    If I’m being honest, I started with her workouts and I actually lost a lot of pounds that my abs stayed defined for 3 months,
    I really enjoyed doing her ab workouts since they are so easy. totally recommend for beginners!

      @@gachamonkey2343i didn’t do any diet, i just started eating healthier and drinking a lot plus doing 3 of her videos each day for over a month (with a rest day in the weekend) and it totally worked! i was suffering of really bad water retention and this routine helped me to debloat a lot

      ​@@RiednaRichard, just try to eat less pastries, sweets(like chocolate, cake, etc.), sugar and salt, maybe less seasoning for food. you don't need to stop eating it at all, but try to eat those products less than before you started your diet

      ⁠i recommend doing it every day but if you don’t want it to be very hard/toxic do it 5-6 times a week so you see better results but for me i always do hard/toxic routine

    doing this for two weeks
    start: 167cm 65kg, waist 80cm, lower belly 91cm
    day 1:⭕ did it once, felt the BURN
    day 2:⭕ hurted a little bit, but i did it
    day 3: ⭕ It was weirdly easy, did the hip dips so well, feel proud of myself
    day 4: ❌ i was literally 9 hours at school, so uk
    day 5: ⭕ THAT WAS FAST OMG
    day 6: ⭕ today was a little rough, but i did it
    day 7: ⭕ omg i don't believe one week already passed
    day 8: ⭕ did this + two more workouts, feel proud of myself
    i wanted ti check how are things going and my wais is LITERALLY 76, -4 CM IN A WEEK OMG
    day 9: ⭕ was a little bit unmotivated today, but i did it
    day 10: ⭕ i'm getting sick, but still doing it!!

    So after doing this workout for a week, I feel like this workout will work more if you go on a diet and do it two times a day, and also this workout mostly strengthen your leg muscles (Still pretty worth it to do!)

    Doing this twice a day for 2 weeks! Start day: 21/9/2023
    Day 1: Only did it once today but I will do it 3 times tomorrow to make it up! Definitetly felt the burn on my stomach so hopefully it works!!
    Day 2: Did it 3 times today and really felt the burning in my lower stomach area, when I woke up this morning the pain wasn't there anymore but I also did PE in school and that involved a lot of the same things in this video which will hopefully contribute. I also am starting to feel the burn in my arms but that is probably due to the fact that every time we have a break in this video, I instead go into a plank and don't take any breaks, will update tomorrow!
    Day 3: Did it twice today and I've noticed that once I get to the middle of the workout the burning in my stomach seems to stop, maybe I'm not doing something right but ill try again tomorrow and see, I also noticed the burn in my arms is still there and is KILLING. Another thing is that since I started this challenge my right thigh is starting to get smaller than the other, I have joint problems in my right leg and MASSIVE thunder thighs so with all the times in this workout you have to raise your legs up and down I have gone easy on my right leg by not making it go down all the way. I think that's probably my problem with my thigh getting smaller because the muscle is not getting bigger and doing as much as the other, from now on I'm going to try to push my leg to do what the other is doing in hopes they will even out and hopefully I wont injure my leg🤞
    Day 4: Didn't do it at all today because I got covid and couldn't get out of bed BUT I will do it 4 times tomorrow whether I can get out of bed or not because I've been slacking ALOT recently. See you tomorrow!
    Ummmm so I ended up forgetting about it when I got covid but I've set a reminder to do it now tomorrow so hopefully i remember

    буду делать через день. не могу сказать в течении какого времени буду выполнять упражнения, как пойдет. Так же, в дни когда я не делаю упражнения, я делаю обычную йогу/растяжку и пилатес (если это кому-то нужно🥹)
    1 день: ✅ x2 не увидела каких-то изменений, но, должна отдать должное, я даже вспотела
    3 день: ✅x2 было более легко уже
    5 день: ✅x2 начала вырисовываться какая-никакая талия!!🎉
    6 день: ✅x1
    7 день: ✅x2
    9день: ❎✅ x1
    11день: ✅x2 мой живот стал правда более плоским 🎉🎉
    12день:✅x2
    я буду продолжать делать эту тренировку, чтобы поддерживать форму. упражнения правда работают, поэтому не бойтесь, что потратите время щря и не получите результатов, или что та типа этого! хоть я уже и проверила видео, я буду и дальше дополнять комм, потому что это как моя мотивация продолжать, и просто приятно ставить эту галочку🥹

    i finished the flat stomach and abs workout plan made by shirlyn kim today, im not like snatched but my waist went from 28.54 inches to 26.77 inches!! i didnt diet but im gonna do another one of shirlyn’s plans (something more focused on flattening the belly) but im trying to decrease my calorie intake and ofc im trying my best to eat nutrition. ILY SHIRLYNNNN

