I need motivation I’ve been doing this for 2 days woohoo I just wanna thank everyone for the support I was about to give up but I saw all these comments and I decided to keep doing it so by the time school starts up again I'm gonna suprise everyone!
If I’m being honest, I started with her workouts and I actually lost a lot of pounds that my abs stayed defined for 3 months, I really enjoyed doing her ab workouts since they are so easy. totally recommend for beginners!
@@gachamonkey2343i didn’t do any diet, i just started eating healthier and drinking a lot plus doing 3 of her videos each day for over a month (with a rest day in the weekend) and it totally worked! i was suffering of really bad water retention and this routine helped me to debloat a lot

@@RiednaRichard, just try to eat less pastries, sweets(like chocolate, cake, etc.), sugar and salt, maybe less seasoning for food. you don't need to stop eating it at all, but try to eat those products less than before you started your diet
omg it works! i did this for like a month but started noticing results in the first two weeks. it works like wonders so if your looking at the comment section to see if it works, i must tell you it does!

i recommend doing it every day but if you don’t want it to be very hard/toxic do it 5-6 times a week so you see better results but for me i always do hard/toxic routine

Doing this twice a day for 2 weeks! Start day: 21/9/2023 Day 1: Only did it once today but I will do it 3 times tomorrow to make it up! Definitetly felt the burn on my stomach so hopefully it works!! Day 2: Did it 3 times today and really felt the burning in my lower stomach area, when I woke up this morning the pain wasn't there anymore but I also did PE in school and that involved a lot of the same things in this video which will hopefully contribute. I also am starting to feel the burn in my arms but that is probably due to the fact that every time we have a break in this video, I instead go into a plank and don't take any breaks, will update tomorrow! Day 3: Did it twice today and I've noticed that once I get to the middle of the workout the burning in my stomach seems to stop, maybe I'm not doing something right but ill try again tomorrow and see, I also noticed the burn in my arms is still there and is KILLING. Another thing is that since I started this challenge my right thigh is starting to get smaller than the other, I have joint problems in my right leg and MASSIVE thunder thighs so with all the times in this workout you have to raise your legs up and down I have gone easy on my right leg by not making it go down all the way. I think that's probably my problem with my thigh getting smaller because the muscle is not getting bigger and doing as much as the other, from now on I'm going to try to push my leg to do what the other is doing in hopes they will even out and hopefully I wont injure my leg🤞 Day 4: Didn't do it at all today because I got covid and couldn't get out of bed BUT I will do it 4 times tomorrow whether I can get out of bed or not because I've been slacking ALOT recently. i finished the flat stomach and abs workout plan made by shirlyn kim today, im not like snatched but my waist went from 28.54 inches to 26.77 inches!! i didnt diet but im gonna do another one of shirlyn’s plans (something more focused on flattening the belly) but im trying to decrease my calorie intake and ofc im trying my best to eat nutrition. These ab workouts are SUPER EFFECTIVE! I've only done 2 ab workouts so far yesterday and the day before (this vid and 11 line abs one) and my god, I've already lost 2.5cm off my waist in 2 days! (before measurements were taken 2 days ago prior to doing the 1st ab exercise too). And comparing today's progress photos to last week, my lower abs are noticeably pulled in and more balanced, last week's shot looked like my lower pooch was lolling out heaps and made it look like I was slouching heaps even though I was standing straight. It also noticeably gave me more back muscle so overall it looks more balanced from the side shot. In conclusion, even though the ab workouts are painful for me and it feels like I have a stomach ache when I do them, they're so super effective that it's totally worth doing! So it balances out with the other workouts that aren't nearly as painful but also not as effective for me to see results so quickly (though I know they're still effective and good for me!). So these ab workouts really work! Even though I am dieting too, I know my results are 100% thanks to Shirlyn's ab workouts cos it was more the muscles being pulled in and toning that I could see rather than fat loss. Thank you so much Shirlyn!! Love your workouts, please keep it up

Try eating clean dont cut your meals..we live once enjoy your life dont starve your body eat clean exercise twice a day and everything is gonna be alright theres no need to make it difficult for your body keep also in mind that exercicing makes you more hungry ^^

I’ve been doing this for 3 months + with Lily Sabri’s 5 min fat loss workout 🥹 i always do Shiryln Kim’s workout first before doing Lily Sabri’s, Kim thank you so much you lit saved my life 🥹 I started to notice some great chances on my body, I have slimmed down a lot! Plus,the exercises were gentle and beginner friendly so i didn’t really have a hard time; the stretch at the end was so calming too ! I’ve also been doing her workouts even in my time of depression; and it really helps me calm down and fight it! I have slimmed down and I am no longer big as I was when I was little, there were great changes! At first I didn’t really like doing the planks for they are my weaknesses, but over time I got used to it and enjoyed it! Because of you I finally have a great confidence in myself and my body now, her speech at the end of the video was so sweet too 🥹 my mum noticed the changes and even said; “you’ve gotten more slim now!” 10/10! Really recommend! No need for diet! Food = energy.

im commenting so i can have motivation to do this everyday. im 143lbs today my goal is to be 125lbs. i go to the gym twice a week( mostly only do cardio and glutes tho) but i also take yoga at school. i’m also trying to eat healthier and not as much but i’m not very strict about it. i will update march 27th and see where i’m at then.

