    I lost 6kg from doing diet and working out as your videos. I just tried this exercise today. It was pretty good as someone with low endurance like me. I love it. Also, I’ve not on a strict diet at all, and I skipped exercising some days in the week as my schedule was too tied. However, I saw the results just from looking at my old pics and now. I enjoy the process, and my body is pretty healthy. I’m also able to fit on my old skirts as my hip gained too much from gaining weight. Thanks 🌸

      @@chikaaristiana1494 For this month, I’ve exercised for 5-7 days of the week. I only do 10 or 12 min workout + 30s of stretching or plank. I also try to hold my breath for some degrees all the time to flatten my stomach and size down my waist. Also, that way gave me some upper abs. Last few months, I wasn’t so consistent with my exercise tho. Sometimes, I overdid it, and my body just couldn’t stand that. Also, I try to do different 10 min body workout version, so my body wouldn’t get used to the exercise too. My journey was really long actually since June. I had some travels and ate whatever I love too. My weight has been going down as I exercise and eat with smaller potion (still my fav foods). Hope my tips helps you 🌸🌹🌼

      @@kai-db2yl If the name of the video is right then it should take you 24 days to lose 6kg but remeber everyone loses different and you need to have a ''diet'' or just watch out with food

    A little comment to a personal check-in daily, so I won't give up!
    Day 1 - Done! Gosh! It was hard! But I will not stop! the work out makes me feel better after it
    Day 2 - Done! Some exercises were easy, others not. Yet as someone who believes that the second day is the hard one, I'm glad to have finished it 😄
    Day 3 - Done! 🤗 I'm feeling so good after finishing everything 😇 Today, I was able to touch my toes in the end🤣But I must say that the wide squat hold still my enemy 😶‍🌫
    Day 4 - ... Done! I decided to do it earlier today, and since the beginning, I had always done the low-impact version for some exercises due to my knees (I had an issue with it before). However, I choose one that I will try to do the normal version when I feel better, so I did it half-half yesterday and completely normal today
    Day 5 - Done! I felt it was a little more special today since I was feeling lazy all day long, so it was a big victory for myself that I got up and did it in any way
    Day 6 - Done! It's crazy to think that just one more day for a week, and after this, I did a 10 minutes dance workout because, since yesterday, I had too much energy to even sleep at night, so I wanted to get a little more tired 😅
    Day 7 - Done! The first week is done! 🥳
    Day 8 - Lazy mood on
    Day 9 - Done! I remembered why I don't like the rest days 😅 It's always hard to make myself get up to work up the next day😓
    Day 10 - Done!!!
    Day 11 - Done!
    Day 12 - Lazy mood on Honestly, I wasn't feeling so well, so no workout.
    Day 13 - Done! Ok, some people asked me a few things below about my results. So, I want to mention a few things here. I'm 27 years old, almost 28, and an ex-figura skater who did it until high school (14 years old). After this, I did work out randomly all over the years but never create any routine. Therefore, I'm using it to make my body (muscles) get used to workout again before focusing on areas like my abs, ok? My body doesn't work anymore as the one of a teenager and I do everything in low impact most of the time, so I'm very happy with my results so far And don't give up, just because my numbers may don't have changed a lot as you want yours to Fighting~!!
    Day 14 - Done!!! Two weeks are done!!! 🥳
    My numbers after two weeks, doing only the workout without a diet: Bust was 95,5 cm, now 91 cm. Waist was 85,5 cm, now 79 cm. Hip was 102,5 cm, now 100,5 cm. I must say that I'm amazed by the result, most of my 'fat' is around the belly area, so I'm truly glad that it's mostly gone now ^^ The second place is my bust and arms since I almost never worked out the up part of my body when I was young.

      @@senakahveci6043 Hi! The significant changes were my stamina and stretching, which are easy now. But size-wise, these were my numbers on 04/01/22: Bust - 95,5 cm Waist - 85,5 cm Hip - 102,5 cm Weight - around 63 kg (I can't remember the exact number, but it was around this at the last time I weighed myself a few days, or better, a week before)
      Right now (16/01/22): Bust - 94,5 cm Waist - 82 cm Hip - 101 cm Weight - I'm not sure about this one since I don't have how to weigh myself at home.
      To be honest, I'm not sure if my bust size is correct since my period is coming up soon, and they always get "big" around this time.
      But besides that, it wasn't a big change. I believe that just enough for a week, especially my waist ^^ (By the way, the first numbers was from when I started to motivate myself to work out again, not from the day I started this workout.)

      @@fvrqs I believe it's more for the slim side right now than flat, but I'm not doing any kind of special diet or anything like this along with the workout, so maybe this is why😅I'm not sure.