    I plan to do this with the 10mins belly pilates plus 8mins leg stretching workout for two weeks🧡
    Day 1 - done
    Day 2 - done, did a full body workout as well
    Day 3 - done, did the leg stretching twice

    Day 6 - done, did a 10mins full body workout as well

    Day 10 - done, with additional 10mins thigh workout
    Day 11 - done, was a bit demotivated today

    Day 13 - done
    Day 14 - had yoga class outside so skipped
    Day 12, no big changes in my weight probably due to muscle growth. but my waist was much smaller!! 🎉(70cm -> 65cm) I want to encourage everyone that you shouldn't be too obsessed with the weight changes because your muscles grow as you workout daily🙈"if you don't grow your fats in one day, dont expect it to lose in one day."💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

    These ab workouts are SUPER EFFECTIVE! I've only done 2 ab workouts so far yesterday and the day before (this vid and 11 line abs one) and my god, I've already lost 2.5cm off my waist in 2 days! (before measurements were taken 2 days ago prior to doing the 1st ab exercise too).
    And comparing today's progress photos to last week, my lower abs are noticeably pulled in and more balanced, last week's shot looked like my lower pooch was lolling out heaps and made it look like I was slouching heaps even though I was standing straight. It also noticeably gave me more back muscle so overall it looks more balanced from the side shot.
    In conclusion, even though the ab workouts are painful for me and it feels like I have a stomach ache when I do them, they're so super effective that it's totally worth doing! So it balances out with the other workouts that aren't nearly as painful but also not as effective for me to see results so quickly (though I know they're still effective and good for me!). So these ab workouts really work! Even though I am dieting too, I know my results are 100% thanks to Shirlyn's ab workouts cos it was more the muscles being pulled in and toning that I could see rather than fat loss. Thank you so much Shirlyn!! Love your workouts, please keep it up

      Try eating clean dont cut your meals..we live once enjoy your life dont starve your body eat clean exercise twice a day and everything is gonna be alright theres no need to make it difficult for your body keep also in mind that exercicing makes you more hungry ^^

    I’ve been doing this for 3 months + with Lily Sabri’s 5 min fat loss workout 🥹 i always do Shiryln Kim’s workout first before doing Lily Sabri’s,
    Kim thank you so much you lit saved my life 🥹 I started to notice some great chances on my body, I have slimmed down a lot! Plus,the exercises were gentle and beginner friendly so i didn’t really have a hard time; the stretch at the end was so calming too !
    I’ve also been doing her workouts even in my time of depression; and it really helps me calm down and fight it! I have slimmed down and I am no longer big as I was when I was little, there were great changes! At first I didn’t really like doing the planks for they are my weaknesses, but over time I got used to it and enjoyed it! Because of you I finally have a great confidence in myself and my body now, her speech at the end of the video was so sweet too 🥹 my mum noticed the changes and even said; “you’ve gotten more slim now!”
    10/10! Really recommend!
    No need for diet! Food = energy.

    day 1:⭕️ Was a bit hard but no pain no gain 😭
    day 2:⭕️ Feel the burn in my lower belly. The first exercise was bit hard but today it was quite easy!!
    day 3:⭕️ Done!! While doing twice got my father and sis disturbing which I literally hate! But somehow managed to do!! Got a 5 min break in the last 2 exercises due to fighting with my dad coz he started to explain things I didn't wanted to know (unwanted thing) I literally hate it when he do such things!!     im commenting so i can have motivation to do this everyday. im 143lbs today my goal is to be 125lbs. i go to the gym twice a week( mostly only do cardio and glutes tho) but i also take yoga at school. i’m also trying to eat healthier and not as much but i’m not very strict about it. i will update march 27th and see where i’m at then.

    (TW: measurements) i'm very detailed-oriented sorry.. but this BURNS ur core so well if you're doing it right. it shouldn't make ur back or neck hurt unless you're putting your strength in the wrong place. i'll be updating you all for a week! (my body reacts quickly to new workouts so i see changes within a week) i'm in a calorie deficit as well!
    height: 166cm / 5'5-5'6 ft
    weight: 57.3kg / 126.5 lbs
    waist: 68cm / 26.7 in
    goal weight: 53-55kg / 117-120 lbs
    goal waist: 61-63cm / 24 in
    day 1: did it twice afternoon and boy i was SWEATING real bad.. core was HURTINGG
    day 2: skipped so it dont count
    day 2*: not very sore yay :) did it twice in afternoon and once at night
    day 3: did it once evening
    day 4: got easier! done twice in evening, once at night
    day 5: skipped! decided to let my core rest, so i did a light 10 min arm/leg dumbbell workout at night
    day 5*: twice in evening
    day 6: once at night
    day 7: once afternoon, once night
    I DID IT YAY HAHA HERE IT IS
    updated weight: 56.7kg / 125 lbs (i lost some weight!)
    updated waist: 66cm / 26 in (reduced by 2cm/0.7 in)
    obviously it takes time but this proves that it works! i'll continue working out with this added into my regular routine. i'll update u all within a month or a few months! i hope you all see changes in ur body haha drink plenty of water, rest, and be kind to yourself!

