Hi, I did this workout for a month and continue now I started with a weight of 50 kg, height 155 cm, currently weight 49, same height I eat 1400 calories daily, I don’t exclude sweets, but I don’t eat a lot of sweets and fatty foods I also replace some jumps with jumping rope because it tires me out less. My advice to you: breathe through your nose, control your breathing during exercise. Don't jump if your weight is high, better find cardio with steps Also be careful, you might twist your ankle. And don’t expect quick results, the main thing is consistency, results will definitely come if you have discipline!

After washing my face and then stretching for 15 minutes, I do this then drink some warm honey water and have a meal. I saw a lot of articles online say that it’s better to eat after exercise. Although it’s tempting to completely lessen what you eat, proper meals are essential! I really lessened what I ate at first, felt so drained! I started eating proper meals and that’s when it got better, I felt energized throughout the day even after this exercise and doing other tasks! Meals help in restoring muscles as well :) so it’s perfect after exercising! Day 8: ☑️ - did it twice today! Day 9: ☑️ - did 1 1/3 today Day 10: ☑️ Day 11: ☑️ Day 12: ☑️ - only did a little over half cause I ate smaller meals today :p Day 13: ☑️ Day 14: ☑️ Definitely effective! In just 2 weeks my waist got smaller by an inch. I started gaining weight and always felt bloated (why I exercise now) but ever since I've started, I no longer do! I've even been able to eat 3 meals a day (mostly with rice might I add) without feeling guilty :) I drink tea/honey water in the mornings and walk about 30 minutes or more on weekdays. A plus is this helped me have better coordination and have more control over my body's movements!! Improved posture as well (besides stretching i do)👍 no access to a weighing scale rn, will update soon Day 15: ❌ - gonna be out the whole day Day 16:☑️ Day 17: ❌ Day 18: ❌ - Just did some walking today :) Day 19: ☑️ Day 20: ☑️ Day 21: ☑️ 3 weeks! (Kinda :p) It’s going great :) honestly, I’d suggest starting slow though, like just 3x the first week then just add days during the following weeks. I no longer have a trouble keeping up with the pace; used to be out of breath in less than 5 minutes but I can finish this routine w/o feeling as tired. To anyone else losing motivation, keep up the good work! Almost there! I’m not on a strict diet, but I am doing a calorie deficit! Apart from this workout video I do the flat belly pilates, you end up draining in sweat but it’s all worth it, it’s like when you start losing weight you just feel proud of yourself and just want to keep doing it!!! Day 9: Done, im kinda tired today 😭😭😭 Day 10: DOUBLE DIGITS DONE😋 ain’t even gon lie i almost didn’t complete it today. I barely slept but we grinding. Day 11: Done, i procrastinated completing today since i was tired from walking 😭 Day 12: Couldn’t do it, there was family and slept over and i didn’t want to make much noise. Day 13: Done, i think this’ll be my last workout since i leave for vacation. But for now, this exercise is pretty good, i do see some improvement in my stamina and i look a bit leaner, considering a barely changed my diet; I recommend. Also i plan on continuing this workout till school starts so this isn’t the end. I still want to see a grand change on my body‼️

I was like "Oh that's easy" for 8 minutes and then it hit me 😩 I sweat a bit, not too much and that's for me good and quick! And I also like that the movments aren't compilcated and it does repeat so you can focus on working and not looking at the screen to see if you're doing it right ❤

I’m trying to lose weight before my birthday (it’s at the end of march so around 4 months from when I start). Hi, I did this workout for a month and continue now
I started with a weight of 50 kg, height 155 cm, currently weight 49, same height
I eat 1400 calories daily, I don’t exclude sweets, but I don’t eat a lot of sweets and fatty foods
I also replace some jumps with jumping rope because it tires me out less.
My advice to you: breathe through your nose, control your breathing during exercise. Don't jump if your weight is high, better find cardio with steps
Also be careful, you might twist your ankle.
And don’t expect quick results, the main thing is consistency, results will definitely come if you have discipline!

Yay 1 week!! - I find that completing this within the hour I first wake up works best for me! After washing my face and then stretching for 15 minutes, I do this then drink some warm honey water and have a meal. I saw a lot of articles online say that it’s better to eat after exercise. Although it’s tempting to completely lessen what you eat, proper meals are essential! I really lessened what I ate at first, felt so drained! I started eating proper meals and that’s when it got better, I felt energized throughout the day even after this exercise and doing other tasks! Meals help in restoring muscles as well :) so it’s perfect after exercising!

