It depends on a person’s body fat percentage, daily diet, gender ,and exercise habits, etc...
At least it takes approximately from 2 weeks to eight weeks to see the results.

1) Lie on your side with your knees bent, and prop your upper body up on your elbow.
2) Raise your hips off the floor, and hold for seconds
3) Rest for 10 seconds.
4) Repeat
5) Switch to your other side and repeat steps 1 through 4.

• my tummy hurts after day 1!! I think it would work fr ahh ~

• I personally exercise with music that I like so i memorized the exercises and let the music do it's job ;)
( i would not recommend my way of doing it lol, but it personally helps me )

TIP #1
• Avoid snacking
- Snacking is a very hard thing to cut off especially if we normalized it. Snacking gives us extra calories that we intake every day. Snacking has prons and cons such as:
Pros - We get energized to do our daily activities and it helps us to focus more in work.
Cons - It adds up our calories. Unnecessary foods needed in our body gets piled up and day after day it slowly changes our body to gain such weight.
** How to avoid it**
- Learn how to Differentiate it, between hungry and just eating because of boredom.
Don't over do it and not eat!
We shall go slowly in this weight loss journey, and we shall have a great outcome!

Day 4: ✅ (exercises were a bit easier already, and I stopped mid-exercises less often)
Day 5: ✅ (can already hold side planks longer, because before, balance says no)
Day 6: ✅ (i feel that my core is getting stronger, but planks are rlly hard for me haha)

I search "Abs Workout For Woman" and the first video they show is your video. So I click and I was shocked that your workout are very affective and working. I have do it for 2 weeks and yes, I diet and follow this exercise. Finally my abs flat. I recommend this exercise/workout for the one who want to get toned abs and the workout is very affective. 😊

I lost a lot of belly fat already. I stopped for 3 days but I'm continuing it now!
Since we eat rice every meal, I decreased my rice consumption. However I still eat 3 meals a day so it works even without much food diet ☺️‼️

I've been doing this workout for about a week, plus a mile of running which has toned my abs. I can see that my core has gotten stronger and I'm doing a lot better from when I started doing this workout. My waist is definitely slimmer it went from 29 to 27 in the time I've been doing this workout, it's really helpful and I definitely recommend it. Thank you for the amazing workout!

its hard for beginners like me. i took a lot of breaks while doing it haha
i felt excruciating pain.
i think because i haven't exercised for a long time thats why it hurts so much.
i try to be consistent, hopefully i can do it :)

cuz now im starting to get very busy, i'll still keep trying my best to do this at least 1-2 times a week. cuz this one is really hard for me and my whole body always aches when i do it, so i'll just do it once or twice a week. but i still do other workouts from this channel too (which is still quite easy for me hehe)

Day 1: I was kinda dying. It looked easy, but nO it was nOT. ✔️
Day 2: It became a little easier. I somewhat did start feel some “pain” in my abs, so I’m going to assume that’s a good thing. ✔️
Day 3: I was able to do all of them for the time, but I did end the last part 5 seconds earlier cause I couldn’t hold it any longer. ✔️
Day 4: it actually did became a tiny bit easier. I actually do think my core became stronger. (I’ve also been doing other full body workouts) ✔️
Day 5: *resting day*
Day 6: I honestly do think my abs are getting more visible than they were and my waist seems a bit slimmer :) ✔️ (Im not any sort of “diet” I’m just cutting out candy and junk food)
Day 7: I did this at 2am and I was more tired than usual, even tho my sleep schedule is messed up. I am seeing a difference in my waist, it looks more slimmer than it used to.
Day 8: (I forgot to write it whoops) anyways, I tried on my high-waisted pants and WHEN I TELL YOU ON MY WAIST AREA IT WASN’T TIGHT IT WAS LOOSE 🤌🏼 this is what I wanted ✔️
Day 9: *i didn’t do it, i just was too busy* :(
Day 10: this is beginning to be eAsY, probably cause I got used to do this workout and doing others my body just got used to the pain lmao ✔️
It’s been over than a month, I think? THIS WORKOUT WORKS! I suggest for you to also do other workouts, the more the better. Just don’t overwork yourself! If you’re feeling bold and brave, do this workout two times or three 😎

@@10nids i mean, im not sure since i did other workouts as well. i did lose belly fat tho. it may possibly help lose belly fat, only if you only do this workout and have a diet. it just depends if you do other videos and similar stuff to that.