    Im doing this with 2 more abs workout for 13 days and i can say that i saw so many changes on my belly, the first week i started my waist was 76cm now its 70 so im pretty happy with the results and i will keep doing this until i have my dream waist thank you youre a life saver

    day 2: ✅ still burned really bad but took less extra breaks
    day 3: ✅ burned about the same and took minimal breaks
    day 4: ✅ burned less at the start (dead bugs get me every time 😅) but i took no breaks!

      @@raulpineda4320 Yes! I used to have a bit of a pouch belly but now it is way flatter and firmer even when relaxed and my waist is also slimmer. I also see this slight line inbetween my ribs. I'm not doing any diet btw, just drinking four glasses of water daily. I often skip a few days so if you geniunely do it everyday you'll probably get better results x

    Day 1 = Did this before bed, really felt the burn but the cool down stretches and words of encouragement along the way really helped, please use the rest or you might pull a muscle or something, and drink water! ❤
    Day 2 = Morning is all done! Felt the burn in my arms legs and abs, i forgot to do it before i sleep though..
    Day 3 = Morning complete! Still felt the burn which is a good sign, saw a slight change in my morning body i looked a little slimmer and when i fixed my posture i could see a little of the waist exercising paid off, Before i sleep all done too :)
    Day 4 = At a sleepover, couldn't do
    Day 5 = Didn't do morning due to the sleepover, forgot at night :,)
    Day 6 = Forgot, so i'm going to do twice over in the morning, and twice over at night on day 7

    doing this for 2 weeks!!
    start date - 11/07
    day 1 - my stomach hurts so much and my thighs are burning, hope it becomes easier
    day 2 - it still hurts alot but i think i see a small difference
    day 3 - the bicycle crunches are a nightmare but im getting better at the other ones

    Results: You can control your core/abs way more easily, and even though I didn't measure my waist, I can tell it shrank. I recommend the exercise!!!!!

    doing this for 2 weeks since its summer vacation lol

    (I did this for like 4 days but i forgot to check)

    day 1: i hate the leg lifts, the dips, and the bicycle crunches but wtv !!

    Day 1: ✅ My stomach was literally in pain but that’s what it gets for begging to bloated 🤰.
    Day: 2 ✅ same thing as day 1 but the exercise was more easier this time 🎉, it really feels like it’s working, my stomach is burning 🔥

    I’m gonna do this for 1 month and see what happens with Saturdays and Sundays as my rest day and no diet
    Day 1: Did it, was so painful but I continued
    On ur first day, it’s so painful but as you do it constantly, ur gonna get used to it
    Day 2: it was getting a little bit easier but the burn was still there can’t wait for day 3
    Remember to add your rest days and eat lots of protein as they help the muscles to grow

    Day 5: did it, was less painful than the other two days. Day 6 tmr wohoo

    doing this for 14 days, i’ll update!!
    I also did this with Leonioe’s wider hips workout
    Day 1:✅ Easier than i thought and i could feel the burn, 13 more days to go!
    day 2:✅ i feel like it went quicker than day 1, and i felt more burning this time. 12 more days to go!
    day 3:✅ Today i didn’t feel much of a burn and it’s slowly becoming easier by the day. 11 more days to go!
    i seen a tinyyy bit of progress but i only did it for 3 days so that’s good. i stopped tho😭 good luck to everyone else

    I did this for 2-3 weeks and i lost 2 kgs and 3 inch waist, I also started eating more healthy foods like fruits and vegetables which helped me lose weight faster !💪🔥