(my body reacts quickly to new workouts so i see changes within a week) i'm in a calorie deficit as well! height: 166cm / 5'5-5'6 ft weight: 57.3kg / 126.5 lbs waist: 68cm / 26.7 in goal weight: 53-55kg / 117-120 lbs goal waist: 61-63cm / 24 in day 1: did it twice afternoon and boy i was SWEATING real bad.. core was HURTINGG day 2: skipped so it dont count day 2*: not very sore yay :) did it twice in afternoon and once at night day 3: did it once evening day 4: got easier! done twice in evening, once at night day 5: skipped! decided to let my core rest, so i did a light 10 min arm/leg dumbbell workout at night day 5*: twice in evening day 6: once at night day 7: once afternoon, once night I DID IT YAY HAHA HERE IT IS updated weight: 56.7kg / 125 lbs (i lost some weight!) updated waist: 66cm / 26 in (reduced by 2cm/0.7 in) obviously it takes time but this proves that it works! i'll continue working out with this added into my regular routine. i'll update u all within a month or a few months! i hope you all see changes in ur body haha drink plenty of water, rest, and be kind to yourself!

@@raulpineda4320 Yes! I used to have a bit of a pouch belly but now it is way flatter and firmer even when relaxed and my waist is also slimmer. I also see this slight line inbetween my ribs. I'm not doing any diet btw, just drinking four glasses of water daily. I often skip a few days so if you geniunely do it everyday you'll probably get better results x

About me: Arms: 10 inches Waist: 26 inches Starting Weight: 112 pounds I’m not planning on changing my diet and I will still eat some sweets depending on the day. @@RiednaRichard, just try to eat less pastries, sweets(like chocolate, cake, etc.), sugar and salt, maybe less seasoning for food. you don't need to stop eating it at all, but try to eat those products less than before you started your diet

i recommend doing it every day but if you don’t want it to be very hard/toxic do it 5-6 times a week so you see better results but for me i always do hard/toxic routine

Day 1: Only did it once today but I will do it 3 times tomorrow to make it up! Definitetly felt the burn on my stomach so hopefully it works!!
Day 2: Did it 3 times today and really felt the burning in my lower stomach area, when I woke up this morning the pain wasn't there anymore but I also did PE in school and that involved a lot of the same things in this video which will hopefully contribute. I also am starting to feel the burn in my arms but that is probably due to the fact that every time we have a break in this video, I instead go into a plank and don't take any breaks, will update tomorrow!
Day 3: Did it twice today and I've noticed that once I get to the middle of the workout the burning in my stomach seems to stop, maybe I'm not doing something right but ill try again tomorrow and see, I also noticed the burn in my arms is still there and is KILLING. Another thing is that since I started this challenge my right thigh is starting to get smaller than the other, I have joint problems in my right leg and MASSIVE thunder thighs so with all the times in this workout you have to raise your legs up and down I have gone easy on my right leg by not making it go down all the way. I think that's probably my problem with my thigh getting smaller because the muscle is not getting bigger and doing as much as the other, from now on I'm going to try to push my leg to do what the other is doing in hopes they will even out and hopefully I wont injure my leg🤞

These ab workouts are SUPER EFFECTIVE! I've only done 2 ab workouts so far yesterday and the day before (this vid and 11 line abs one) and my god, I've already lost 2.5cm off my waist in 2 days! (before measurements were taken 2 days ago prior to doing the 1st ab exercise too).
And comparing today's progress photos to last week, my lower abs are noticeably pulled in and more balanced, last week's shot looked like my lower pooch was lolling out heaps and made it look like I was slouching heaps even though I was standing straight. It also noticeably gave me more back muscle so overall it looks more balanced from the side shot.
In conclusion, even though the ab workouts are painful for me and it feels like I have a stomach ache when I do them, they're so super effective that it's totally worth doing! So it balances out with the other workouts that aren't nearly as painful but also not as effective for me to see results so quickly (though I know they're still effective and good for me!). So these ab workouts really work! Even though I am dieting too, I know my results are 100% thanks to Shirlyn's ab workouts cos it was more the muscles being pulled in and toning that I could see rather than fat loss. Kim thank you so much you lit saved my life 🥹 I started to notice some great chances on my body, I have slimmed down a lot! Plus,the exercises were gentle and beginner friendly so i didn’t really have a hard time; the stretch at the end was so calming too !
I’ve also been doing her workouts even in my time of depression; and it really helps me calm down and fight it! I have slimmed down and I am no longer big as I was when I was little, there were great changes! At first I didn’t really like doing the planks for they are my weaknesses, but over time I got used to it and enjoyed it! Because of you I finally have a great confidence in myself and my body now, her speech at the end of the video was so sweet too 🥹 my mum noticed the changes and even said; “you’ve gotten more slim now!”