Okay I have been doing this workout for about a month not and let me tell you it works really well! I gain weight really easily and it is really hard to burn it off but after 2 weeks I could see results and I will admit it wasn’t easy but I pushed myself though it because I would be thanking myself later. It made me sweat and all ways remember that you are perfect just the way you are and you don’t have to change for anybody but if you’re anything like me you want to improve yourself and feel more better in your own skin and I get that but just remember that there is only one of you in the world and when you do the workout remember that you can do it!💜

Today is my 6th day of doing this workout and today I could do the first three exercises with no breaks and through the rest I had A LOT less breaks I think my core got stronger and I've lost about 3-5 pounds too! Today's day 7 or 8 and I did almost all of it will smaller breaks and less breaks and I felt like I could hold the planks longer and better! I haven't lost any more weight but I also haven't gained and more weight so yay

◽️2 день: ✅сделала! какое я удовольствие получаю после этой тренировки, несмотря на то, что я вся мокрая после неё!!
◽️3 день: ✅сделала! сегодня на удивление полегче, думаю, привыкаю потихоньку! а ещё пора налаживать питание, а то результаты будут плохие..
◽️4 день: ✅сделала! в предыдущие дни я на 3-4 упражнениях последние 3-5 секунд не доделывала, так как было тяжело, а сегодня одно упражнение не доделала до конца. горжусь! привыкаю. с питанием не много проблемы, но стараюсь налаживать.
◽️5 день: ✅сделала! сегодня тренировка далась легче!
◽️6 день: ✅сделала! сегодня взяла между упражнениями 10-секундную паузу, а потом все упражнения сделала до конца! кстати, я заметила, что низ живота немного ушёл, я счастлива!
◽️7 день: ✅сделала! сегодня была генеральная уборка, я устала, следовательно, тренировка далась сложно... а ещё питание сегодня ужасное - одно сладкое..оставшуюся неделю буду на правильном питании!!
◽️8 день: ✅сделала! было тяжеловато...
◽️9 день: ✅сделала! у меня появилась линия пресса!
◽️10 день: ✅сделала! сегодня сделала вообще без перерывов! горжусь! у меня уменьшилась талия, это видно в зеркале!
◽️11 день: ❌сегодня вынуждена была пропустить тренировку, так как проснулась с ужасными болями в животе(да-да, именно эти дни пришли)
◽️12 день: ✅сделала! заставила себя сделать её, несмотря на боли в животе!
◽️13 день: ❌пропустила! боли в животе..
◽️14 день: ❌сегодня снова пропустила..
_так как я 3 дня пропустила эту тренировку, буду восполнять!_
◽️15 день: ✅сделала! мне действительно было сегодня легко делать, кажется, я привыкла к этой тренировке!! в такую жаркую погоду заставила себя сделать, горжусь!
◽️16 день: ✅сделала! сегодня вообще без отдыха сделала тренировку! даже не вспотела.. ^^
◽️17 день: ✅сделала! тоже без перерыва, всё успешно! завтра результаты! волнуюсь! :)

hey guys im going to share my journey with this workout. ill also be doing a couple workouts along with this one. ill hopefully start either today or tomorrow. im trying to get my ideal body before school and i have about a month and week to achieve this.

day 1 ✅the plank exercise hurts me so I’m working on holding it for 60 secs 😁
day 2✅ no difference but when I did the plank it did not hurt as much as day 1
forgot to edit this :/
so I did it for 2 months and I’m a 13 year old and weighted 146 but after the workout I’m 107 and I also been eating healthy like I don’t drink sodas/ chips and junks , eggs and fruits , probiotics also worked aswell it really helped me for that tbh! After 1 week I saw my stomach getting flatter so that’s how I knew it worked and my legs also got slimmer and I have a 4 pack now lol! I totally recommend this workout if u want a flat stomach I lost 13 pounds after the 1st and a half month but this workout worked really well for me and I hope it does for you aswell :) and I’m also gonna continue doing this workout!

I have been following your routines for 3 days now i can say it is very helpful, easier and i can really feel the burn. These are simple moves but it gets the job done and serves well its purposes.
