15 Obs: Foi cansativo, terminei o exercício até ao final, porém da última vez eu nn fiz nenhum alongamento só comecei o exercício e percebi que hoje foi bem mais fácil com o alongamento prévio, eu consegui fazer o agachamento continuo todo e estou feliz pq nunca consegui, bem no geral foi tranquilo, o pior é a dor de ombros mas de resto nn me dói nada, de quiserem saber quais os alongamentos que usei digam e eu passo-vos. . . Dicas: Bebam muita água, muita mesmo . Comam algo leve antes do exercício, de preferência leve mas com proteínas, eu fiz sem comer e isso causa náuseas e tonturas ent bebam muita água e comam algo leve e com proteína . Façam alongamento, parece besta mas é importante, ajuda muito, faz com que o nosso corpo já esteja preparado para algo superior, eu fiz alongamento e isso ajudou me muito pois estive bem o exercício todo, com cede e cansada mas é normal . Está é mais para quem nn consegue beber água rapidamente nos descansos como eu, nos exercícios em que só te movimentas de um lado para o outro bebe água, isso deixa te melhor e descansada um pouco, tipo fazes o exercício ao mesmo tempo que bebes água . "Fazer de dia ou á tarde ou á noite?" Faz quando tiveres vontade ou quando tiveres tempo, eu fiz de manhã o primeiro dia mas isso é pq estou de férias e nn tenho q acordar às 5am para ir para a escola, eu nn acho q tenha um horário fixo de é a esta hora se nn perdes nn faz quando estiveres bem e com tempo, são só 10 min se for preciso fazer antes de tomar banho e ir para a cama ou se conseguires acorda mais cedo, mas nn acho q tenha horário . Estou com muitas dores, não faças, sendo dores musculares muito fortes, bateste em algum lado com força ou só estás extremamente cansado q só querias dormir, ou até mesmo dores menstruais, nn facas "mas e a sequência?" Fds, se fizeres com dores só vai piorar, experiência própria, é preferível parar ou fazer só um alongamento do q passar muito mal . "Tenho q ir tomar banho daqui a pouco" Vai, mas recomendo ires fazer o treino antes para nn teres a dificuldade de depois tomar outro banho . Apanhem sol, o que isso tem a ver? De o tem corpo nn tiver as vitaminas necessárias com a vitamina q o sol te proporciona, vais ficar fraca/o/e e não aconselho a fazer pois é provável q desmaies no meio do exercício, vai de manhã ou assim e lê um livro uns 10min ao sol ou algo assim . Se for necessário, façam mais pausas durante o exercício, se faltam 20seg e nn aguentas pausa o vídeo e descansa uns segundos ou até uns 2min, o teu corpo ao nn estar habituado ou nn ter o q precisa ele necessita de descanso . Este exercício é bom para perder peso? Não sei bem, olha se quiseres perder peso lentamente ele é ótimo em uns 6meses dependendo do teu metabolismo já perdeste uns 10kg mas se queres perder rápido um mais intensivo é mais eficaz, porém de fores sedentária/o/e como eu usa este, por 1mes +/- porque te ajudará a recuperar aquilo q perdeste q é a resistência e a facilidade em movimentar te . . I suffer from excessive weight, and I cannot do exercises. I will try it once, and if it succeeds, I will do it for a month.
Make you always do the low impact version of each exercise. Also, modify each exercise to suit you. Take more breaks. Do the exercises seated if possible.

@@K-World-24365ig maybe just wut u feel like eating, but make sure to eat a balanced meal (protein, fiber, starch etc.) and just make sure to eat "unhealthier" foods in smaller portions!

@@obvstara hii yes I haven't lost weight weirdly (and yes I mean I weigh a LOT :( for my height of 5'2.5 BUT um my body looks better after this routine haha) losing would've been nice but wasn't my real goal tbh I wanted to gain a bit of muscle in arms which yay I love how when I flex I see that!! Also, I wanted to maintain/strengthen my I guess like just a bit shy from my belly button ab line (only when I haven't eaten lol ofc) cause I used to do 2 15min videos for that and it wasn't working and I didn't see it and NOW IT'S SOO GOOD I love waking up and seeing it- also feel so stronger, my face looks so slimmer now! I sometimes wake up and it's puffy but omg after a couple hours I'm so shocked I haven't lost face fat EVER cause I started working out in May and actually, I will check my measurements in a few days depending on if I get a shark attack week or not lol and will update on here- but tbh when I look in the mirror I feel so confident and my stomach is mostly flat and I feel so good now idk I will definitely do this workout routine again for 6 weeks after I am done a little break in 2 days)- also no dieting I eat junk it's hard out here ahah I have a huge sweet tooth which has slowed down my results BUT idc I like eating and I eat ALOT more now I get so hungry but I try to just add more healthy stuff instead of restrict myself OH ALSO I eat more protein now as in I try to eat boiled egg everyday(it tastes good tbh), protein green drink very day(which is really yummy tbh), sometimes greek yogurt or milk every day (Also yummm), this protein bar which lemme be honest it's vegan and tastes good wow love it I tried eating every other day, and every other day some chicken or meat or lentils helped me A LOT

I appreciate the alternative exercise methods provided, it's a short video that doesn't take up a lot of my schedule, but I still feel like I accomplished something, and I actually got results without having to resort to diets or other exercises on top of it. Will do again soon, maybe with another workout or changing up my diet a bit.

Apanhem sol, o que isso tem a ver? De o tem corpo nn tiver as vitaminas necessárias com a vitamina q o sol te proporciona, vais ficar fraca/o/e e não aconselho a fazer pois é provável q desmaies no meio do exercício, vai de manhã ou assim e lê um livro uns 10min ao sol ou algo assim

Se for necessário, façam mais pausas durante o exercício, se faltam 20seg e nn aguentas pausa o vídeo e descansa uns segundos ou até uns 2min, o teu corpo ao nn estar habituado ou nn ter o q precisa ele necessita de descanso

Este exercício é bom para perder peso? Não sei bem, olha se quiseres perder peso lentamente ele é ótimo em uns 6meses dependendo do teu metabolismo já perdeste uns 10kg mas se queres perder rápido um mais intensivo é mais eficaz, porém de fores sedentária/o/e como eu usa este, por 1mes +/- porque te ajudará a recuperar aquilo q perdeste q é a resistência e a facilidade em movimentar te

note: so imma do this for about 2 weeks. while doing this i will be stretching b4 and after the workout i will be doing pilates, leg, arm, face and shoulder workout/exercises. i will be cautious on way i eat. since i’m still a student i just eat school lunch while eating eggs for breakfast everyday and i eat high protein dinner that my mom cooks 😍 i will be good portioning bc that’s very important.

OMGOSH I FORGOT TO UPDATE BUT
I lost 18 pounds, I only drunk water and i ate one meal a day, a filling one not just like 300 cals a day
i also had cheat days which is way i didnt lose as much