      @@muanteazote2563 hello, I just started doing her workouts but if u want to workout do it 5-6 times a week and take rest atleast one day so that ur body can heal if there r any cramps or wounds.. also follow a calorie deficit diet if u want to lose weight... Drink lots of water

      (Exercises)
      6/7 days a week I go walking outside with my rope,sometimes I lift weights (1.5kg), on Wednesday I've done chloe ting new challenge and when I'm bored I use my rope.
      (Diet)
      When I wake up I always drink a glass of water after that I do this exercise and have breakfast: I eat a lot(but not to much) while one breakfast and lunch i eat less than breakfast and at dinner I have a light dinner( and I don't eat after 7pm) and I drink a lot of water(maybe like 8-10 glass of water)
      (Foods)
      For breakfast i usually drink milk or tea with integral biscuit on lunch depend I eat white rice with weggies or chicken salad and for dinner a mini pizza with veggies or other foods that I dont remember( I don't remember😥😭) i hope I've helped you sorry for my bad English is not my first language ;(

      @@kristylim804 I didn't go on any diet, just ate whatever i usually eat.. and did 10 min skipping followed by 15 min running as evening exercise.. other than that.. i did nothing! what i have realised is... we just need to get started... it won't take long once you start embracing the process... telling from personal experience!

    I've been doing this and calorie defecit for 26 days now I started with 54kg now I'm only 41kg
    I do this exercise 2 times a day, I also avoid carbs and sweets but that depends on you! I also do intermittent fasting.
    I stop eating when it turns 8pm and I eat at 12pm or 11am
    Also loseit really helps you keep track of your calories, plus its free!! My calorie intake each day is just 800 but you can adjust that to whatever makes you comfortable 😊
    I'm really happy with this process and remember you won't see results after only 2 days! You need persistence and motivation, so far I can't go through my day without doing this exercise anymore it's become a chore now😂

    here we go 117 lbs, 5 '51 1/2 bmi: 19.2
    day 1: did it! tiring but i got there!
    day 2: sweat a bunch but i knew that its worth it so i kept going!
    day 3: skipped (it was saturday and i dont exercise on saturdays lol)
    day 4: completed and did inner thigh work after!
    day 5: did this and then 20 minute pilates session!
    day 6: super tired so i did this and a set of inner thighs
    day 7: sweat a LOT but i did this and 15 minute express pilates!! i was so proud of today!
    day 8: took a break and slept in
    day 9: im thinking about only doing pilates so ill try that and then see!
    (ill edit as i go)
    im 13, and im never satisfied with my body. but i dance, and do pilates sometimes

    When i tried this excercise at first day i was breathing so hard at middle only i wan unable to do the full workout but after taking 2 days rest i tried it today again and i did the whole workout without any problem WOW! I LOVE IT 💗

    hellooo :3 i'll be doing this exercise almost daily, except i plan to make it my daily routine! i'll also be doing an intestinal massage along w/ this. let's go! i'm 166cm tall, and weigh 62-63kgs! i want to be at least 55kgs

    1 день ✔️ - было так, тяжело, но все таки не сложно, решила сделать 4 подхода!!) + сжигающая тренировка) вес:49.90
    2 день ✔️ - очень сложно, вчера я делала поздно, и соврала сделал всего 2 подхода, сегодня 6 подходов, не соблюдала диету, завтра начну, насамрм деле изменений не видно, но все таки 2 день + тренировка на ноги сжигающая))

    I suffered from pcos and am insulin resistant. It's hard to lose fat. But im doing all i can, exercise, treadmill. Will try this and hopefully will get healthier, if not smaller (i'm at 102kgs last week) and i've been doing this exercise for 5/7 days of this week. Haven't weighed in yet, but i do notice that i may not be "smaller" or thinner but i do feel lighter in my steps. 🙏 Hope that i could lose more weight as my goal is be at least in 70kgs (pre-pregnancy weight). 😅

    DAY 1 - ✅ Calories burnt - 156 How i feel: I feel so sweaty and tired, but honestly i also feel very good!!
    DAY 2 - ✅ My legs feel so sore because of yesterday.. But honestly i feel better then ever! I also did some pilates today💗And i’m not as sweaty as i was before! Calories burnt - 220
    Day 3 - ✅ I’m tireed.. But honestly great exercise! Calories burnt - 213
    Day 4 - ✅ Calories burnt - 203.. I did pilates today as well but i don’t know why i burn less calories with pilates then when i don’t..
    Day 5 - ✅ Yaayy one week done!! (Rest days will be weekends!) I forgot to record on my watch how many calories burnt loll sorry!
    Waist: 71cm Thighs: 53cm
    Day 6 - ❌ Rest day!
    Day 7 - ❌ Rest day!

    hi guys!! I’m gonna try to do this for for atleast 14 days!! I will also do the kpop idol body 10 minute workout as well!! I don’t feel comfortable sharing my weight, but I will tell you how much I lose!! I will also go calorie deficit
    Day 1: did half of the feels dance by twice, and this video, but not the other one
    Day 2: hair wash day, didn’t do anything
    Day 3: did, really energetic
    Day 4 : friday. not doing anything

    Your workouts are as good as I am a beginner and this is my first day😅But even for beginners, your workouts are still rather easy not easy to do. And you are not as complete a poker face as some other fittnis youtubers, But smiles into the camera and gives so much more motivation.
