How long does weight loss take to show up?

I’m so proud of myself! This is the first workout I have finished fully doing all the moves. Usually I don’t do as many or I don’t finish it, but this time I pushed through and did it.
Edit: Day 2 complete! The mountain climbers and the plank are still hard for me, but I pushed through!
Day 3 and 4 complete! I’m committed to at least do this.
Day 5 complete, I weighed myself before doing this and I have lost 1 pound doing it for 4 days!
Day 6 complete! Just one more day I’ll have done this for a week!
Day 7 complete! It’s been a week! Yay!
Day 8 complete! I really did want to do it today, but I promised myself I wouldn’t stop, no excuses!
Day 9 complete! I skipped Christmas and the 26th, but I’m back now and I did two more of your workouts besides this to make up for the days I missed. The last time I weighed myself I lost another pound!
Day 10 complete! I’ve been able to distract myself while doing the mountain climbers, so it’s not as bad but the planks get to me right after.
Day 11 complete! My legs were sore, but I still pushed through!
Day 12 complete! It’s 10pm and I almost didn’t do it, but I told myself “no it’s only 10 minutes” and I push through.
Day 13 complete! I have found a new least favorite move, squat jacks. I hate them, but I’m still pushing through. This is a great way to end my year!
Day 14 complete! I’m starting off the new year strong!
Day 15 complete! I skipped January 2nd. I decided that I was going to allow myself one break day a week unless I didn’t need it. I have started doing this workout along with two other Shirlyn ones. I am going to weigh myself tomorrow, so I’ll give an update about how much weight I’ve lost.
I just got home and don’t have time to workout, so I’ll do day 15 tomorrow. I weighed myself and I have lost 1.5 lbs since the last time.
Day 15 complete! It was a bit harder after not doing it for a day, but it’s still not too bad.
Day 16 complete! I’m getting back into doing it.
Day 17 complete! I did this after dancing and I felt energized. The squat jacks weren’t that bad today.
So today was supposed to be day 18 and I didn’t do it. Although I did go to the gym for like an hour and then did dance for another hour. I’m going to do day 18 tomorrow. I think the important part isn’t specifically doing this workout, but doing at least some type of workout or exercise.
Day 18 complete. I’ve been bad lately. I skipped three days since going to the gym. I knew I should have done a workout, but I didn’t. Today I did this and several other ones to make up for it. I want to go back into it strong. To everyone else good luck! 화이팅! I started doing this workout at 130.9 lbs. I’m 117 lbs now.

As a 14 year struggling to loose weight (80kg rn) this is day 2 with this workout I feel so good! I’ll be doing this everyday my goal weight is 60 or 55kg
Day 1: was hard and taught about giving up
Day 2: gained back confidence and tried again still hard
Day 3: was easier for me and actually enjoyed it

I wish i could lose that much weight as everyone did but my mum doesnt want me to go on a diet so she always gives me something unhealthy but i always reject it i can make my own breakfast and dinner but i always gain weight on lunch..
Try eat simple healthy and slower, it can help you be more full easier.

Hi shirlyn, first of all I want to say that I think you are very beautiful and that I love your exercises. At the moment I'm trying hard to lose weight, especially to thin my legs, but I'm afraid I'll end up with thick legs even though I'm doing exercises to thin my legs. Do you have any tips or advice? You dont need to be afraid of getting thicker legs if you keep doing lower body exercises without weight :) losing lower body fat takes more time than other parts. So, Full Body Cardio workouts with Lower body weight exercises together:)

I'm not sure if its burns for 24 hours but I burned 90 calories, however some may burn more or less, its depends on the body