Definitely effective! In just 2 weeks my waist got smaller by an inch. I started gaining weight and always felt bloated (why I exercise now) but ever since I've started, I no longer do! I've even been able to eat 3 meals a day (mostly with rice might I add) without feeling guilty :) I drink tea/honey water in the mornings and walk about 30 minutes or more on weekdays. A plus is this helped me have better coordination and have more control over my body's movements!! Improved posture as well (besides stretching i do)👍 no access to a weighing scale rn, will update soon

3 weeks! (Kinda :p) It’s going great :) honestly, I’d suggest starting slow though, like just 3x the first week then just add days during the following weeks. I no longer have a trouble keeping up with the pace; used to be out of breath in less than 5 minutes but I can finish this routine w/o feeling as tired. To anyone else losing motivation, keep up the good work! Almost there! Remember to eat a good meal and not overdo it💙

Hi Everyone ! I am 24 yrs old a mom of 2, both c-sections, I’m currently doing this workout for maybe about a month and already I have lost 12 lbs ! I’m not on a strict diet, but I am doing a calorie deficit! Apart from this workout video I do the flat belly pilates, you end up draining in sweat but it’s all worth it, it’s like when you start losing weight you just feel proud of yourself and just want to keep doing it!!! Hi people it’s been about 3 weeks since last update, I have stopped exercising cause of ✨mental health and having an unhealthy relationship with food (I lost my period, so please don’t do anything stupid like what I did ✨)and gained all the weight back. So I have decided to conclude everything!
This workout is really effective! I lost weight quite quickly but remember that everyone’s body is different ❤I did gained it all back after 3 weeks without doing it so I think workouts like this are amazing for an upcoming special event but not for the long term! My goal was doing this for 30 days. Im not changing my diet much but am going to try to eat out less. I want this to help others as much as it will help me. My starting weight is 63 kg.
Day 1: it was very tiring
Day 2: it was a little better but still hard
Day 3: A little sore afterwards
Day 4: it felt good but still a little tiring but the breaks helped
Day 5: my legs feel jiggly but fine, I’m going to take a rest day cause of vacation

You dont actually really need to change your diet. You can still loose body fat while eating the same stuff but in moderation
Since everyone is doing it, ill try to track for almost 2 weeks.
Day 1: Done, i hurt my leg and everything hurts 😭
Day 2: Donee, My leg still hurts and it was hard to complete the workout but i did it‼️
Day 3: Done, Compared to yesterday, it was actually better. I still have pain but its not as bad as it was.
Day 4: Done, I feel like im getting better at it. i have a bit more stamina and don’t get as tired after completing the workout.
Day 5: DONE, i feel like i see a difference. today i felt a bit more bad about myself so i did some extra exercise.
Day 6: Doneee, It went by pretty quick and i didn’t mess up a lot.
Day 7: 1 WEEK DONE‼️‼️‼️ i almost didn’t workout today but we thugged it out.
Day 8: Done, it’s honestly not that bad anymore. Ive improved and was consistent with the workout.
Day 9: Done, im kinda tired today 😭😭😭
Day 10: DOUBLE DIGITS DONE😋 ain’t even gon lie i almost didn’t complete it today. I barely slept but we grinding.
Day 11: Done, i procrastinated completing today since i was tired from walking 😭
Day 12: Couldn’t do it, there was family and slept over and i didn’t want to make much noise.
Day 13: Done, i think this’ll be my last workout since i leave for vacation. But for now, this exercise is pretty good, i do see some improvement in my stamina and i look a bit leaner, considering a barely changed my diet; I recommend. Also i plan on continuing this workout till school starts so this isn’t the end. I still want to see a grand change on my body‼️

I was like "Oh that's easy" for 8 minutes and then it hit me 😩 I sweat a bit, not too much and that's for me good and quick! And I also like that the movments aren't compilcated and it does repeat so you can focus on working and not looking at the screen to see if you're doing it right ❤

im gonna try doing this every day as much as i can! fyi i also do omad, 10k steps every day, 2l of water daily, try to stay in a calorie deficit, cut out sugar and will fast once school starts!!
day 1: successful, didnt tire me out too much, feeling motivated
day 2: had to tone down the exercises that required jumping due to working out in the bathroom and my whole family sleeping, calfs hurt but i feel good :) doing it later today if i can
day 3: handled it way better than the first day! its starting to get fun

day 6: a bit late but did it and also did my 10k! my period didnt stop me at all and the exercise went faster than ever :) im now my morning skinny all day!!

I’m trying to lose weight before my birthday (it’s at the end of march so around 4 months from when I start). I paired this workout with the Rosie Graham Challenge, Lily Sabri muffin top workout, and Chloe ting arm workout. I did intermittent fasting while doing this workout (a 15:9 plan). I didn’t limit my calories, but I only ate 2 meals + 1 healthy snack a day. I’m going mark progress.

Day 3 - Skipped, but did workouts from Chloe ting, Pamela Reif, Lily Sabri, someone else. a 10 min workout from each of them so that makes 40 mins, I also did some cardio at school today for maybe 10-25 minutes.
Day 4 - Skipped, but I ran 4 laps around a field at my school.
Day 5 - Done! I dont really feel like exercising though.
Day 6 - Didnt feel like working out but done.
Day 7 - Went somewhere, skipped.