    Doing this twice for 2 weeks + some stretching and 100 jumping jacks everyday.
    About me:
    Arms: 10 inches
    Waist: 26 inches
    Starting Weight: 112 pounds
    I’m not planning on changing my diet and I will still eat some sweets depending on the day.
    Note:
    Don’t be disregarded if your results are different than mine. Everybody’s body is different. My weight changes on some days since I’m in my early teens. My weight mostly goes down after I take a shit LMAO.
    Day 1: ✅ Paused the video 2 times to catch my breath. I ate a lot because it was Christmas Eve.
    Day 2: ✅ Felt the burn in my core but wasn’t too tired out. I also danced for an hour before this. I danced not extremely, but I was still catching my breath afterwards. I also ate a bunch of snacks today, but I actually lost weight and now weigh 110 pounds.
    Day 3: ✅ Was hard, but I pushed through! I noticed it was easier for me to do jumping jacks today.
    Day 4: ✅ So fast and much easier! Woke up morning skinny today. ☺️
    Day 5: ✅ Started working out 11:40 pm. 💀 Whatever, I’m proud I finally did this with no breaks. Did +50 extra jumping jacks too. I’ll do it at a more early time tmrw.
    Day 6: ✅ I have to stop doing jumping jacks because it disturbs my neighbors. 🙄 So now I’m adding Lily Sabri’s 5 minute pilates tight waist workout instead of the 100 jumping jacks with my current plan.
    Day 7: ✅ Was hard to do. Tbh I wake up morning skinny now, but I still get pretty bloated after eating. 😕 My 11 line is barely showing but still there’s a very small difference.
    Day 8: ✅ Had Wingstop today. Did an extra workout for my butt since I ate a bunch of protein lmao. Tbh not seeing drastic results. 😢
    Day 9: ❌ I was so busy. Results aren’t that great tbh, so I lost a little hope. I’ll continue it anyway.
    Day 10: ✅ So hard to do today. I slept at 6 am so that probably explains why.
    Day 11: ❌ Had a sleepover with a friend. My waist grew bigger. I’m now 28 inches and going to stop. Puberty plays a role however, so I’m not too worried.

    I‘m trying to do this every day or at least every few days. My goal is not to lose weight (I‘m already pretty skinny) but to get that waist a bit snatched because I‘m built like a stick figure with literally zero curve😅 I‘m doing this along with the leg straightening exercises by April Han and some stretches for posture.
    I‘m using this comment to remind me to push through bc I‘m usually not very consistent with my workouts. I hope I won’t forget to edit with my progress.
    Day 1: Woke up with a sore neck which kinda bothered me during some exercises but it was ok. ✅

    Doing this for 21 days! Start date: 8/26 End date: 9/16
    Day one: i definitely felt the burn today but day one is down✊
    Day two: It wasn’t that bad today it’s just the planks were sm work. I did this twice today and decided i’ll do it twice everyday along with doing a glute workout twice :)
    Day three: I DID IT TWICE TODAY IM SO PROUD OF MYSELF
    Day four: sorry guys i only did it once today🥲 i was hurting so bad but tmr i’ll do it twice, trust.
    Day five: did it twice today :) and guess what?? my bloating has gone down a lot more. today i ate four meals so far and it’s only 7pm my stomach hasn’t bloated at all today. Also my morning skinny had became so much more toned and my waist is looking smaller!! 16 more days 🎉
    Day six: Complete!
    Day seven: did it twice today!! obsessed with looking at myself in the mirror😍
    Day eight: doneee
    Day nine: I can’t believe i’ve made it this far consistently doing it everyday. anyways my waist is getting smaller by the day😫 if i do this for a month i will literally be jayda wayda.
    Day ten: sorry i only did it once today but not bc i couldn’t push thru my brothers sleeping in my room tn so i wanted to get done quickly before he goes to bed.
    Day eleven: i can’t believe i’ve made it this far 🥹
    Day twelve: i’m so sorry but i only got up to the first set of crunches😢 not bc i couldn’t do it i had lots of motivation today but my brother had to go to bed early today i promise i’ll do it 3 times tmr. i’ll do 3 times before school tomorrow at 5am ugh

    I am currently just in the beginning of doing my gcses and on July 6th i will be having my prom! I have bought a dress and it fits...but barely. I want to lose some weight so it can fit on my body without being tight and uncomfortable. I will try do this workout as often as possible ( not everyday as I have to revise) If you see this please try respond to this as motivation or as a reminder!

    hi i feel like a new year new me so!! (i also additionally do the pilates & cardio workout + a debloating streching so!!)
    day 1: done, didn't feel as exhausted probs bcs i used to do am= majority of the excerises in previous workouts
    day 2: done, bicycle crunches killed me but i didn't give up (slay me), i also did a 10 min flat stomach pilates challange w this
    day 3: done, my abs r burning but i wasn't sore throughout the day, additionally i did a 20 mins pilate full body workout in the morning w my regular other workout routines!!
    day 4: done, i was sore the entire day but i managed to get through it, today i did my regular workout routine with no additionals ( i was meant to do the hourglass pilate one but i wasn't feeling well so i decided to do it tommorow with the morning pilates!!)
    day 5: done, i was so unmotivated but i got through it, i wasn't sore at all and additionally i did a 20 min morning pilate workout & hourglass pilate workout!
    day 6: done!! i'm actually already seeing results especially in the morning :D my abs were truly burning during the workout today tho

    weekly update: definitely see slight changes!!
    day 8: break day, i did amazing throughout the week so i deserve a break!!