@@raulpineda4320 Yes! I used to have a bit of a pouch belly but now it is way flatter and firmer even when relaxed and my waist is also slimmer. I also see this slight line inbetween my ribs. I'm not doing any diet btw, just drinking four glasses of water daily. I often skip a few days so if you geniunely do it everyday you'll probably get better results x

I’m not planning on changing my diet and I will still eat some sweets depending on the day.
Note:
Don’t be disregarded if your results are different than mine. Everybody’s body is different. My weight changes on some days since I’m in my early teens. My weight mostly goes down after I take a shit LMAO.
Day 1: ✅ Paused the video 2 times to catch my breath. I ate a lot because it was Christmas Eve.
Day 2: ✅ Felt the burn in my core but wasn’t too tired out. I also danced for an hour before this. I danced not extremely, but I was still catching my breath afterwards. I also ate a bunch of snacks today, but I actually lost weight and now weigh 110 pounds.
Day 3: ✅ Was hard, but I pushed through! I noticed it was easier for me to do jumping jacks today.
Day 4: ✅ So fast and much easier! Woke up morning skinny today. ☺️
Day 5: ✅ Started working out 11:40 pm. 💀 Whatever, I’m proud I finally did this with no breaks. Did +50 extra jumping jacks too. I’ll do it at a more early time tmrw.
Day 6: ✅ I have to stop doing jumping jacks because it disturbs my neighbors. 🙄 So now I’m adding Lily Sabri’s 5 minute pilates tight waist workout instead of the 100 jumping jacks with my current plan.
Day 7: ✅ Was hard to do. Tbh I wake up morning skinny now, but I still get pretty bloated after eating. 😕 My 11 line is barely showing but still there’s a very small difference.
Day 8: ✅ Had Wingstop today. Did an extra workout for my butt since I ate a bunch of protein lmao. Tbh not seeing drastic results. 😢
Day 9: ❌ I was so busy. Results aren’t that great tbh, so I lost a little hope. I’ll continue it anyway.
Day 10: ✅ So hard to do today. I slept at 6 am so that probably explains why.
Day 11: ❌ Had a sleepover with a friend. My waist grew bigger. I’m now 28 inches and going to stop. Puberty plays a role however, so I’m not too worried.

I‘m trying to do this every day or at least every few days. My goal is not to lose weight (I‘m already pretty skinny) but to get that waist a bit snatched because I‘m built like a stick figure with literally zero curve😅 I‘m doing this along with the leg straightening exercises by April Han and some stretches for posture.
I‘m using this comment to remind me to push through bc I‘m usually not very consistent with my workouts. I hope I won’t forget to edit with my progress.

Day two: It wasn’t that bad today it’s just the planks were sm work. I did this twice today and decided i’ll do it twice everyday along with doing a glute workout twice :)

Day five: did it twice today :) and guess what?? my bloating has gone down a lot more. today i ate four meals so far and it’s only 7pm my stomach hasn’t bloated at all today. Also my morning skinny had became so much more toned and my waist is looking smaller!! 16 more days 🎉

I am currently just in the beginning of doing my gcses and on July 6th i will be having my prom! I have bought a dress and it fits...but barely. I want to lose some weight so it can fit on my body without being tight and uncomfortable. I will try do this workout as often as possible ( not everyday as I have to revise) If you see this please try respond to this as motivation or as a reminder!

im changing my workout for the winter arc i felt the burn
hi i feel like a new year new me so!! (i also additionally do the pilates & cardio workout + a debloating streching so!!)
day 1: done, didn't feel as exhausted probs bcs i used to do am= majority of the excerises in previous workouts
day 2: done, bicycle crunches killed me but i didn't give up (slay me), i also did a 10 min flat stomach pilates challange w this
day 3: done, my abs r burning but i wasn't sore throughout the day, additionally i did a 20 mins pilate full body workout in the morning w my regular other workout routines!!
day 4: done, i was sore the entire day but i managed to get through it, today i did my regular workout routine with no additionals ( i was meant to do the hourglass pilate one but i wasn't feeling well so i decided to do it tommorow with the morning pilates!!)
day 5: done, i was so unmotivated but i got through it, i wasn't sore at all and additionally i did a 20 min morning pilate workout & hourglass pilate workout!
day 6: done!! i'm actually already seeing results especially in the morning :D my abs were truly burning during the workout today tho
